Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh persepsi terhadap soft skills peserta didik. (2) pengaruh sikap terhadap soft skills peserta didik. (3) pengaruh perilaku terhadap soft skills peserta didik. (4) pengaruh antara persepsi, sikap dan perilaku secara bersama-sama terhadap soft skills peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling karena terdapat level kelas yang berbeda (kelas 10, 11 dan 12) peserta didik di SMA Kristen 2 Kupang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui ketiga variabel bebas yaitu persepsi, sikap dan perilaku secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat soft skills. Secara terpisah (parsial) semua variabel bebas yang terdiri dari persepsi, sikap dan perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat soft skills peserta didik SMA Kristen 2 Kupang. Sumbangan dari ketiga variabel bebas yaitu persepsi, sikap dan perilaku terhadap variabel terikat yaitu soft skills adalah sebesar 50,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,6% adalah kontribusi dari variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalam penelitian ini. Dimana variabel persepsi berkontribusi sebesar 6,8%, variabel perilaku berkontribusi sebesar 5,4%, dan variabel sikap menyumbang kontribusi paling besar 38,2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Halmahera Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 9 Halmahera Selatan yang berjumlah 171 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket dan wawancara. Dua angket yang disebarkan yakni angket kecerdasan emosi dan perilaku prososial. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi melalui program SPSS windows versi 22,0. Melalui analisis regresi diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar (r) = 0,765 para taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Halmahera Selatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  hasil belajar biologi siswa dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dengan menggunakan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIIIb SMPN 1  Kunto Darussalam tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 September sampai dengan  29 September 2015.Sabjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIb SMPN 1 Kunto Darussalam dengan jumlah siswa 20 yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 11  siswa perempuan. Pengumpulan data diambil dari hasil belajar siswa berupa daya serap dan ketuntasan belajar yang diperoleh dari nilai PPK dan KI. Daya serap hasil belajar siswa sebelum PTK 69,25 meningkat sebesar 13,24% pada siklus 1 menjadi 82,49  dan pada siklus II meningkat 5,21 % menjadi 87,70.Ketuntasan Klasikal siswa sebelum PTK 55 pada siklus 1 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 45% menjadi 100, pada siklus II tuntas 100% .Ketuntasan nilai KI sebelum PTK 65% dan meningkat 25% menjadi 90% dan pada siklus II meningkat 10 % menjadi 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran tipe think pair share dengan menggunakan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIIIb SMPN 1 Kunto Darussalam Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the activities and achievements of the study material autonomous region through the use of methods of assisted demonstration Mega OTT Government. Research subject learners class 9B SMP Negeri 4 Salatiga Years Lessons 2017/2018. The research is the research of class action is carried out in 2 cycles. Data collection with the non-engineering tests and tests. An examination of the validity of the data by triangulation, checking with colleagues, friends and the use of an accurate reference. Data analysis with descriptive statistical analysis. Observation results against learning activities on cycle I achieve score 3.7 percentage of 73.6% and activity cycle II score 4.1 percentage 80% activity. The average value of the learning achievements of pre-cycle 66.7 number of learners who complete the KKM 30% from 30 children. The average results of achievement learning cycle I 80.0 and comprehensively reach 66.7%, KKM cycle II averaging 83.7 83.3% and finished the KKM. Thus declared the application of the method of demonstration Mega-assisted the Government can increase the activity of OTT and the learning achievements of students.

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of applying cooperative learning jigsaw type to improve the learning outcomes of the 6th semester students in the course of History of Christian Religious Education at STAKN Kupang in 2017. Quantitative research methods with the quasi experiment nonequeivalent control group design approach was used as a research method. The experimental study involved two groups of students, the experimental group and the control group, each of which was given pre-test and post-test. The target population of 62 students was divided into two different groups. Each consisted of 32 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group. The results showed that  the application of cooperative learning jigsaw type was able to improve students’ learning outcomes at 30.625 or 30.6 persen with significance value on the sig. value  (2-tailed) by 0.000 <0.05 or there is a significant increase. The average value of students’ learning outcomes using cooperative learning model with jigsaw approach is greater than 8.586 with significance value at sig. value (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the value of learning outcomes compared to that of students using only conventional methods such as lectures

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the relationship between work stress and employees work motivation. This research was applied to 68 staff employees of PT. SPAA Tangerang by using purposive sampling technique. Work stress variable was measured by Job Related Tension Index Scale by Kahn et al based on role conflict, role ambiguity, and work overload aspects (in Wijono, 2012), and work motivation variable was measured using the scale arranged by Arnolds and Boshoff (2002) based on ERG Alderfer’s theory, with existence, relatedness, and growth aspects (1969, in Wijono, 2012). The data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation test, and the results showed the correlation value r = -0.775 and significant value 0,120 (p > 0,05), therefore it can be concluded that there is the negative and significant correlation between work stress and work motivation of PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi Tangerang staff employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of career information service against the autonomy of the career choice of students at grade XI SMA Sudirman Kupang. This research is a study of empirical research that aims to provide answers to the question why with explaining the reason of occurrence of a phenomenon. In this study, which became population are students grade XI SMA Sudirman Kupang that the amounts are 45 students, while the technique of sample used in this study is the saturation sample, meaning the overall use of members within a population, which means in this study involved 45 students as a sample. Results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence among the career information service with the autonomy of career choice of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of information services the purpose of this research is to investigate and find out the effort self-control through the tutoring service group in SMP Negeri 1 Tasifeto Timur, especially review and knowing the efforts of self-control when suggested, the effort of restraint when responding to the opinion, the efforts of self control when receiving feedback, and the efforts of controlling themselves when being and behaving. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with a population of 122 students and a sample of 55 students. Sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Results found: 1) group tutoring service is beneficial in the effort self-control when the suggested 2) group tutoring service is beneficial in the effort self-control when responding to the opinions, 3) tutoring service the group is beneficial in the effort self-control when receiving criticism, and 4). Group tutoring service is beneficial in the effort self-control when being and behaving.

Abstract

The study was conducted to find out the role of playing in the development of cognitive ans social of students. Qualitative approach was used in this study with teachers and students as the research sucjects. Moreover, to obtain the data, interviews and observations were conducted. The result of the study shows that playing is the children’s right which should be met by parents, teachers, society, and government. Through playing children practically may learn to live together since the learn to give and share  whit other children which from time to time can minimize their selfishness. Furthermore, the concept of learning to do is at the same time experienced by them while playing because they may develop imaginations from toys they have of playing with their individual concept.

Abstract

This initial research review premarket Disclaimer sentences in languages that include the study of the form of Dawan and distribution. Research data are restricted to the realm of the subject in the language of Dawan. This research is descriptive research because it exposes the data as is, as found by the time the research was conducted. Sample research location is the old Village, Kampung Manulai II, Alak, Kupang. Method of data collection is the interview and documentation study with data collection techniques are techniques of recording and see-note. The data were analyzed qualitatively-argumentative with inductive methods. The initial results of the study indicate that there is a linguistic phenomenon to premarket Disclaimer language syntax in Dawan has characteristics typical of appropriate specificity of context grammatically the military discharging phenomena grammatically. The peculiarities which show specificity criterion and characteristic of pertaining linguistic phenomenon used in sentence-level language usage can be seen in Dawan premarket Disclaimer, as reflected in the distribution of life forms and aspects grammatical basis by fa. Pemarkah this has a significance in grammatically because of grammatical typology and with regard to the use of languages in the community of speakers Dawan.
