Abstract

The Effect of Job Motivation Analysis of Employee Performance (Case Studi at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar), This study aimed to clarify whether the variable Job Motivation significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Makassar. The sample of using purposive sampling method is directly choosing 50 persons of the employees. The data collection methods that used were interview the parties that involved with the issues being discussed directly and gave questionnaires to the employees in accordance with the research conducted. The data were analyzed with using Qualitative and Quantitative Methods that using five formulas; Simple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Test T-test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2) test with the aid of SPSS 18.0 software for windows. The results showed that jointly Job Motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar. Variable Job Motivation regression coefficients positive (+) indicates a unidirectional relationship, in other words, Job Motivation will improve the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar. The correlation or the relationship between Job Motivation Employee Performance Performance Work with PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Makassar is very strong for (r = 0.923) and the coefficient of determination or the number of Rsquare is 0.853.

Abstract

The objective is to determine the ROE and EVA pengruh on stock prices PT.Telkom.Tbk in the Jakarta Stock Exchange. While the benefits of writing as material information to investors, potential investors or parties interested in taking a decision before making an investment, and as an experience and lesson for writers in applying theories obtained, in particular those relating to the object of this paper. Based on the multiple regression models that have been found above, if the impairment ROE Rp 1, - it will increase the share price of 25.368, while the variable conditions EVA shows no function at all because the variable regression coefficient indicates at 0. Determinant coefficient calculation results obtained by the simultaneous effect of 40.4%, which means that changes in the price of PT. Telkom Tbk more dominant separation is influenced by other factors, which allowed researchers to mnelitinya further. Simultaneously test results did not show significance so clearly it can be said that both of these variables did not influence. While the partial test results for each variable ROE and EVA also showed no effect, so further clarify the conditions of these variables to changes in stock prices on PT Telkom Tbk

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of service at PT Nusantara Rekreasindo in Makassar which is based on the level of importance (importance) of visitors to the performance (performance) services provided by PT Nusantara in Makassar.Penilaian Rekreasindo will be the quality of service developed by Leonaed L.Barry, A. Parasuraman and Zeithmal (Kotler, (2008: 53), known as service quality (SERVQUAL), which is based on five dimensions of quality that is tangilbles (direct evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy ( empathy). Analyzing the quality of service by using analisisa namely Importance and Performance Matrix, which consists of four quadrants where each variable was analyzed in one quadrant will give a different meaning as well as the treatment is also different. The level of quality of service PT Rekreasindo archipelago Makassar that there is a difference (gap) between the level of visitor interest with the services provided by PT. Nusantara Rekreasindo in Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims: to study and analyze the most dominant variable effect on customer satisfaction Hotel Horison Makassar. In this study used multiple regression analysis. The data used in this study was obtained from the Hotel Horison Makassar. The sample used in this study is the Hotel Horison Makassar customers as much as 96 people. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. The results showed that: 1) the results of the analysis of partial test shows that the variable tangible (physical evidence) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at the Hotel Horison Makassar, 2) the results of the analysis of partial test shows that variable reliability (reliability) has a positive influence and significant impact on customer satisfaction at the Hotel Horison Makassar, 3) the results of analysis of partial test shows that the variable responsiveness (responsiveness) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at the Hotel Horison Makassar, 4) the results of analysis of partial test shows that the variable assurance ( guarantees) has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at the Hotel Horison Makassar, 5) the results of analysis of partial test shows that the variable empathy (attention) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at the Hotel Horison Makassar, and 6) the results of analysis of simultaneous test obtained that the variable quality of service in the form of reliability (reliability) is the most dominant variable effect on customer satisfaction at Horison Hotel in Makassar.

Abstract

The model used in the development of the creative economy in Wajo, is adopting a model of creative economic development nationwide, but the main actors used the concept of Quadruple Helix (Government, intellectuals, business and community) which is supported by the industry, technology, government, institutions, and financial mediation institutions. The main foundation of this model is a creative community. To support the creative economy development model in Wajo, that the government establish an Integrated Business Service Centre (Plut) and Regional Innovation Center (PID) to train undergraduate become consultants and managers.

