Abstract

This study aims to find out there is a stress coping relationship with the motivation to learn guidance and counseling students in statistical subjects. The data collection instrument used to measure stress coping and learning motivation is the Likert scale. Coping stress is measured based on the forms of emotional focused coping stress and problem focused coping, on learning motivation measured based on the types of learning motivation that is intrinsic and extrinsic. The population of this study was guidance and counseling students and the sample of this study were 57 people. The data analysis used is Simple Correlation. The results showed that stress coping had a correlation with learning motivation with a calculated r value of 0.680> r table 0.261. In this analysis r count is positive, the relationship between the two variables is directly proportional, namely the increasing stress coping will increase student learning motivation in statistical subjects, on the contrary the decrease in stress coping will decrease students' learning motivation in the statistics course.

Abstract

Menipisnya perilaku prososial siswa adalah salah satu masalah yang terkait dengan bagaimana siswa memahami tentang perilaku prososial, apa yang mereka rasakan ketika mereka melihat kesulitan orang lain dan kecenderungan apa yang akan muncul ketika akan bersikap prososial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan hubungan antara religiusitasdengan sikap siswa terhadap perilaku prososial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tipe deskriptif korelasional. Populasi adalah 322 siswa dan sampel adalah 62 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik propotionate stratified random sampling. Instrumennya adalah religiusitas dan sikap siswa terhadap skala perilaku prososial. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara religiusitas dengan sikap siswa terhadap perilaku prososial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat dibuat sebagai penilaian kebutuhan siswa untuk menciptakan materi layanan bimbingan dan konseling

Abstract

Adolescent`s attitude will affect the way they behave. Adolescent`s attitude toward free sex is the degree to which the adolescent accept or refuse the various forms of sexual behavior carried out by a couple who are not bound in the bonds of marriage. Authoritative parenting and self-control is a factor that are factors that may have influenced the adolescent`s attitude towards free sex. This study aimed to describe: (1) the level of applied authoritative parenting, (2) the level of adolescent`s self-control, and (3) the level of adolescent`s attitude towards free sex. This study used quantitative approach by using descriptive method. The population of this research were 303 students at SMAN 1 Stabat growing with authoritative parenting. By using proportional stratified random sampling technique, 172 students were chosen as the samples. The instrument of the research was a scale. The purpose of the research was analyzed by using hypothetic mean. The results of the research revealed that: (1) the authoritative parenting applied by parents was in fairly adequate category, (2) the adolescent`s self-control was in adequate category, (3) the adolescent`s attitude towards free sex was in reasonably refused category.

Abstract

In preaching, each individual has an obligation to spread goodness to everyone to jointly do good things in life to create harmony and comfort in living together. In this case, da'wah activities need to be trained and developed for individuals when they are young and adolescents so that preaching skills are more mature and of good quality. This research was conducted with the aim to train da'wah to reconnect human nature with religion or make people aware of the truth of Islam and practice the teachings of Islam, so that they become good people. Making a good person means saving that person from heresy, from ignorance and poverty and from backwardness. The results of this study are to combine the da'wah process with counseling which is classified as a helping process but not just giving advice. In the process of helping, counselors need to foster, guide clients to better understand about themselves, their abilities, abilities, and abilities. With this he will be guided so that he can design for the future. All client decisions and choices are not from the counselor but from the client itself. The counselor's role is only to guide the client in the process of making decisions and choices

Abstract

Communication Information Technology (ICT) can be an effective tool for small and medium business communities to expand their business. Content Mastery Services are a support service to individuals to master certain abilities or competencies through learning activities. In this case the community is given mastery to have competence in marketing its home industry by using ICT. The Training of Trainner (TOT) method by means of providing materials through the content services in guidance and counseling, followed by a direct practice by the home industry actors. The results of this community service show that content Mastery Services is effective in delivering training content in ICT utilization for home industry players to advance their business.

