Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of psychographic segmentation and behavior on customer decisions to take credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Batua Raya Makassar. The research technique used in this research is using multiple regression analysis by using questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 1,400 customers, with a sample size of 94 customers. The results of the analysis show that psychographical segmentation (X_1) is 7,414 t with significance level 0.000 where tcount> ttable (7,414> 1,984), this means that psychographic segmentation has a significant positive effect and behavioral Segmentation (X_2) is 6,218 t with significance level 0.000 where tcount> ttable (6.218> 1.984), this means a significant positive effect on the decision of customers to take credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Batua Raya Makassar.

Abstract

The aims of this this research were to determine the influence of family dependents, age, education, health, gender and leissure time on the level of income through human capital investment.This research uses the primary data. Sampling method was done by Slovin so that the samples obtained by 244 respondents. The analytical method used is Two Stage Least Square. The results showed that dependents of family, age had a negative effect on the income level of civil servantsthrough human capital investment. While education, sex had a positive effect on the income level of civil servantsthrough human capital investment. While, health and leissure time does not effect the level of civil servant income through human capital investment in Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Activity, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Dividend on Real Estate Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange partially. This study uses secondary data in the form of audited financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website with a research sample consisting of 39 real estate companies during the period 2010 to 2012. Multiple linear regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis. Result of research indicate that variable of Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) have positive and significant influence to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Current Ratio (CR) has an insignificant and negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Return On Investment (ROI) has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). These results are expected to be a consideration for investors in making investments

Abstract

The development of bureaucratic organization in the region today becomes an interesting phenomenon to be studied.In addition to the change of government system from the centralized menjadisistern government which emphasized on regional autonomy, can also be seen on the aspects of organizational management, especially in the context of empowerment managementorganisasi.Berbagai important role of all components of organizational management bureaucracy in the region. The results of the study also attempted to look at the problems of bureaucracy management in a region called bureaucratic "disease" in the regions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the financial performance at Hotel Grand Asia in Makassar especially in terms of liquidity ratio and solvency ratio in predicting the condition of financial distresss by using Z-Score Altman method. The method of analysis used in this study is to use the Z-Score Altman formula used: Z '' = 6.56 (X1) + 3.26 (X2) + 6.72 (X3) + 1.05 (X4) Where: Z '' = Overall Index, X1 = Retained Earning / Total Assets, X3 = Earning Before Interest and Taxes / Total Assets, X4 = Book Value of Equity / Total Liabilities. While the results of this study by using the ratio analysis between 2015-2016 obtained good results. It is detected from the increase of several parameters of financial performance. Among the Liquidity Ratios and solvency ratios are increased. Based on the prediction model of Altman Z-Score, Grand Asia Hotel in Makassar is categorized under gray zone conditions or in special attention condition. This is indicated by the Z score or the value of the company's Altman Z-Score index which is below the cut-off value during 2015 until 2016.

Abstract

The issues raised in this study were the performance of teacher of junior high school in the district Kelara. Variable research was work motivation, work climate and teacher performance. This study aims to disclose (1) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance (2) influence the working climate together on teacher performance. Based on observation and experience studies, research found that the performance of junior high school teacher in the district Kelara still relatively low. Researchers speculate that the low performance of teachers caused by many factors, among others, teachers d not have the motivation and work climate that is less appropriate. To answer these problem, there were there hypotheses proposed fist there in the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, second, there are climatic influence working on teacher performance, three, there were significant motivation and work climate simultaneously on teacher performance Based on these result, the researchers concluded that there was a positive and significant influence motivation and work climate together on teacher performance. The authors suggest to the relevant parties to increase the motivation of teachers and creating a great work claim so that the teachers performance is better or improved significantly. In addition to these conclusions on board, it is necessary to note the presence of a number of other variables that effect performance such as financial, educational opportunities, career leveling system, promotion, organizational, culture, infrastructure, safety and labor protection were not examined ignored. Guidance to teachers in implementing the work was anhanced. The headmaster in managing school organization in order to make improvement to teachers work motivation, because it will effect the performance of teacher in performing the task. Besides that the working climate of teachers must be cinsided if we want to increase their performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: To know the Performance of Management in the Management of Regional Property at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency.The type of research that the authors select is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study is all the staffs in the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Enrekang Regency as many as 58 people and the samples amounted to 58 people. Data collection techniques used are: 1) Interview 2) Documentation 3) observation 4) Questionnaire. The results showed that 1). The performance of managers in the management of local property at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency can be seen in the following: Job performance, Expertise, Behavior, and Leadership on average percentage of 74.31% on good criteria. 2). Factors affecting the performance of management in the management of local property at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency can be seen in the following: Employee quality of 84.13%, Supporting facilities of 77.24%, Supra means of 40.0% , Capability of 64.82%, and Motivation of 76.89% with an average percentage of 68.616% on influential criteria.

