Abstract

Abstrak,Wisata Aek Sabaon merupakan salah satu wisata alam yang terkenal dan diminati oleh masyarakat TABAGSEL (Tapanuli Bagian Selatan). Lokasinya berada cukup jauh dari perkotaan namun keindahan alam dan kesejukan udaranya menjadi incaran wisatawan. Seiring dengan itu, saat ini bisnis pariwisata dihadapkan pada era wisata halal yang merupakan salah satu sektor penting pada industri halal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait Wisata Aek Sabaon. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diidentifikasi dengan Business Model Canvas, dianalisis lanjutan dengan SWOT sehingga model bisnis yang ada dapat dikembangkan menjadi bisnis wisata halal di masa yang mendatang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Wisata Aek Sabaon saat ini belum maksimal dalam memanfaatkan peluang dan teknologi informasi dalam mempromosikan wisatanya. Selain itu, kemitraan dengan pemerintah daerah, Dinas Pariwisata, Agen Travel dan intansi lainnya masih belum dilakukan. Wisata Aek Sabaon juga belum memerhatikan faith-based service needs 2.0 sebagai upaya mengembangkan wisata halal. Kata Kunci: Wisata Halal, Business Model Canvas, SWOT, Faith-Based Service Needs 2.0 Abstract,Aek Sabaon Tourism is one of the famous natural attractions and is in demand by the people of TABAGSEL (Tapanuli Bagian Selatan). The location is very far from the city but the natural beauty and the coolness of the air become the target of tourists. Halal tourismnow become important in order to support Halal Lifestyle. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by collecting, filling questionnaires and interviews with related parties Aek Sabaon Tourism. The data collected is then analyzed using the Canvas Business Model, followed by the SWOT model so that businesses that can be developed become a halal tourism business in the future. Based on preliminary results, it is recognized that Aek Sabaon Tourism is currently not maximally utilizing opportunities and information technology in its tourism sponsors. In addition, partnerships with local governments, the Department of Tourism, Travel Agencies and other agencies have not yet been made. Aek Sabaon Tourism also has not noticed the needs of faith-based service needs 2.0 as an effort to develop halal tourism.Keywords: Halal Tourism, Business Model Canvas, SWOT, Faith-Based Service Needs 2.0

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the concept of Islamic business ethics and its implementation in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are individual businesses or business entities that are currently experiencing rapid development. Its development certainly must be accompanied by ethical awareness as exemplified by Rasulullah saw. which is actualized through his characteristics. Thus, the business carried out is not just to get profit only but also blessing. Therefore, Islamic business ethics in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very important to implement.

Abstract

Islamic entrepreneurship is an aspect of life that grouped into the problem of mu'amalah. This study aims to elaborated entrepreneurship in an Islamic perspective with the concept of honesty which has implications for strengthening Islamic values in entrepreneurial activities  that  can  bring  people  closer  to  Allah swt.  This  study  used  library  research  with descriptive analysis method. All data collected by reviewing various books, literature, notes, including research that has not been or has been published to look for some references relating to Islamic entrepreneurship and the concept of honesty. It is known that the concept of entrepreneurship of the Prophet Muhammad was carried out by means of shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah according shariah principle as human representation to prospering the earth. The concept of entrepreneurship as solely because of Allah swt.

Abstract

Poverty is an unresolved social problem. One solution to improve the welfare of the poor is the distribution of zakat and empowerment of zakat. The problem of zakat faced today is very complex, start from the fact that there are still some people who won't pay zakat until the distribution of zakat that has not been arranged neatly. The approach used in this research was desciptive qualitative.Descriptive qualitative research seeks to analyze and interpret data has been collected  from the relevant literature. In distributing zakat there are two types of forms, namely consumptive and productive. Especially for zakat productive , giving this type of zakat to empower mustahik to be more productive, independent, and to improve their lives through their potential. Consumptive is understood that zakat is simple distributed such as zakat  distributed in the form of zakat items which are used up or used up. Zakat is no longer scarred because it has been used in daily mustahik. However, productive zakat is distributed not to be spent but to be developed .The model of giving zakat productive includes business capital or loans to mustahik whose daily activities are economic activists, whether traders or others. One of the most suitable schemes to be applied in distributing productive zakat is qardhul hasan. This scheme was known as a loan that was given to someone for free without any imposition of fees unless only returning the principal. Distribution of zakat productive  use the qardul hasan scheme make it easy and not burdensome for mustahik, and the qardhul hasan scheme will avoid usury, and mustahik can maximize it business income. The running distribution of zakat productive with the qardhul hasan scheme can be improve the people's economic welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the creative solutions of Islamic economics in overcoming the economic obstacles faced by SMEs both short and long term. This research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach from secondary data including and literature. The results of this study indicate that the right Islamic economic solution to addressing the economic barriers of SMEs is to provide Islamic finance, strengthen management, and use financial technology (Fintech) features and establish relationships with customers. This research has implications for improving and strengthening sharia-based SMEs.

