Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of religious aqeedah material of Magelang Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students, the religious behavior of Magelang Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students, and the influence of the understanding of religious aqidah material on religious grade XI students of SMK Muhammadiyah Magelang. The study was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah Magelang by taking respondents from class XI as many as 45 students from 130 students there. The methods used are quantitative methods, questionnaire methods and simple linear regression data analysis. The results of the study, the influence of understanding of religious aqeedah of students of SMK Muhammadiyah by 100% categorized in high level, behavior of Students of Muhammadiyah Vocational School Magelang which is 84.4% categorized in moderate level, and there are differences in understanding of religious aqidah worship material on the religious behavior of class XI students in Vocational High Schools (SMK) Muhammadiyah Magelang, obtained an F value of 34.4 and sig. of 0.020 which means that there is a significant influence between the variables "understanding of the material of religious beliefs" on the variable "Student religiosity" because of the value of sig. <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was obtained at 0.800, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the variable understanding of religious worship material on student religiosity was 80.0%, the rest 20.0% influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Educational institutions have an influence in shaping the character and religiosity of students but not all educational institutions are able to change the behavior of their students. In recent years there have been many immoral cases involving students such as drugs, fighting, truant. Even educational institutions with religious backgrounds do not fully succeed in making student religiosity better. This study aims to determine the level of religious experience of vocational students with high school. The method used is a quantitative method. Subjects in this study were 120 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires on the scale of religious experience. Then the data are analyzed using descriptive analysis and testing in hypotheses using the independent sample "T-test" test. Research findings show that; The religious experience of vocational students is included in the high category with a percentage of (88.3%) and 11.7%, the religious experience of high school students is included in the high category with a percentage of (88.3%) and 11.7%, and there is no difference in the level of religious experience in SMK students with high school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of educational scholarships from philanthropic funds in Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school, the motivation of Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school students who donated from philanthropic funds, and to determine the achievements of Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School donated from philanthropic funds . This research is in the form of qualitative research and uses a quantitative descriptive approach, while the collection of data using techniques, questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the education philanthropy fund Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school was obtained from several aspects including; permanent donors, non-permanent donors, government agencies, syahriyyah wali santri, infaq and community sadaqoh. Islamic education philanthropy at Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school gives a "good" effect on increasing student motivation and achievement, reaching 83.05%. Islamic education philanthropy at Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school has a quite varied influence on indicators per variable, which is that almost 70% of free school fees can increase student motivation, and 30% can improve student achievement.

Abstract

Curriculum is an important part of the implementation of learning in school.  It covers the   aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This study aims to describe the problems of planning, implementing, and evaluating the 2013 curriculum in the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak in MTs. Negeri 04 Jember. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research.  The data collection method used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis of interactive models of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the problems in planning, learning, and evaluating the 2013 curriculum in the Aqeedah Akhlak subjects were the difficulties faced by teachers in developing lesson plans and determining learning methods, mismatches between lesson plans and learning implementation, and constructing the score rubrics for attitude assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and inhibiting factors of the implementation of inclusive education in the Al-Firdaus Integrated Islamic Elementary School Banjarmasin. The research method used is a qualitative approach, and the type of research is case studies. The research informants were the school principal, inclusive school coordinator, class teacher, teacher assistant (special teacher), and students. The results of the study found the implementation of inclusive education in the Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin Integrated Islamic Elementary School including, 1). planning, each teacher is required to make lesson plans individually learning. 2). implementation, learning patterns carried out in the inclusive class consisted of three activities; tahfidz learning, regular classes, individual learning programs. 3). assessment, the school distinguishes the content of the questions and the difficulty level of the questions. Obstacles in the implementation of inclusive education at SDIT Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin occur in the implementation of learning in between classroom management and teachers need to repeatedly explain the material to students who are slow learners.

Abstract

Knowledge Management can be understood with a systematic step in managing intellectual assets / knowledge and various information from individuals and organizations to create excellence in competing for added value and innovation. Apart from that, knowledge is one of the agency's assets and can be a separate competitive advantage if it can be managed well. The current problem is the development of technology and the increasing competitiveness that occurs between educational institutions. If an educational institution does not have good knowledge management, of course, it will be left behind. Then good management is needed and is maximally applied in SD Muhammadiyah Trini Gamping Selman DIY. Implementation management takes into account two aspects, namely identification of knowledge and identification of structure and attention also found on the tacit and explicit factors as a pattern of developing knowledge management. If all of these factors are considered and applied correctly, superior schools that have good and superior management will emerge.

