Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to: (1) To analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction) on online retail; (2) To analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty (Customer loyalty) in online retail; (3) To analyze the effect of the quality of services to the Trust (the Trust) in online retail; (4) To analyze the effect of customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction) of the Trust (the Trust) in online retail; (5) To analyze the effect of customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction) on customer loyalty (Customer loyalty) in online retail; (6) To analyze the influence of Trust (the Trust) on customer loyalty (Customer loyalty) in online retail. This study uses primary data through surveys as many as 390 respondents. The survey was conducted from December 2014 until February 2015. Data were analyzed by using the program Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of this study indicate that: (1) Quality of service provide a significant and positive effect on online retail customer satisfaction. (2) The quality of service provides a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty online retail. (3) The quality of service provides a positive and significant effect on customer confidence online retail. (4) Customer satisfaction has positive and significant impact on customer confidence online retail. (5) Customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on customer loyalty online retail. (6) The trust of customers give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty online retail.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of working capital and accounts receivable turnover to profitability partially or simultaneously on PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Makassar. While the analysis used in this research is the analysis of quantitative data processing analysis shaped figure (numeric), and Statistical Analysis  multiple linear regression (Multiple). The results of this study are Partial Working Capital owned by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Makassar positive and significant impact on profitability that is equal to 0.581. Partial Accounts Receivable Turnover owned PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Makassa positive and significant impact on profitability is equal to 948. Abstract

