Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) is a government program aims to build community welfare through independent economic. To build BUMDes is obligated to all district which has been given socialization dan training about this enterprise by local government. This community service was conducted in Pakisjajar aims to help”perangkat desa” and “kelompok kerja (Pokja)” with management knowledge in oder to build BUMDes. The result of training showed that all participants antusiastic by asking many questions and discussing their problems. As the training ended, all participants stated that they satisfied with the material of training. It was complete and met their needs and they felt sure to build BUMDes. Hopefully, participants of this training can build BUMDes as soon as possible and can manage the enterprise succesfully.

Abstract

Farmers in Kromengan Village, Kromengan District, Malang Regency have problems providing forage feed for their goats. Appropriate technology offered on this community services program is the silage technology on agricultural by-product. A target of this community services programes is a group of goat farmers "Sinar Harapan" with the number of farmers 15 people who have of 3-4 goats respectively. The feed ingredients used to make silage are rice straw, sugar cane, pollard, urea, starbio, EM4, and water. Complete feed composed include silage 51.57% and leguminous 48.43%. The results of community services program activities increased: (1) the understanding of target group about complete feed formulation based on agricultural by-product as goat feed about 90%; (2) goat body weight gain  150 g / head/day; and (3) farmer income of Rp 432,109 ,-/month. It is suggested to implement community services program by utilizing silage technology which based local agricultural by-product based as roughage source for ruminants.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School "Asy-Syadzili" Pakis of Malang in addition to conducting religious education (Hafidz Al-Quran) also manages the formal education of Junior High School, Senior High School, and Vocational High School, which has 650 students and/or with the number of 800 Islamic Students. Meanwhile, Islamic Boarding School "Asy-Syadzili" Pakis of Malang is still managed by traditional management, it does not mean that there is no opportunity to be flexible and dynamic in their management. So the management must have the ability to arrange the implementation of boarding school to fit the vision and mission set. Based on the observation of the devotees, the caretaker / motivation of the board is very low, so that impressed the management of the cottage is less than optimal. The purpose of this dedication so that the board of management understand about boarding school management. The methods used ranging from education on financial management, planning functions, organizing functions, mobilization functions, motivation, leadership, and supervisory functions. Followed by training in preparing the work program boarding school that refers to the vision and mission Islamic Boarding School. After training on female Islamic Students, the board has been generated: average attendance attendance is 89.2%, liveliness in training 78,6%, management understanding about management 84% can be understood well, 82% understanding about management finance, and 95% of board can arrange work program of boarding school systematically and based on management functions.

Abstract

The implementation of community service aimed at improving the English proficiency of the students in study house. The methods applied in this training were the provision of materials and practice. The provision of materials was the provision of guidance and explanation of the theory of English. After that, the teacher gave the questions and asked the students to do and practice dialogue in English. There were two study houses namely home study in Sido Rahayu and in Pandan Landung. The results of the activities were: at Sido Rahayu home study: 100% students always came and followed the activities held twice a week. 90% students understood the material and could work on the questions given by the teacher in writing. 80% students could do independently and could do a conversation.At Pandan Landung home study: 100% students always actively came. 75% students really understood the material and could work on the questions in writing. 6o% students could do independently the problems given by teachers and could do a simple conversation.

Abstract

Limitation of feed and low nutrient consumption in dry season cause a longer period of cattle fattening. The problems can be overcome by applying a cheaper and easier technology namely feed conservation technology. Method applied were extension, training, and mentoring. The result showed that the farmers’ participation were very active refers to their present and questiones raised deal with the materials presented. The highly participation also found during the training and mentoring since the feed conservation technology was an innovative activity and high benefit. The activities result were two units of representative model cattle cage due to clean and hygienic aspects, one unit of feed storage, 400 kg corn straw silage, 300 kg rice straw ammoniation, and 100 kg concentrate.

Abstract

This service aims to improve the ability of teachers in the art of dance and can improve the learning of dance both intra and ekstrakurikuler in each school District Jabung. Activities ranging from first up to seven the session on 6-8 October 2017 at 08.00-16.00 began delivering material insights into art education, basic dance malangan motion, range of motion dance bantengan parts 1 to 3, followed by create design patterns floors and practice. The results of the implementation of the activities have been implemented according to the plan, it is expected that the teacher can innovate in the learning of dance, what has been accepted teacher applied in the learning that they carry out.

Abstract

In accordance with the vision of Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang as excellent campus in 2025 and excellent in education field in 2020, it is obviously important to do some actions. One of the ways is improving education quality through e-learning. The aims of this community service are 1) giving knowledge what kinds of application which can be applied in teaching learning process, 2) training the students in making Edmodo account, 3)knowing the students responses toward the use of Edmodo in teaching learning process. Method used in this activity is training. The steps were 1) introduced application that can be alternative media in teaching learning process, 2) introduced Edmodo  as media, 3)workshop in making and joining group class, 4) simulation the use of Edmodo in small class and 5) evaluation. The finding of this activity was 85% students having good sense in applying Edmodo at class and Emodo is ready to be applied in class.

Abstract

Based on the results of monitoring of learning at Post PAUD in Tlogomas region in the 20172018 semester, there are several findings in the development of non-formal education institutions among the following; 1). facilities and learning infrastructure that has not been good, 2). The welfare of teachers is still uncertain, 3). administrative demands from partner institutions, and also 4). different curriculum guide of ECD (Formal) with Post PAUD (non Formal), also related teacher competence. This devotion program helps provide partner problem solving that is; mentoring and training of learning tool preparation, the planning stage begins with visits to several PAUD Post. Implementation of each teacher reviewing learning tools, dilanjudkan accompaniment team as well as training the preparation of personal RPPH preparation, then the results are presented in groups to get input repair and end the evaluation with the team of servants. The results of the teacher program can demonstrate the results of the groups work to make the RPPH hope that the follow-up of this activity will be dilanjudkannya in their respective institutions to improve the quality of learning according to student development.

Abstract

Creativity is an important aspect for every child, especially for kindergarten children. The level of creativity of the children both  in school and home will have an effect on their learning achievement. There for, children creativity should be developed and facilitated with various facilities and infrastructure. One of the way to develop childrens creativity is the skills of paper folding (origami). The lack of childrens creativity, especially in the art of origami skills, is influenced by some factors such as the lack of creativity of the children itself, the facilities and infrastructures, unsupportive environment, the possibility of unprofessional teachers in applying the basic skills of teaching, either skills using variations or style of teaching methods. By improving the professionalism of the teachers, it can be expected to create a fun learning-teaching process for learners

Abstract

The library is part of school facilities that must be managed properly. But in reality, in the field there are still many school libraries that are still not good in the management system such as reading room arrangement that is not comfortable, books that are not labeled so that it is difficult for readers to look for it, it is difficult to know the availability of books (administrative services using manuals) and there are still many librarians who Not yet qualified in their fields, there are even librarians who are not purely library subjects, so there is a need for training and education for librarians and providers in the school library. We see the need for library development in several schools in Tlanakan sub-district. Because it can increase interest in visiting and reading students. So that the target in achieving is the increase of librarians knowledge and ability in managing the school library properly so that the library becomes a maximum means of supporting student learning. The findings of this activity are the participants responded well. They get a lot of previously unknown knowledge about library management and are motivated to develop libraries in their schools and plan to follow other trainings that support their knowledge in managing the library.
