Abstract

The background of this research there is an indication that the stock price on the market does not showthe actual value of the shares, especially shares subsectors advertising, Printing, and Media. The intrinsicvalue of shares can be searched by using fundamental analysis of the company through the method ofdividend discount models (DDM). This research is a case study in which the withdrawal of a sample usingpurposive sampling. the data used are secondary data obtained from documents Indonesia StockExchange through its website www.idx.co.id. This research resulted in the intrinsic value of the shares ofthe sub sectors of advertising, Printing and Media, which found that the price of the shares of the subsectors of advertising, Printing, and the media in a state of high market prices (overvalued). Informationfor investors on the stock return is calculated through the method of capital asset pricing model (CAPM)and the formation of the portfolio as well as information for investors that the shares owned byPT.Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa has the highest return and can be considered for investment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat pada PT.Arwana Internusa Tour Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu konsumen yang membeli tiket pesawat minimal 2 kali dengan memesan tiket via telepon dan datang langsung ke kantor perusahaan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan metode statistik terdiri dari analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi (r), analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana: Ŷ = 0,469 + 0,885X + e. Persamaan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat pada PT.Arwana Internusa Tour Pontianak. Kepuasan konsumen memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,637, dan berkontribusi cukup besar terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat pada PT.Arwana Internusa Tour Pontianak sebesar 40,00%, dan sisanya sebesar 60,00% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian, Tiket Pesawat

Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the factors that influence the attractiveness of investors to investin the Company Bumiputera Capital Indonesia (BCI) Pontianak branch. This study used a descriptivemethod. The population of this study is investors who invest in the Indonesian capital BumiputeraCompany (BCI), meanwhile, the sample of 100 people who have been through incidental samplingtechnique. The analysis of this research is factor analysis. The results showed that the factors consideredinvesting in the Company Bumiputera Capital Indonesia is the reliability factor (realiability) which consistsof four variables consists of precision service, company image, company performance and speed ofservice. These factors can explain the variation of the total diversity (cumulative percentage of variance)of 72.221%. That is one of the factors capable of affecting the attractiveness of investors to invest in theCompany Bumiputera Capital Indonesia at 72.221%. The variables that influence on the attraction ofinvestors to invest is a factor Offer 0.851 shares of the company and the smallest is 0.571 Transactionsthrough online system.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the risk of production and income in a group of farmers who use local seeds and farmers who use superior seeds in soybean farming. The research areas are in Sambas District, subdistrict of Jawai Selatan. The village sample selected is Sarang Burung Kolam Village with 31 farmers. Production and revenue risk analysed based on the value of coefficient of variation (CV). The analysis showed that the risk of production and income in a group of farmers who use local seeds is greater than the group of farmers who use superior seeds. The average of production and income soybean farming in group of farmers who use superior seeds is greater than the group of farmers who use local seeds.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk menganalisis  kepuasan konsumen pada Unit Toko/ UKM Mart Kantor Gubernur Kalimantan Barat yang beralamat di Jl. Ayani Komplek Perkantoran Gubernur Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini mengunakan motede survey, yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data.Variabel  penelitian mengunakan lima dimensi kualitas jasa yang terdiri dari Bukti fisik (Tangible), Keandalan (Reability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Emphaty) melalui beberapa pertanyaan kuesiner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan diagram kartesius.  Hasil analisis  tingkat harapan (Y) dan kinerja yang dirasakan (X)  memperlihatkan  bahwa pelanggan merasa kurang puas dengan kinerja yang diberikan oleh UKM Mart. Ketidakpuasan ini tercemin dari tingkat  harapan (Y) rata- rata sebesar 4,27 dan nilai Kinerja  (X) rata - rata  sebesar 3,56. Artinya, bahwa nilai kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tingkat harapan responden, sehingga pelanggan kurang puas  dengan  pelayanan  yang  diberikan  oleh Unit Toko/ UKM Mart.Kata kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Jasa, Kinerja, Harapan ABSTRACTThis research is to analyze customer satisfaction of UKM Mart at Governor Office of West Kalimantan which located at Jl. Ayani, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. This research uses a survey method, which uses observation, interview and questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The research variables used five service quality dimensions consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy through several questionnaire to measured. Data analysis technique using Cartesian diagram. The results of expectation level analysis (Y) and perceived performance (X) show that customers feel less satisfied with the performance provided by the UKM Mart. This dissatisfaction is reflected from the expectation (Y) average is 4.27 and the value of Performance (X) average is 3.56. The conclusion is the value of service performance provided is lower than the respondents expectation, so that the customer is not satisfied with the service provided by the UKM Mart.Keyword : Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Performance, Expectation

