Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Non-Oil and Gas Exports and Oil and Gas Exports on the Position of Indonesian Foreign Exchange Reserves partially in the period 1996 to 2017 which employs 22 data annually using SPSS 24. The dependent variable in this study is Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves, while the independent variables are non-oil and gas exports and oil and gas exports. To see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, the researcher did multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of this research, it is known that partially non-oil and gas export and oil and gas export have a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves.

Abstract

In the commercial airline?s industry, customer satisfaction is critical.  Due to increasingly fierce competition, customer satisfaction can affect airlines? customer decisions in providing recommendations for prospective customers. For this reason, this study aims to explore the determinant factors that influence customer satisfaction and recommendations for the top 10 airlines listed on the Skytrax list. Using the big data approach, this study collected data from 10.189 customer reviews from 2012 to 2019. Based on the results of statistical analysis using binary logistic regression techniques, it was found that out of 7 factors, only 5 significantly influenced customer recommendations, namely airline rate, seat comfort, cabin staff service, food and beverages, and value for money. In-flight entertainment and ground services were not significant. The findings of this study contribute to strengthening the literature related to customer satisfaction in the airline sector, as well as managerial contributions to be used as a reference for airlines in improving service quality, particularly for long international flights.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, the process of development, eligibility and student responses to student worksheets based on simulation methods. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D), using the Borg & Gall development model. The subjects of the study were students of class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Sambelia. The results showed that the results obtained were validated material, language, and design 3.44 with the appropriate category, and the students' response was 4.16 with the appropriate category. The results showed that the development of student worksheets based on simulation methods was feasible to use and influenced student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The contribution of research as a tool in the learning process for teachers and students in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences students? self-regulated learning (SRL) based on gender, scholarship, and student?s housing. Referring to Roscoe, our sample of the study is 36 students by using purposive sampling technique.. Analysis of the data are quantitative descriptive and hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test. The results showed that there is no significant difference in self-regulated learning based on gender. Self-regulated learning of female is higher than male students. Based on scholarships, there is no significant difference in self-regulated learning but students as scholarship recipients have higher self-regulated learning.Then, there is no significant difference based on house hold but students who live at home have highest self-regulated learning than students who live in boarding schools and boarding house. This research gives implication theoretically and practically. The finding proves that students who have self-regulated learning higher than others is due to good habit and intrinsic motivation. Thus; this research suggestsfor the university to establish good environment for students to develop themselves.

Abstract

This study aim to finding the correlation between emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, and entrepreneurship intention vocational school students. The data were analyzed using the SEM Smart PLS technique. The study revealed that there is a cause and effect correlation between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude toward entrepreneurship intention on vocational students in Mojokerto regency as described below: 1) empirically, emotional intelligence was proven to have no direct influence on entrepreneurship intention. However, it has a direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 2) entrepreneurship self-efficacy has direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude and entrepreneurship intention, and entrepreneurship self-efficacy also has indirect influence on the entrepreneurship intention through entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 3) entrepreneurship behavioral attitude has direct and strong influence toward entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

This study attempts to know about the process of internalization attitudes and skill of entrepreneurship to their students chinese. Object this study were chosen based on stereotype and its phenomena developing in the community west Kalimantan that of the Chinese must be traders. Methods used are qualitative to technique data collection using interviews and observation. Respondents this research is the student will Emmanuel Pontianak of Chinese ethnic and came from families entrepreneurs. Data analysis techniques used that is the reduction, data presentation of data and the withdrawal of conclusion. The result showed that the process internalization attitudes and entrepreneurship skills students derived from the informal education of the community, community school, and their peers. The business management internalization attitudes and skills to their students covering thriftiness, productive and orientation independent, able to make decisions and, bear the consequences not easily discouraged, and finish the first new demanding the right