The aim of this research is to calculate and analyze standard about wide optimum farmlands (Land Operation) of the poor farmers households, the income of rice farm, and decent living needs of the poor farmers households in South Sulawesi, the approach methods used are mixed methode approach between quantitative method and quantitative methode. The tools analysis used are as follows : the analysis of income and cost or farm : the analysis of revenue and cost ratio (R/C ratio) the analysis of famer consumption; and Z score model used as the tools of analysis in calculating wide optimum farm lands and  the income of  poor farmers households in their rice farm with total number of respondents are 400 rice farmers. The results of finding for income of the poor farmers households who owners rice fields and also as cultivators of their rice fileds are average Rp. 1,199,408,33/month, for a farmer only or a cultivator only (profit sharing system) Rp. 599,704,17/month, while a farmworker only Rp. 198,148,15/month. Production capacity for technical irrigation rice fields average show 7,1 ton/ha. per crop, while for rice fields of rainfed (tadah rain) average show 5,12 ton/ha. per crop. For rice fields of rainfed the farmers’ consumption needs for decent living generally show Rp. 6,808,500 per year or equal to 801 kilogram rice. Standard for optimum farmlands are 0,95 ha/farmer, the need of rice fields for poor farmer who owns rice field namely 0,88 ha/farmer, cultivating lands owned by other persons are 1,65 ha/farmer. While,  rice fields of rainfed which standard namely 0,38 ha/farmer for the need rice fields to fulfill its KHL 0,37 ha/farmer for owner of rice fields and not cultivate the rice fields, while cultivating farmer/profit sharing farmer owned by other persons the needs of rice fields are 0,71 ha/farmer. Therefore, the strategy suggested to increase the prosperity of farmers are defensive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the management of working capital in Warga Makmur Credit Unions Marisa Unit in terms of liquidity ratios, activity and profitability rasioa. Based on the analysis and discussion on Warga Makmur Marisa Unit were reviewed based on the figures resulting ratio showed a very good or liquid in the Current Ratio analysis is the number that corresponds to the standard (134.23% in 2012, 140.29% in 2013 and 162.14% in 2014), while the Quick ratio analysis showed very good results, as compared to the ratio pda years 2012 to 2014, the average value of 114.99% platinum or are in the standard (100% - 125 %), working capital management in credit unions Makmur Residents Unit Marisa terms of ratio analysis activity (Turnover of receivables) showed good results (<48 months), which is a sequential basis; 30 months, 11 months and 12 months. Meanwhile, working capital turnover ratio shows the results quite efficient (1 times - 0 time), ie consecutive secar was 0.72 times, 0.70 times and 0.59 times. Management of working capital in the savings and loan cooperatives Makmur Residents Unit Marisa terms of profitability ratios in the category fairly efficient. The profitability ratio shows that the cooperative Citizens Makmur rentabel in generating maximum SHU. It is seen from the figures produced are suitable ratios primarily to the standards set, which is an average of 9.44% and in the category very efficient (9% - 10%). It is seen from the figures produced are suitable ratios primarily to the standards set, which is the average in the category of good, fairly good, fairly efficient and streamlined.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of entrepreneurial competence at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar included technical competence, marketing competence, financial competence and interpersonal competence. The results of the study revealed that (1) the technical competence of entrepreneural at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar was conducted with the character of competency skills. The implementation of this activity was related closely the principal entrepreneurial competence, (2) Entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar in marketing departement was conducted by seeing the needs of the people at school. It is an attitude of innovation, hard work and motivation and entrepreneurial instincts of the principal in seeing entrepreneurial opportunities will be opened up wider marketplace, (3) Financial competence at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar do with the arrangement of goods and financial reporting . These activities can not be separated from the principal entrepreneurial competence, (4) Communication competence of the principal at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar gave space to build partnership to institutions which could the relezation of the school’s vision and mission and could give benefits to both institutoin, (5) the supporting factors on the implementation of entrepreneural competence at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar were assitance on ADB infestation, coordination  from each competency skills, partnership with instution, and clear market. Whereas, the inhibing factors were lack of interest in entrepreneurship for students and lack of time management.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the usefulness of dynamic analysis of the development and management of strategic capabilities and resources in the field of manufaktur.Hal aims to bring the resource system / dynamic capability as a means to understand the problems of the manufacturing strategy. The strategy used to describe an approach that is mainly based on the dynamics of strategy Warren. Extension of this approach diperkenalkan.Temuan - Diagram of dynamic resource / systems capability is a valuable tool to understand the issues that are interconnected and changing the strategic resources and capabilities. Resources and capabilities can be defined as a share in a dynamic simulation model to follow the idea of ​​the dynamics of research sistem.Keterbatasan/implications - The nature of strategic capabilities and relationships they need to be investigated further. The approach needs to be developed to measure and to measure these concepts. The relationship between the winner of order / qualifications and the inflow / outflow of capabilities and resources stocks should be examined more practical lanjut.Implikasi - static analysis of strategic issues that are often difficult to interpret. The dynamic nature of strategic issues that need to be reflected in the tools used to analyze them. Originality / value - Applies dynamic analysis to manufacturing strategy and use a textbook example of this new way to describe the relevance of the approach.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to test influence leadership style to satisfaction (2) to analyze the effect of organization culture to job satisfaction (3) to analyze the effect of ledership style to ferformance (4) to analyze the effect of organization style to performance (5) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction to performance. The Research used primary data tougth a survey on 131 teacher is samples taken from the total 194 teacher who already had minimum one year of service as military teacher per December 2014, The research was done from April to December 2015. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by used to analyze this data. The results of the research show that: 1) Leadership style had positive direct and significant effect to satisfaction 2) organization culture had positive direct and significant effect job satisfaction 3) leadership style had negative effect to performance 4) organization culture had negative effect to performance 5) job satisfaction had positive direct and significant effect to performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic leadership model that is applied in order to create a competitive advantage in the Maintenance and Repair Shop Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo. This study used qualitative methods, more emphasis on qualitative descriptive type of approach that identify and describe the strategic leadership that is applied Repair Maintenance and Repair Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Urip to create competitive advantage. From the results of this study concluded that the strategic leadership BPP Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Urip very well marked throughout all levels of business strategy (corporate level, bussiness level, & funcional level) plays a role determining strategic direction, competence mainstay owned consists of kaizen, standard services TSA21, Maintenance Remainder System, Quality Control, the customer is a friend, Toyota production sytem. Forms of Human Resources Development is for technicians follow a tiered training, employee benefits and career development. Effective organizational culture is thick, namely family, our faith, our company is a mandatory exercise routine. For a company that is ethical practice listening skills, speaking, friendly and courteous as well as respect and caring. While the company's organizational control through discipline supervision and evaluation of the meeting. Possessed of strategic leadership, the company needs to maintain and further enhanced. Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) analyze the influence of the Net Profit Margin toward Return On Asset; (2) analyze the influence the Assets Turnover toward Return On Asset. This research uses secondary data that comes from the financial report 10 of the 61 listed finance companies in Indonesia stock exchange and the Association of finance companies Indonesia with total assets above 1 trillion rupiah. Research was done from July to September 2014. Regression Linearity Method of SPSS (statistical product dan service solution) was used to analyze the data. The results show that: (1) Net Profit Margin Ratio had positive and significant effect toward Return On Asset Ratio; (2) Total Assets Turnover ratio had positive and significant effect toward Return On Asset Ratio This means that the higher level of the profit margin and assets turnover will increase Financial performance of Multifinance Company.

Abstract

This study aims to know how the application of statistical process control and Six Sigma in order to control the product process tiles. Namely primary data collection methods (surveys and observations) and secondary (internal and external). The data used is quantitative data (ratio). The population of 1,250 sheets per day and a sampling technique that probability sampling (simple random sampling) of 125 sheets per day. Pnelitian method used is cheek sheet, control of variable quality, six sigma, cause-effect diagrams, control charts. The results of the discussion concluded that all the samples had levels of accuracy and precision are high that the control process is running normally. The level of sigma level achieved by 2, where the tiles are defective products amounted to 44.43% or 1,000,000 444 300 pieces per sheet.