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Sanggau Tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Sanggau.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, yang menggunakan data observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang pernah berobat di Puskesmas Kapuas.Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang yang  telah berobat minimal 2 kali. Variabel penelitian menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari Keandalan (Realibility), Kesigapan (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Empathy) dan Nyata (Tangibles) yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Pernyataan dalam skala likert tersebut berhubungan dengan tingkat kepentingan (harapan) dan kinerja pelayanan kesehatan di Puksesmas Kapuas di Kabupaten Sanggau. Teknis Analisis data secara Kualitatif diubah ke dalam Kuantitatif melalui diagram Kartesius.Hasil analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja memperlihatkan bahwa responden tidak puas dengan kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak Puskesmas. Ketidak puasan ini tercermin dari nilai peringkat kepentingan (Y) rata-rata sebesar 4,35% dan peringkat kepuasan (X) rata-rata sebesar 4,26%. Artinya, bahwa kinerja pelayanan yang di berikan di Puskesmas Kapuas lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tingkat kepentingan (harapan) responden, sehingga responden tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Atribut-atribut yang menyebabkan responden tidak puas (Kuadran A:prioritas rendah) antara lain keramahan pegawai Puskesmas Kapuas; dan kemudahan dalam mengurus administrasi. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, Puskemas, Sanggau

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the financial performance of the three Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD), namely Sawit Jaya, Sawit Mekar Jaya, and Sawit Abadi, in Sambas district. The method used is to calculate financial ratios by cross sectional method approach. Data obtained from the companys financial statements for the years 2009-2011. Based on calculations from 2009 - 2011, liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios of the KUD Sawit Jaya better than KUD Sawit Mekar Jaya dan Sawit Abadi. As for the ratio of the activity, KUD Sawit Abadi better as compared to other cooperatives.Keywords: Kinerja Keuangan, Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Aktivitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran E-Learning berbasis web pada matakuliah e-commerce terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan sampel penelitiannya adalah Mahasiswa yang mengambil matakuliah e-commerce pada Program Studi Manajemen. Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Uji beda dilakukan untuk mengukur perbedaan efektivitas media pembelajaran E-Learning berbasis web dan media pembelajaran konvensional berdasarkan hasil belajarnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas pembelajaran media e-learning berbasis web terhadap tingkat keberhasilan belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak yang mengikuti perkuliahan e-commerce di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi di bandingkan di kelas kontrol yang menggunakan media pembelajarankonvensional (84,04 > 74,28) Kata kunci : Media pembelajaran, E-Learning, Konvensional, Hasil belajar

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles in PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Pontianak. The study is a descriptive study, using data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and corporate documents. The population of consumers who purchased a motorcycle brands Honda PT. NSS Pontianak and the sample is determined as much as 97 respondents. Terms samples are age (20-56) old, Buying motorcycle brands Honda for its own purposes, able to read and write well, Domiciled in Pontianak City and surrounding areas. The analytical tool used is a simple regression. The results showed that the constant value obtained was 0.079, meaning that if the elements of the marketing mix is 0 (zero), then the consumer purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles brands in PT Nusantara Surya Sakti would be worth 0.079. Simple regression coefficient value of the marketing mix variables obtained at 0.964, meaning that if the marketing mix is increased by one unit, then the purchasing decisions of consumers on the purchase of Hondas motorcycle brands in PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Pontianak will increase by 0.964 units.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to conduct an analysis of the financial performance on PT.Sandhy Putra Makmur, Representative Pontianak. Type of research is descriptive research with data collection consists of primary data that includes interviews and observations; and secondary data by studying the documentation of the records or documents from PT. Shandy Putra Makmur Representative Pontianak.Alat analysis used is Selling Relative Value Analysis and Analysis of Financial Performance Ratio consisting of Ratio Analysis Liquidity, Solvency Ratios, Profitability Ratios, and Activity Ratios. The results of this study indicate that: Selling Nijai Analysis Relative to the field of business Building Management, Network Cabling, Security Guard Business / TLH, Mechanical Electric, General Trading Enterprises, and business fields PSB / IKR / IKG experiencing fluctuating percentage relative sales value. Then on Liquidity Analysis consisting of Current Ratio and Quick Ratio has a very good ratio number of criteria, while Cash Ratio indicates the criteria is not good. In Solvency analysis consisting of Total Debt to Total Assets Ratio figures show the average ratio on standard criteria quite well, while on the Net Worth to Total Debt Ratio figures show the average ratio is less good on the standard criteria. In Profitability Analysis consisting of economic profitability and equity capital profitability ratio that is the ratio of the numbers in accordance with the standards and represents an average of the criteria very well. In the analysis of activity that consists of asset turnover ratio and working capital turnover ratio indicates the ratio in accordance with the standards and represents an average of both criteria.
