Abstract

Research this aim for test influence Reliability (X1), Assurance (X2), Tangible (X3), Emphathy (X4) and Responsiveness (X5) on Customer satisfaction at Bank Kalteng Caang Muara Teweh. Sample taken as much 98 Selected customers with formula Slovin. Collecting data using questionnaire while data analysis using SPSS. Results testing prove Reliability effect significant to Customer's Decision on Partial with big influence 31.1%, an effect Assurance significant to Customer satisfaction on Partial with big influence 11.8% Tangible effect significant to Customer satisfaction on Partial with big influence 3.5%, Emphathy take effect significant to Customer satisfaction on Partial with big influence 2.7%, Responsiveness effect significant to Customer satisfaction on Partial with big influence Whereas 50.2% on simultaneously Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Emphathy and Responsiveness take effect significant to Customer satisfaction with big influence 42.1% while the rest amount 57.9% influenced by other variables Keywords:    Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The existence of inpatient services as a means of supporting business and industry in Muara Teweh North Barito Regency has progressed. Hotels in Muara Teweh North Barito Regency as many as 4 units, Hotel Armani Muara Teweh is the first hotel with starred facilities. With the existence of Armani hotel is able to help assist in terms of taxation, local employment and support in the world of tourism so as to facilitate the investors / businessmen to come to the town of Muara Teweh Central Kalimantan. This study aimed to examine the effect of Content Works (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X 2) the Employee Performance (Y) in "Armani" Central Kalimantan Muara Teweh either partially or simultaneously. Samples taken as many as 50 employees were selected with saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using SPSS program. The test results prove Fill Jobs significant effect on employee performance partially to great effect 5.529 and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance partially to great effect 2,379 while simultaneously Fill Jobs and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance with great influence 20.268 while the rest of 0.463 influenced by other variables Keywords: Job Content, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Beriwit village is one of the few villages in Murung raya district which swallow nest population is very abundant. This study aims to determine and analyze the environment and selling price to the interests of swallow entrepreneurs in Beriwit Village.The results of this study show that, SWOT matrix and quadrant shows the right strategy is to use SO strategy. If it is further elaborated, it can be obtained that the SO strategy produces several strategies that can be implemented to increase the productivity of the wallet nest so that entrepreneurs can optimize their profits in the future.The conclusion from the research is that the cultivation of swallow nest in the area of Beriwit village is a very profitable business with a significant average production rate increase and the income obtained is fairly stable in 2015 until the year 2018. Keywords: Environment, Selling Price, Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the effect of partially Motivation (X1) the Employee performance, (2) to test the effect of partially Job Satisfaction (X2) the Employee performance (Y), and (3) test the effect of simultaneous motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X 2) the Employee performance (Y) at 9 cooperatives in Muara TewehSamples taken as many as 51 employees were selected with sampling jenuh technique. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using SPSS version 23.00. The test results showed (1) Motivation significant effect on employee performance partially to great effect 53.4%, (2) job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance partially to great effect 22.4%, and (3) Motivation and Job Satisfaction Simultaneously significant effect on Employee Performance with a big influence of 38.3% while the rest of 61.7% in influenced by other variables Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Restaurant Andina is one of the restaurants in Muara Teweh on monthly sales turnover and increase and decrease of sales in every month always decrease and increase. This study aims to determine whether there is influence Influence Products, Prices and Promotion Against Decision Purchase Through Quality Service employees either partially or simultaneously.The method used in this study is quantitative research that is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is the survey approach that is the research that takes the sample of 117 of the population and use the questionnaire as a basic data collection tool.The results of this study indicate that, the variable quality of service does not significantly influence the Quality of Service, the price significantly influence the Quality of Service, the promotion does not significantly affect the Quality of Service, product quality does not significantly affect the Quality of Service, Purchase Decision, service quality variable has no significant effect on Purchasing Decision, Price variable has significant effect to service quality and service quality has significant effect on purchasing decision. Abstract

Multimedia is one of the very superior facilities in the world of information, both at national and international levels. One form of multimedia is telivisi. On average every home, office, restaurant, hotel and others definitely have telivisi. Amaco media Ulin foundation is engaged in pay tv services, up to now has amounted to 587 customers.This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality (X1), Price (X2), with Customer Subscriber Intervention (Z) intervention variable on customer loyalty (Y) on Cable TV customer Amaco Media Platform Ulin Banjarbaru.Samples taken in this study were 238 customers by using slovin formula. Furthermore, data collection techniques with questionnaires and questionnaire division techniques with proportionate stratifed random sampling. And for data analysis in this research use Smart PLS version 2.0 M3.The result of the research indicates that 1) the quality of service influence to satisfaction 2) price influence to satisfaction 3) satisfaction influence to loyalty 4) service quality influence to loyalty 5) price influence to loyalty. Simultaneously, the influence of service quality and price to satisfaction is 79,9% and the influence of service quality and price to loyalty is 74,1%. Keywords: quality of service, price, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