Abstract

The purpose of this reaserch is to describe: (1) reinforcement teacher subjects accepted students, (2) the confidence of students, (3) the activeness of students in learning, , and (4) contribution the reinforcement subjects teachers and confidence individually or together to the activeness of students in learning. This research used quantitative approach and correlation method. The population of this reaserch were 619 students of SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang in the class X and XI. The sampel were 243 students than were chosen by using propotional stratafied random sampling. The instruments used Scale of Activeness Students in Learning with reliability 0,922, the Scale of Reinforcement Teacher with reliability 0,865, and Scale of Self Confidence with reliability 0,915  Likert model. Research data were analyzed using simple regression and regression. The results of this research show that on average: (1) the level of reinforcement teacher subjects were on the category either, (2) the level of the students’s confidence are in the category of middle, (3) the level of activeness students are on a high category, (4) reinforcement teacher subjects contribute significantly to the activeness of the students in learning of 15.6%, confidence contributes significantly to the activenes of the students in learning of 17,9%, and reinforcement teachers subjects and confidence collectively contribute significantly the activiveness student in learning of 25,4%. The implications of the research can be used as input to steer  counsellors in providing guidance and counselling services.

Abstract

Miskonsepsi Prodi BPI/BKI merupakan salah satu hal yang sudah terjadi cukup lama. Miskonsepsi terhadap prodi ini dimulai dari pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Agama, PTKIN meliputi seluruh civitas akademika prodi BPI/BKI, sampai kepada pengguna lulusan. Miskonsepsi ini harus segera diselesaikan oleh semua pemangku kebijakan dan civitas akademika untuk menyelamatkan kelangsungan masa depan prodi ini, dan tentunya adalah mahasiswa dan alumninya. Beberapa bentuk miskonsepsi prodi BPI/BKI Fakultas Dakwah yang dapat dianalisis mulai dari: (1) Penamaan Prodi, (2) Struktur Kurikulum, (3) Alumni bisa jadi konselor, (4) Rumpun Ilmu, (5) Objek Praktik Spesifik (OPS).

Abstract

The background of this research was the importance of a college students’ guidance and counseling program in STKIP PGRI West Sumatera to have a good social interaction. Emotional intelligence became factors that can predict affect social interaction. The purpose of this research was obviously to describe: (1) emotional intelligence, (2) the contribution of emotional intelligence towards social interactions, This research was using quantitative method with correlation type. The population was college students’ guidance and counseling program in STKIP PGRI West Sumatera in academic year  2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. A number of college students were 818 students. The sample was 272 students selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument was a Likert scale models. The research findings shown that: (1) an average of the emotional intelligence of college students at the high category, (2) there was a significant contribution of emotional intelligence toward social interaction.Implications of these results can be used as an analysis of the college students’ needs in the preparation of guidance and counseling program services at universities, especially in STKIP PGRI West Sumatera.

Abstract

This research aim to know how is the psychoogical dynamic of the wife who sued for divorce from husband. This research is using the qualitative method specifically in phenomenological approach. There are 3 informants of this research, which are 3 marriage women with more than 3 years age of marriage. The data taken by interview and observation. The Result of this research the psychological dynamic shows : guilt to the child, trauma to marriage, anxiety or worry in choosing the right partner and disappointment of the concept of marriage that is not in accordance with reality.

Abstract

The problem of this research is There Is Influence Everyone Is A Teacher Here Strategy on Student Motivation Class XI In SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan T.P 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Everyone Is A Teacher Here Strategy on Student Motivation Class XI In SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan TP 2016/2017 which amounted to 211 Students consisting of 6 classes and divided into 3 departments and the sample studied is class XI AK 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan as many as 38 students. Instrument used is questionnaire and test. Which questionnaire is doing observations in SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan to know the motivation of student learning. The method used in this research is quantitative method with product moment analysis unit. From the results of this study can be seen improving student learning motivation by using the influence of Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy on the subject of Citizenship Education with research conducted, it was found that Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning affects the motivation of student learning on the subject of Citizenship Education. From the results of the hypothesis calculation obtained tcount = 2.309 for the significant level α = 0.05 and dk = n-2 = 38-2 = 36, then obtained the price r table = 1.6892. Obtained tcount 2.309> ttabel 1.6892, this means Ha accepted means a significant influence between strategy Everyone Is A Teacher Here on student learning motivation.