Abstract

Pangsa pasar yang dapat dikuasai Industri Keuangan Syariah Non-Bank masih terbilang kecil, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Inflasi terhadap Pangsa Pasar Industri Keuangan Syariah Non-Bank. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang merupakan penggabungan antara data time series dan cross section, sehingga menjadi data panel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah IKNB Syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sebanyak lima sektor, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini yaitu tiga sektor Industri Keuangan Non-Bank Syariah yang tersedia laporan keuangan bulanannya. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 18. Beradasarkan hasil pengujian, data yang digunakan terdistribusi normal dan memenuhi seluruh kriteria uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dari ROA dan BOPO terhadap pangsa pasar, sedangkan ROE memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pangsa pasar. Variabel Inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pangsa pasar. Kontribusi keseluruhan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Pangsa Pasar adalah sebesar 67%, sedangkan sisanya ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Tradisi dui menre pada Suku Bugis di Kabupaten Wajo (Kajian Hukum Islam) bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedududukan dui menre dan hukum pernikahan adat bugis di Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode (library research) dan (field research) dan serta artikel-artikel yang di anggap mempunyai kaitan masalah yang akan di teliti mengenai pemberian dui menre. Penelitian ini melalui tekhik wawancara berdasarkan data hasil wawancara yang ada penulis berusaha menarik kesimpulan yang lebih umum. Peneliti ini dilakukan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Wajo, Toko Agama dan Toko Adat. Dalam hasil penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan bahwa ternyata masyarakat bugis khususnya di Kabupaten Wajo menganggap bahwa pemberian dui menre adalah tradisi wajib, yang diberikan oleh pihak laki-laki kepada pihak perempuan yang fungsinya digunakan sebagai biaya uantuk melaksanakan pesta pernikahan, dan memberikan rasa hormat bagi keluarga pihak perempuan. Kedudukan dui menre dalam pernikahan adat bugis salah satu syarat utama, karna jika tidak ada dui menre maka tidak ada pula pernikahan. Islam tidak mengatur mengenai ketentuan dui menre akan tetapi hukumnya mubah. Kata Kunci: Adat, Dui menre, Pernikahan, Sulawesi Selatan, Tradisi Bugis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic Financial Institutions in empowering SMEs, strategies and important roles carried out by LKS in order to empower SMEs through the provision of capital to be managed in business. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, a method that only describes various forms of paradigms about empowerment strategies for SMEs, the most important data sources in this study are related to the search for library data, relevant books, and scientific papers. others relevant to the object of study. The results of this study indicate that there has been much power and effort carried out by the Islamic Finance Agency in order to empower SMEs, this can be proven by the existence of several programs, products, and financing aimed directly at SMEs. The strategy used is; provide complete information as well as promotion to SMEs, provide financing for their business development, provide financing in accordance with the type of business that SMEs are involved in with the concept of sharia principles. The implication of this research is to continue to provide services professionally and provide the best so that they are truly able to provide community welfare, more selective in providing financing so as to minimize the losses that will occur, increase technological resources so that SMEs can easily access information.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the empowerment of Islamic Social finance perspectives in finding the optimal empowerment model. Still not optimal management of zakat funds so that the potential in advancing the economy through social finance can not be achieved. The purpose of this research will reveal some important points as an idea in building up empowering social finance of zakat funds. This research approach is a qualitative perspective using the grounded theory method.Based on the results of the study will produce a basic theory about the empowerment of zakat funds contained in 5T ieprecise target, precise amount, appropriate cost, timely and precise influence.

Abstract

Islamic philanthropy is one of the pillars in economic development. Islamic philanthropy consists of zakat, infaq, shadaqah and waqf. The asset turnover from the muzakki to mustahik aims to reduce poverty. Islamic philanthropy which is managed professionally through productive programs in the development of small and medium micro enterprises is expected to be able to transform mustahik to be muzakki. Republika Dompet Dhuafa Foundation as one of the national amil zakat institutions that has an economic development program is expected to be able to develop small and medium micro businesses in Indonesia. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative method, which describes the source of fundraising and distribution of ZISWAQ at the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation.