Abstract

Inflation can be said to have a major influence on the exchange rate fluctuations. If the inflation rate in Indonesia increased substantially while the rate of inflation in the United States is relatively fixed it will make the price of products in Indonesia is becoming increasingly expensive. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze which of the variables of inflation, exports and imports, and interest rates are the most dominant influence fluctuations in the US dollar against the rupiah in Indonesia. Data obtained from research literature (library research) and the Research field (field research. The analytical method to be used is as follows: Multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), Unison Significance Test (Test F) and Individual Significance test (t test). The results showed that all three variables simultaneously research is the inflation rate, 1-month SBI interest rate, and the value of exports and imports significantly affect the magnitude of the increase in the exchange rate against the US dollar. Then the third partial test of these variables to changes in the exchange rate against the US dollar, then you see the three variables that did not show any significant effect. although the three variables does not indicate that the significance of the effect on the rupiah against the US dollar, but if compared to the three variables, then the inflation rate further demonstrate its impact on the rupiah against the US dollar. sequentially, 0.2209, and -0.243, and using a significance level of 5%, the obtained value of 1,706 t-table. Large t-test for the inflation rate is thus showing -0.3611 -0.3611 <-1.706 with a probability level of 0.721> 0.05, it can be explained that the inflation rate does not significantly influence fluctuations in the exchange rate of the US dollar against the rupiah. For SBI rate 1 month acquired by t-test 0.2209 <1.706 with a probability level of 0.8270> 0.05 also shows that the rate of 1-month SBI rate showed no significant effect on the fluctuations in the exchange rate of the US dollar against the rupiah. T-count value to the value of exports and imports amounted to -0.2430 <-1.706 to 0.8100 probabiliti levels> 0.05 indicates that the value of exports and imports do not give a significant influence on the exchange rate of the US dollar against the rupiah in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial competence to strategy and business performance and determine the effect of the power of small business performance saing.Permasalahan in this study is how the influence of entrepreneurial competence, external factors on the competitiveness of small businesses in South Sulawesi. At this study entrepreneurial competence variables and external factors were placed as exogenous variable, being variable business strategy, business performance and competitiveness of small businesses processing as endogenous variable. This study uses a pattern of explanation (explanatory research), the method of analysis is structural equation modeling (SEM). This research was conducted in the province of South Sulawesi with mengam-bil in the study sample of 100 small business with seven (7) districts and 1 (one) cities of Gowa, Takalar, District Je'ne Ponto, Kabuapten Bulukumba, Pangkep, Barru, Sidrap and Makassar. In this peneitian found that the competence of entrepreneurs have a positive and significant impact on the business strategy and the competitiveness of small businesses in South Sulawesi. Other findings that increase the competitiveness of Small Business is through the main means of entrepreneurial competence through business strategies and business performance.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether the pricing and promotion affect the volume of ticket sales PT. Arca Perkasa Tour & Travel in Makassar.The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect of price and promotion to increase the volume of ticket sales at PT. Arca Perkasa Tour & Travel in Makassar. To analyze the relationship and the effect of price and promotion to increase the volume of ticket sales at PT. Arca Perkasa Tour & Travel in Makassar.For the purpose of applying the descriptive method is used, the method of multiple linear regression analysis, Based on the results of the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 1690.966 to 0.708 X1 + 0.456 X2 where bá´¼ = 1690.966 is a constant value, in other words if the selling price and promotion costs do not change the value of the ticket sales amounted to 1690.966 sheet b1x1 = -0.708, which means when the selling price (X1) increased by Rp. 100,000 per sheet, the effect on the volume of ticket sales will decrease by 0.708% b2X2 = 0.458 which means that if the cost of the promotion (X2) increased by Rp. 100,000 then the effect on the volume of sales will increase by Rp. 0.458%.

Abstract

The study of income inequality in the economy into a discussion of this study is that the level of inequality of income distribution in Bone regency shown as relatively high value of the gini ratio. There are differences in the level of inequality between districts. Takkalala the District is a district with the lowest levels of inequality Ulaweng while the District is a district with the highest level of inequality. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the level of public revenues, the most influential factor in the level of economic ketipangan district Bone is the level of education, the head of the family, number of dependents, and investment value.

Abstract

Influence on the quality of Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at Chicken slaughter house PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Limited.) This study aims to determine is there any influence on the quality of customer satisfaction slaughter house PT. Ciomas, limited. The research was conducted on customers of Chicken slaughter house Ciomas, limited that have been transacting over one year. This research is a qualitative research design methods and eksplanatif (explanatory research). The amount of sample 37 customers slaughterhouse PT. Ciomas. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyzes. The results showed there was a significant relationship between the variables of the quality of customer satisfaction (p <0.01).