Abstract

The research is aimed at analyzing the financial performance of PDAM of Sinjai Regency. Some aspects studied in the research are performances of financial, operational and administration. Quantitative approach will be used because it is descriptive and normative. Descriptive means that the approach will give description with understanding about the company’s condition while normative means that it will be accorded to the ideal guidance and norms where they refer to the standards, the legal basis and limitation issued by an institution. The research takes Kepmendagri No. 47/1999 as the guidance. Qualitative approach is a method of collecting data by using list of questions or statements. The research use random proportional in taking the samples for the customer’s instrument in the customer service of PDAM of Sinjai Regency. There are 120 samples with the number of the company’s instrument to the employees are 30 samples. The result shows that the financial performance in the financial aspect is illiquid and insolvable because PDAM of Sinjai Regency faces a financial distress. In operational aspect, based on the level of customer satisfaction, most of the customers are not satisfied of the company’s service because of water continuity and bad service facility. In administration aspect, of ten indicators, most of them are categorized as good. The aspects portrays that the success rate of PDAM of Sinjai Regency  is not good in year of 2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Government against early marriage in penanggulanagn sub-district of Pitu Riawa, Sidenreng Rappang Regency to know how public participation against early marriage prevention in Sidenreng Rappang Regency Pitu Riawa, and to know the influence of early marriage is the driving factor in Sidenreng Rappang Regency Pitu Riawa. The population in this study is the Pitu Riawa sub-district who conducted an early marriage in 2016 that is as many as 40 people consisting of 12 men and 28 women. Sampling technique used in this study is Nonprobability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity or opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected to be sampled. Non-probability sampling technique used in sampling in this study more precisely the authors use saturated sampling technique. The definition of saturated sampling is a technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as a sample. So, the sample in this study is 40 people. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, interview, and Library Study (Library Research). The collected data is then analyzed by using likert scale and frequency table. The results of this study indicate that the role of government against early marriage management in District Pitu Riawa Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a value of 67.33% which means the role category. Community participation on early marriage management in Pitu Riawa District Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a value of 53.33%, which means the category is quite a role. And the influence of the factors driving the early marriage of Pitu Riawa Sub-district of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with 61,2% which means influential category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) To know and analyze the level of Work Productivity of Treasurer of South Sulawesi Police Unit, 2) To know and analyze what factors influence the productivity of the Treasurer in South Sulawesi Police Work Unit, and 3) To know and analyze the most factors dominant influence on work productivity at the Treasurer of South Sulawesi Police Unit. The method of analysis used in this research is Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data was obtained from the staff of Bendaharawan Satuan (BENSAT) of South Sulawesi Police. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The promotion of job title, salary, work facilities and education and training have a significant effect on the work productivity of Civil Service Police in South Sulawesi Police Headquarters, 2) To improve work productivity of employees must also pay attention to work design to encourage specialization work so that the development of employee's ability to knowledge, skills, work ability is more optimal, and thus will encourage the achievement of organizational goals by paying attention to the concept of goal alignment, 3) The most dominant reward factor because there is a desire to obtain promotion, periodic salary increase, other reward signs in the form of achievement symbols, and 4) The salary factor is insignificant, because the salary for the treasurer is a provision that can not be changed either the treasurer is productive or not salary is still running unless it is PTD Hello
