Abstract

The written article aims to describe the hermeneutics and Alquran textualism  from classic until contemporer. Alquran  in moeslim discourse, has a central position which cannot be ignored, because of the Alquran is not only a Muslim theological foundation to be religious, but also becomes law resource, moral and world view. Broadly Alquran study is consist of three main section: first, exegesis or the study of the text Alquran itself; second, the history of interpretation; and third, the role of the Alquran in life and moeslim thinking (ritual, theology, law etc). the refered hermeneutic is focus to exegesis textual as a distinctive and central element in hermeneutic. The contribute of this research is to provide thought contributions to reader to understand the hermeunetict and Alquran textualism from classic until modern.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to analyze the problem of the contradictions of Muslims' understanding of the concept of jihad which has ben impicated on different implementations. Every Muslim believe in the importance of jihad as one of the principles of Islam, because in the belief of every Muslim, the teachings of jihad are inward in it and every Muslim is automatically a mujahid. moreover, because of the multi-interpretative characteristics of Islam, there has never been a single view of how to properly interpret jihad. In fact, throughout the history of Islamic civilization, there are two different spectrums of thought about jihad. Both recognize the importance of jihad as one of the principles of Islam, but both have different interpretations of jihad. The difference is based on how to interpret religious texts related to jihad. Once the text is central to the formulation of the concept of jihad in Islamic history, it is no doubt that the text is used and misused, interpreted and interpreted in order to support and justify the agendas of certain groups. Therefore, the interpretation of the jihadic texts must be carried out comprehensively and not ignoring the historical socio and socio political background of the text, so that it can be fully absorbed in the understanding of jihad.

Abstract

The article aims to analyze an overview of Islamic education and multicultural education in Indonesian country. Multicultural education is not new concept in Indonesia, but it has been run as long as national education system.  Both Islamic education and multicultural education are the way to prepare students to become good Muslim and good citizen. Teacher today must socialize and inculcate Islamic values and multicultural values as early as possible from elementary school. Junior high school, and senior highs school. Indonesia is the largest Muslim people country in the world.  In modern era, some scholars have studied on Islamic education and multicultural education in the terms of philosophy, methodology and objective to be achieved. This study addressed multicultural phenomenon and Islamic education curriculum today in Indonesia. It provides for reader, researcher, and those who are involved in future studies of Indonesian country.

Abstract

Jurisprudence or al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah did not exist in the time of the Prophet Muhammad. Jurisprudence comes later after fiqh and usul fiqh. The foundation of the formulation of fiqh rules comes from the texts of the Koran, Sunnah, Ijma ', and Qiyas. There are differences in al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah different from al-qawaid al-ushuliyyah, namely al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah is the majority rule that can be applied to most of its branches. Meanwhile, qawaid ushuliyyah is a means to issue amaliy sharia law. There is no standard number of all the principles of fiqh, but the scholars classify all of them into five main rules, namely 1) al-age bi maqashidiha, 2) al-yaqinu la yuzalu bi al-syakk, 3) al-masyaqqatu tajlinu al- taisir, 4) al-dhararu yuzalu, 5) al-'adatu muhakkamatun. Of the five rules, all have branches that are not counted exactly. The function of fiqh rules is to be a tool for mujtahid, judge, imam, and mufti. This is because the problems of life in society are increasingly complex, and also not all problems have a direct answer whether it's in the Koran, Sunnah, Ijma 'or Qiyas. Therefore, the principle of fiqh has an important function as part of the methods and instruments in the formulation of Islamic law.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is not solely about discussing how Muslims carry out their religious teachings, but it also discusses issues with a wider range of educational interests capable of creating human happiness and success in the world and the hereafter. For this reason, a proper education system must be created so that it can produce humanity in accordance with Islamic teachings. Reformation in Islamic education requires the contextualization of Islamic religious education in accordance with the original sources in the Qur'an and Assunnah so that there is a relevance between Islamic religious education and current situations. Although Islamic education keeps updated to the current situation, spiritual values (asceticism) and ahlakul karimah are not abandoned. The spiritual values (asceticism) in relation to Islamic religious education must be developed and taught, but how to teach and internalize them to people, especially to students, requires basic thoughts and findings so that ascetic attainment of Islamic religious education can be reached.