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the relationship between parenting and entrepreneurial intentions of students of the UNJ Economics Faculty; (2) the relationship between entrepreneurship curricula and entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the UNJ Faculty of Economics, and (3) the relationship between parenting and entrepreneurship curricula with entrepreneurial intentions of students of the UNJ Economics Faculty. This study uses a survey method with a correlation approach. Correlation approach is used to see the influence of the three independent variables, namely parenting and entrepreneurship curriculum that influence and are given the symbols X1 and X2, with the dependent variable entrepreneurial intention as being influenced and given the symbol Y. The results show that: (1) there is a correlation significant between parenting parents with entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the UNJ Faculty of Economics, where multiple correlation coefficients (Ry.12) = 0.359, F count (F Change) = 21.959, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and coefficient of determination or R square = 0.129; (2) there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship curriculum and entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the Faculty of Economics, UNJ, where the correlation coefficient X2 to Y = 0.343, F count (F Change) = 19.695, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.117; (3) there is a significant correlation between parenting style and entrepreneurship curriculum towards entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the Faculty of Economics UNJ where the results of the multiple correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0.424, F count (F Change) = 16.122, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and its determination coefficient (R square) = 0.180. With the model compatibility test, the hypothesis model is by the empirical model with the same value as stated that the model can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi stenografi sebagai mata kuliah Program Studi D3 Sekretari dan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling yaitu teknik non probability sampling dimana subyek dipilih karena aksesibilitas nyaman dan kedekatan sehingga memudahkan peneliti dalam mencari partisipan penelitian. Menurut pendapat para responden, saat ini meskipun teknologi semakin maju, stenografi masih dirasakan bermanfaat dalam menunjang kegiatan kantor. Stenografi dapat dijadikan mata kuliah Program Studi D3 Sekretari dan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran dengan memperhatikan faktor tulisan stenografi dibuat lebih sederhana dan mudah dimengerti, serta model pembelajaran yang merangsang ketertarikan belajar stenografi. Berdasarkan analisa di atas maka peneliti merekomendasikan stenografi tetap dijadikan mata kuliah Program Studi D3 Sekretari dan Administrasi Perkantoran, tulisan stenografi dibuat lebih sederhana dan mudah dimengerti.

Abstract

enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) di Pisangan Timur 10 Pagi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif evaluatif dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Peneliti menggunakan model CIPP karena pembagian keempat komponen yang ada memudahkan peneliti dalam mengevaluasi standar isi, standar proses, dan standar kompetensi lulusan di tempat penelitian. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan memberikan beberapa gambaran serta beberapa penilaian dari peneliti sendiri berdasarkan instrumen yang peneliti gunakan di antaranya seperti kesesuaian silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), media pembelajaran, kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru, dan komponen akreditasi yang sesuai dengan Badan Akreditasi Nasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk komponen Context terdapat kesesuaian untuk tujuan, latar belakang, dan prinsip pengembangan kurikulum sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah. Pada komponen Input, yaitu perangkat pembelajaran dan kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru telah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan. Demikian juga pada komponen Process, yaitu prosedur untuk perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum sudah sesuai dengan peraturan. Adapun pada komponen Product yang mengacu pada pedoman akreditasi memenuhi syarat dengan hasil A, menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kurikulum di sekolah ini memenuhi kriteria sangat baik dan dianjurkan untuk digunakan kembali di tahun ajaran berikutnya.   Kata kunci: , ,

Abstract

Sistem manajemen mutu yang diimplementasikan dengan komitmen yang konsisten, akan memberikan manfaat dan kesuksesan bagi semua pemangku kepentingan dalam institusi perguruan tinggi tersebut. Sehingga untuk mencapai manfaat dan kesuksesan tersebut harus dilandasi dengan beberapa prinsip manajemen mutu yang sudah ditetapkan.Mulai masuknya perguruan tinggi luar negeri memeriahkan “persaingan” yang sudah ada di dalam negeri. Perguruan tinggi tidak hanya perlu dilihat sebagai pusat ilmu pengetahuan, pusat penelitian, dan pusat pengabdian masyarakat , tetapi juga suatu entitas korporat “penghasil ilmu pengetahuan” yang perlu “bersaing” untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup. Persaingan, sebagaimana dialami oleh perusahaan for profit, meliputi persaingan di bidang mutu, harga, dan layanan. Perguruan tinggi sebagai suatu entitas non profit, juga menghadapi hal yang sama. Untuk pengelolaan semua itu, diperlukan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan manajemen, yaitu manajemen terpadu Perguruan Tinggi.
