Abstract

Abstract : Shopping centers are easy to find in big cities like Jakarta and because there are too many times people are often confused which one to go to, not to mention if people from outside Jakarta come and want to visit a shopping center. The problem to choose a shopping center that encourages researchers to conduct a study to develop applications to find the nearest shopping center using the Dijkstra algorithm that can be used on smartphones in order to make it easier to find and find shopping centers around users. The application was designed using flowchart and UML and was made using Android Studio with the help of the Google Maps API to display maps, display pins, find and display the nearest route using latitude and longitude from Google Maps. Algorithm to calculate and determine the route that must be traversed using the Dijkstra algorithm. The accuracy of the calculation results using the Dijkstra algorithm reaches 93%

Abstract

Abstract :  Social insurance company has mission to protect all people, avoid the risk of social life, so social insurance company must provide public services that are easy to use. To provide fast, accurate, and information, ensuring the reliability of information technology service capacity governance is very important. Social insurance company needs period of preparation for development towards vision (Good Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) in service excellence, taking into account the governance of information technology service capacity which is important factor for Social Insurance Company. ISO is a standard-setting body that provides world-class specifications for variety of things, from products, services and systems, to ensure quality, safety and efficiency. Therefore, this paper provides an overview the implementation of ISO 20000-1: 2018 standards for Information Technology Services Capacity Management with standardization clauses for social insurance company and review information technology service capacity governance standards as considerations and proposals to Social Insurance Company

Abstract

Abstract :  Indonesia has excellent natural potential for seaweed industry. To help farmers understand the harvest period, an application needs to be built. In this research, a preprocessing application for processing seaweed image processing is taken through remote sensing. Preprocessing is using the Unsharp Mask Filtering and Laplacian Filtering methods. The performace metrics results using the SSIM method show that Laplacian level 2 filtering method gives better result.

Abstract

Abstract :  This study aims to determine the level of application of green computing at the Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas Palembang and recommend strategies in implementing green computing. Where green computing itself is the study and realization of the use of computing resources efficiently and environmentally friendly. The purpose of green computing is to increase the efficiency of use and reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint. Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas Palembang has long been using Information Technology (IT), one of which is a computer to support the ongoing process of the academic community. But the use of computers unwittingly provides a big role in environmental pollution and CO2 emissions. Based on the results of research that still needs to be socialized about understanding the importance of management and utilization in the use of IT equipment and policies to support the reduction of energy consumption and environmental pollution.

Abstract

Abstract : Wi-Fi technologies are widely used generally using IEEE 802 wireless standardization. 11a/b/g  which works at a frequency of 2.4 GHz.  These devices are found in almost all places, such as in offices ? Government offices, private companies, entertainment venues, and educational venues. Currently the need for Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) is very much needed, because nowadays many gadget devices that have been equipped with Wi-Fi so that with Wi-Fi Everyone can access the Internet everywhere. Based on the results of a field survey conducted on the WLAN network in the office of the Dinas Pendidikan Kayuagung  in South Sumatera, from all computer units in the office is connected to the Internet through a network cable or wireless network, that the wireless network felt is still less optimal because there are some areas that are not covered or affordable by the Wi-Fi network. The researcher aims to redesign and rebrand Wi-Fi networks based on the scope of the area to be more optimal. While the research method to be used is the method PPDIOO (Prepare Plan Design Implement Operate and Optimize).

Abstract

Abstract :  University Scheduling is a way of allocating students, lecturers, and rooms, which is used for lectures in the available time slots. The common problems are that a lecturer is scheduled in the same time slot, or several courses are scheduled in the same room and the same time slot. For this reason, scheduling needs to be made in such a way that it can optimize the use of resources. We use simulated annealing as an approach to solve that problem. The results showed that the higher the initial temperature value used and the greater the iteration value would reduce the violation constraints in scheduling problems.

Abstract

Abstract :  The term BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) refers to the use of employees' personal devices (for example smartphones, tablets, laptops, netbooks) to do their work and manage corporate data from anywhere at any time. BYOD has been widely applied in the business world, hospitals, and education. With the ease that can be achieved by using BYOD, the security aspect is very important to consider. It starts with the security of the device to the security of company data that can be accessed by employees. Five dimensions of security control that must be considered in implementing BYOD: 1) data control; 2) access control; 3) network access control; 4) device management; 5) create a supporting framework. With the five BYOD implementation solutions presented in this study, there is only one solution that accommodates the five dimensions of BYOD security control, the use of Mobile Device Management (MDM) technology.

Abstract

Abstract :  Tic-Tac-Toe is one of the board games. It is played by filling the columns on the board with X or O in such a way as to form parallel lines vertically, horizontally and diagonally. This study aims to design Non-Player Characters (NPC) in the tic-tac-toe game with the minimax algorithm. The Tic-tac-toe game will be designed with two game modes: easy and minimum random modes. While in minimax NPC mode will determine the best step. The game development process of the tic-tac-toe application is based on a linear sequence process model. In the analysis phase, the NPC will be designed based on the concept of minimax. Software modeling was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and coded with Visual Basic programming. Our tests show that NPCs with the Minimax algorithm can work well.

Abstract

Abstract:  The fluctuative of stock prices in a secondary market provide the possibility for investors/traders to gain profits through the difference in stock prices (capital gain). In order to obtain these benefits, it is necessary to analyze before buying shares, through fundamental and technical analysis. One of several methods in Technical Analysis is Simple Moving Average Method. This method can be used to predict (forecast) stock prices by calculating moving average of the stock price history. Historical stock prices can be obtained in real time using the Web Scrapper technique, so the results is more quickly and accurately. Using the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percent Error) method, the level of accuracy of forecasting can be calculated. As a result, the program was able to run successfully and was able to display the value of forecasting and the level of accuracy for the entire data tested in LQ45. Besides forecasting with a value of N = 5 has the highest level of accuracy that reaches 97,6 % while the lowest one is using the value of N = 30 which is 95,0 %.

Abstract

Abstract :  The horror story of Dancer Village in Indonesia is a viral topic that has become a talk of citizens on Twitter social media. Various responses and public opinions emerged related to the truth of the story of supernatural experiences of students during a Real Work Lecture in an East Java region of Indonesia. This study conducted a sentiment analysis of community comments on Twitter social media on the viral topic using the Lexicon Based method. Sentiment classification is divided into 3 classes namely positive, negative and neutral. The research phase consists of data collection, pre-processing, processing (sentiment analysis) and visualization. Data collection uses Twitter Search API with 1000 Penari Desa keywords in Indonesian. The lexicon assessment results from 1000 tweets data obtained 33 positive, 767 neutral and 200 negative. The percentage of tweets containing positive comments by 3.3%, neutral 76.7% and negative by 20%