Abstract

Implementation of habituation-based management strategies in growing the religius character of students in SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan can change the character of students more religius. The students look polite and polite in various ways. The results showed that: firstly, there was a habit-based strategy planning in growing students' religius character at SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan, namely by involving stakeholders to develop a plan for growing religius character as outlined in curriculum documents through various extra activities and subjects. Both implementations are by activating positive religius activities, such as prayer in congregation, reading short Al-Qur'an letters and Yasin letters before learning, reading prayers before and after learning, and kissing the teacher's hand. The third evaluation in the implementation of customary-based strategy management in growing the religius character of students in SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan is the supporting factors, namely; (1) there are similarities in School Rules, (2) there is support from Teachers and Stakeholders, and (3) there are adequate facilities. While the inhibiting factors namely; (1) there are differences in the character of students, (2) lack of attention from parents of students, and (3) the existence of negative community responses.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjawab pertanyaan berikut : Bagaimana Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) dapat meng-efektifitkan pendidikan ?, Bagaimana  Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) dapat memenuhi harapan para stakeholder ?. Dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan kajian pustaka (library research). Adapun metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif sebab dilakukan dengan menganalisa data melalui penelaahan yang dilakukan secara intensif, mendetail, dan komprehensif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa : Pertama, pendidikan yang dikehendaki Islam yang efektif dan efisien  bertujuan mengembangkan seluruh potensi peserta didik menjadi ?hamba Allah? yang sejati, yang berperilaku positif dan kontributif buat diri dan lingkungannya. Kedua, Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) memenuhi harapan para stakeholder, sekolah mampu memfasilitasi proses pendidikan dengan cara menjalin kerjasama yang efektif dalam upaya mengembangkan proses pendidikan yang benar dan berkualitas.  Selain itu MPI memiliki misi ganda yaitu profit sekaligus sosial. Misi profit ini dapat dicapai dengan efektif dan efisien, untuk memperlancar operasional. Misi sosial untuk mewariskan dan menginternalisasikan nilai luhur. melalui modal human-capital dan social-capital yang memadai. melalui profesionalisme yang tinggi.   Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Agama Islam, Akhlak Mulia, Efektif dan Efisien

Abstract

           Organizing and personnel management is one of the most important parts in the management of educational institutions. Organizing and personnel management theories are important to run in educational institutions in order to realize organizational goals. this research aims to determine and identify the application of organizing and personnel management at Islamic High School Raudlatul Mut?allimin, which is located in Pangauban Village, Pacet District, Bandung. In this research, using qualitative approach and descriptive method. This source of information is the Head of Madrasah, the teachers and employees of the Islamic High School. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results of this research showed that Organizing and personnel management at Islamic High School Raudlatul Muta?allimin is carried out through planning by setting direction and goals, setting targets, formulating who will carry out tasks, setting priority positions, identifying various problems and needs and setting criteria in the recruitment of personnel. The implementation is by creating an organizational structure, assigning personal assignments and assigning tasks and programs. As for the supervision carried out intensively, both daily monitoring, supervision, monthly meetings and meetings that are incidental. In its application, organizing and personnel management can?t be used effectively and efficiently at this Islamic High School. It identifies the need for improvements internally in many ways, including in the organizational structure, division of labor, coordination, communication and others.

Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang pentingnya pembangunan moral siswa madrasah sebagai sumber daya bangsa yang merupakan pesan penting  dari tujuan pendidikan nasional seperti tertera dalam UU No. 20 tahun 2003. Akhlak hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia hal ini merupakan misi utama yang diturunkan kepada nabi Muhammad di muka bumi. Siswa madrasah saat ini hidup di era majunya ilmu pengetahuan yang memiliki dampak positif maupun negatif, karena itu pendidikan Islam termasuk madrasah harus menyiapkan siswanya memiliki akhlak atau kharakter untuk berkompetisi di era kini berupa karakter jujur, disiplin, adil, tanggungjawab mandiri. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersumberkan pada kepustakaan melalui buku, jurnal dan lainnya.

Abstract

The term inter-religious harmony is synonymous with the term tolerance. Harmony is a term that is filled with the contents of good meaning and peace. The point is living together in society with unity of heart and agreeing not to create disputes and quarrels. Living in harmony is everyone's dream. Differences on one hand can be a strength if managed properly and professionally. However, if not, differences in worldview among multicultural nations will be a factor of nation disintegration and prolonged conflict. This article aims to find out how the strategy in building harmony among religious believers in Indonesia. The method used in this study is library research (Literature Study), which is to trace books and findings from studies of interfaith harmony. The results of this study explain that there are 6 strategies that can be carried out in building harmony between religious believers, namely internalizing tolerance, maintaining kinship (ukhuwah), mutual respect and respect, mutual trust and avoiding prejudice, clarifying and confirming the information obtained and acting fairly .     Keywords: Strategy, Harmony, Religious people