Abstract

This research is about theopreneurship of pesantren. Theopreneurship is a relatively new study in the academic world, namely entrepreneurship based on religious values, which is rather different from entrepreneurship studies in general. This research is a descriptive analysis; for collecting data using the in-depth interview method and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). From the research it was found that the two pesantren of Muhammadiyah, namely al-Mu'amin Tembarak and Darul Arqom Patean used the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin al-Islamiyyah (KMI) model in the management of student learning, namely daily learning management for students for 24 hours of full day in the boarding schools. For the development of theopreneurship, Darul Arqom Patean uses the organizational culture formed in the pesantren environment, namely business development through a business division that was formed institutionally and the development of santri entrepreneurship motivation through the Darul Arqom Organization students (OSDA). Meanwhile, pesantren al-Mu'min Tembarak, entrepreneurship development has not yet become an organizational culture, pesantren is still looking for models and forms. For the development of the entrepreneurial ethos of students carried out through the organizational culture of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM).

Abstract

This research is titled Implementation of child friendly schools in realizing school culture in SDN Geger Tegalrejo which aims to find out whether the school has implemented child friendly schools in whole or in part and to find out the school culture which is the result of the implementation of child friendly schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the implementation of child friendly schools in SDN Geger Tegalrejo. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis method uses descriptive method. The implementation of child friendly schools in SDN Geger Tegalrejo is in accordance with the indicators of child friendly schools and refers to the classification standards of child friendly schools that have been declared by the ministry of education and culture based on the facts contained in the field. even though SDN Geger Tegalrejo has not implemented the child friendly school as a whole, it has carried out most of the child friendly school implementation for its students. Some of the school culture in SDN Geger Tegalrejo has reflected the culture of a child-friendly school, to support and realize child friendly schools.

Abstract

Konsep etikal tentang Tuhan berkembang di kalangan zuhhad atau asketik sebagai embrio sufisme. Pandangan mereka tentang Tuhan tidak terbatas seperti pendapat mutakallimin, tetapi lebih dari itu. Menurut mereka zat Tuhan adalah sumber dari segala keindahan dan kesempurnaan, juga diyakini bahwa Tuhan adalah sumber kekuatan, daya-iradat yang mutlak. Tuhan adalah pencipta tertinggi, pengatur segala kejadian dan asal segala yang ada. Berkembangnya tasawuf sebagai jalan dan latihan untuk merealisir kesucian batin dalam perjalanan menuju kedekatan dengan Allah Swt, juga menarik perhatian para pemikir muslim yang berlatar belakang teologi dan filsafat. Dari kelompok inilah tampil sejumlah sufi yang filosofis atau filosof yang Sufis. Konsep-konsep tasawaf mereka disebut tasawuf falsafi yakni tasawuf yang kaya dengan pemikiran-pemikiran filsafat. Pemikiran-pemikiran filsafat tersebut menjadi inspirasi dalam pengembangan metodologi pendidikan Islam. Metodologi yang diharapkan adalah metode-metode yang membantu memudahkan pemahaman dan mengarahkan pada kesempurnaan Tuhan. Baik melalui konsep manusia, manusia dalam perkembangannya, konsep ilmu pengetahuan dan fungsinya, cara manusia memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan, serta dalam proses pembelajaran dan fungsi lembaga.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam adalah suatu pendidikan yang melatih perasaan murid-muriddengan cara begitu rupa sehingga dalam sikap hidup, tindakan, keputusan, dan pendekatan mereka terhadap segala jenis pengetahuan, mereka dipengaruhi sekali oleh nilai spiritual dan sangat sadar akan nilai etis Islam. Perkembangan pendidikan Islam identik dengan perkembangan pondok pesantren. Hal ini dikarenakan proses pembelajaran Islam dilaksanakan di pondok pesantren Madrasah oleh sebagian masyarakat masih dipandang sebelah mata dan dianggap sebagai lembaga pendidikan “kelas dua”. Akibatnya meski secara yuridis keberadaan madrasah sejajar dengan sekolah formal lain, madrasah hanya umumnya diminati siswa dengan kemampuan inteligensi dan ekonomi yang pas-pasan. Disisi lain madrasah kurang didukung oleh sumberdaya yang memadai ditambah dengan kebfijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat pemerintah cenderung terasa menyulitkan upaya-upaya pengembangan madrasah seperti banyaknya bidang studi yang harus diajarkan, distribusi kepegawaian guru dan penyediaan sarana prasarana. Kondisi madrasah sebagian besar menghadapi siklus negatif atau lingkaran setan tak terpecahkan (unsolved problems): kulitas raw input (siswa, guru, fasilitas) rendah, proses pendidikan tidak efektif, kualitas lulusan rendah dan kepercayaan stake holder terutama orang tua dan pengguna lulusan rendah. Madrasah semestinya tidak terpengaruh untuk mengikuti pola pengembangan sekolah umum yang dianggap lebih baik, sebaliknya madrasah harus mempertahankan karakteristrik dan mengembangkannya. Dalam hal ini, yang dibutuhkan madrasah adalah penguatan dan pengembangan kelembagaan, peningkatan kualitas SDM, dan mengembalikan ruh madrasah sebagai sekolah berbasis masyarakat dan karakteristik keagamaan yang kuat.