The Research of Aim is to know how far the ability influence, work motivation and work culture to employee performances municipal waterwork in Muara Teweh. This Research is Descriftive Research, Data Analysis that using by multiple regression, by Simultaneously Hypothesis (F), Parcial Hypothesis (T), and Determination Koefesience.By the analysis result and hypothesis corresponding by thesis tittle of ability influence, works motivation, and works culture to employee performance municipal waterworks in Muara Teweh such as :The Ability (X1) significan influence to employee performance (Y) to municipal waterworks (PDAM) in Muara Teweh, motivation (X2) significan influence to employee performance (Y) to municipal waterworks in MuaraTeweh, works culture (X3) is not influence significan to employee performance (Y) to municipal waterworks Muara Teweh. The Ability (X1), work motivation (X2) and works culture (X3) that influence by simultancous (Y) to the employee (Y) to municipal waterworks in Muara Teweh.The municipal waterworks in Muara Teweh could evaluated and increasing works culture to reminds in this research of the municipal waterworks is so weak in Muara Teweh so order that is necessary to recovering and incresing. It?s can be proof by the result that decreased of works culture that employee performance will decrease, so that is not satisfying to serves to the society in Muara Teweh. Key Word : The Ability, Work Motivation, Works Culture, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership style variables (X1), organizational climate (X2), on employee performance (Y) with job satisfaction (X3)  as intervening variable at PT. Bank Kalteng Branch Puruk Cahu. The number of samples determined is as much as 32 respondents who are the entire population on the object of research. Measurement in questionnaires using Likert scale. Data analysis method used is path analysis.The results of testing on the hypothesis, indicating that the variables of   leadership style situasional significant to job satisfaction with regression coefficient of 0.538. The organizational climate has an insignificant effect on job satisfaction with regression coefficient of 0.181. Situational leadership style significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a value of 0.408. Organizational climate has an insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a value of 0.137.  Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

An organization or a company must be able to manage its management to win the competition in an all-competitive era in order to survive to grow and develop in accordance with company goals. Every organization always has problems on human resources. Therefore, with the existence of the problem, it is necessary to have a leader who has transfrormational leadership patterns so that problems within the company can be resolved. In addition to improving the performance of employees within the company, organizational commitment and high work motivation are needed in order to achieve and fulfill company goals well.This study aims to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Amuntai Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, either partially or simultaneously. Samples were taken as many as 67 employees using saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS program version 23.00The test result proves that Trasnformational Leadership had a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with the influence of 81,1% including very strong category, Organizational Commitment has significant influence to Employee Performance partially with big influence 44,3% including strong enough category, Work Motivation has significant effect to Performance Employees partially with a large influence of 61.9% including strong category while simultaneously Leadership Trasformasional, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation significant effect on Employee Performance with a large influence 88.4% including very strong category while the remaining 11.6% influenced by another variable.  Keywords: Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Motivation Employment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Quite high demand for Motorcycles Trail type in Puruk Cahu is inseparable from tofografi conditions Murung Raya District Region consisting of Mountains, most of the road that contacts between districts with other subdistricts still no road hardening and besides that at this time Sport Touring is also very loved By society. This can be seen by the total sales amount of 584 units of Kawasaki Trail Motorcycle KLX 150 since 2009 until 2016.This study aimed to examine the effect of Product Quality (X 1) Price (X 2) and Communications WOM (X 3) of the Purchase Decision on the User Motorcycle Trail KLX 150 in the area Kabupaten Murung Raya. Samples taken as many as 55 users Motorcycle Trail KLX 150 in the region Kabupaten Murung Raya saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS version 21 o'clock. The results of this study prove Product Quality (X 1) is partially significant effect on the purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,0001 and far-reaching 60,2% the, Price             (X 2) partially not significant effect on purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,705 and 6.5% big influence and Communication WOM (X 3) partially significant effect on the Purchase decision (Y) sig.0.023 and far-reaching 25.6%, while simultaneously e r Product Quality (X 1), Price (X 2) and Communications WOM (X3)  berp e been influence to purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,000 and far-reaching 47.5%.
