Abstract

The purpose of this research was to give a empirical evidence and find clarification on the phenomenon influence the application of the total quality management and innovation on the role of capabilities technology and its impact on performance an employee ( Surveyin cold storage companies Makassar City). Methods used is research a survey data collection use kuisioner to know evaluation by respondents employees cold storage companies in the city makassar to variables of the study . As for the kind of research this is deskriptif-verifikatif . The sample size of 260 had been taken by technique random proportional clusters of sampling of the population target about 1236 spread in three companies in the cold storage makassar.To test hypotheses proposed analysis equation used modeling structural or structural equation modeling (SEM ) according to the model composed through model measurement and structural model a causal relation between variables . The implications of the research this is that capability technology is a dominant influence study compared to variable other productivity against employee performance .Variable next innovation having influence that are more dominant , good against technology capabilities and direct influence on productivity of employee performance and indirectly through technology capabilities compared to variable total quality management .

Abstract

The results showed that, if the company produces jumbo Candles (X1) of 2.424,2 rods and Candles being (X2) from 0 cigarettes per day, the maximum profit is generated Rp. 1.87367 million per day. Furthermore, if the company produces small wax combination (X1) of 2857.1 rod and jumbo Candles (X2) from 0 cigarettes per day, the maximum profit is generated Rp. 1.87497 million. Beside that, if the company produces a combination of moderate Candles (X1) of 1818.2 stems and small candles (X2) from 0 cigarettes per day, the maximum profit is generated Rp. 152 950 per day. Among the two models proposed combination of the author, it turns out the combination of products that can generate the most optimal profit contribution that is a combination of small candles (X1) of 2. 875.1 rod and jumbo Candles (X2) 0 cigarettes per day with a value of over Rp. 1.87497 million per day. So the hypothesis that profit optimization using linear programming, can prove to the PT. Lilin Bodi in Makassar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee satisfaction Credit Unions Partner Usaha.Pengukuran done by taking the respondents across employees at Credit Unions Business Partners that is 76 people. From the results and discussion obtained the following conclusions: (1) Based on the position of respondents currently Satisfaction Survey Employees Credit Unions Business Partners, the managerial position has the satisfaction index of highs and lows on the position of Marketing and (2) Dimensions must receive attention Credit Unions Partner Enterprises according to employees based on position include career development, training, innovation, management, quality, working conditions, safety, communication and supervision.

Abstract

The design of an adequate management control system is needed to control the organization to be able to make effective use of the budget is one of the goals of the organization. These goals can be achieved if based on the existence of organizational commitment is also high on all parties involved in the organization. This study aimed to examine the effect of management control systems to the effectiveness of using the budget to the Department of Marine and Fisheries Pohuwato organizational commitment as moderating variable. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been stated previously, the next a number of conclusions, study hypothesis which states management control system in the form of the control structure of management and process management control positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of the use of the budget at the Department of Marine and Fisheries in Pohuwato accepted. The study hypothesis which states the organization's commitment and significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of the budget at the Department of Marine and Fisheries in Pohuwato accepted. The study hypothesis which states management control structure and significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of the budget at the Department of marine fisheries in Pohuwato organizational commitment as moderating variebel rejected. The study hypothesis which states management control process positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of the use of the budget at the Department of marine fisheries in Pohuwato organizational commitment as moderating variebel accepted. The research hypotheses simultaneously prove that the independent variable that consists of the control structure management (X1), and process management control (X2) and organizational commitment as moderating variable (X3) positive and significant effect on the dependent variable is the effective use of the budget (Y) at the Department marine fisheries in Pohuwato accepted.

Abstract

Effect of Financial Performance Share Price in the Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013-2015. This study aimed to determine the effect the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Working Capital Turnover partially, or simultaneously to the Company's stock price on the Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013-2015. The population in this study is the Banking Companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange by 42 companies. Samples were ten (10) companies were selected based on the criteria: Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013 to 2015; Publishes audited financial statements; Having the advantage (profit); and never share Cash dividends during the observation period. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (X1) Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) and Working Capital Turnover (X4) partially no significant effect. While Return On Equity (X3) positive and significant impact on stock prices in the Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013-2015. Simultaneous Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Return on Equity (X3), and the Working Capital Turnover (X4) Positive and significant effect on stock price on Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013-2015 , The dominant influential variable is Return On Equity (X3).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the BI rate set by Bank Indonesia, the narrow money supply M1 and M2 broad money supply on the inflation rate in Indonesia. Thus, it is also intended to answer the question "whether the current monetary policy conducted by Bank Indonesia need or do not need to be done. Based on the analysis shown it can be said that all variables (BI rate, M2 and M1) only capable of influencing inflation of 18.9 per cent and the rest is explained by other variables outside of the model, such as Christmas, Eid and other holidays. Beredear money affects inflation in Indonesia, where the faithful a 1 percent increase in money supply (M1) increase inflation by 23, 6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a) the effect of knowledge of the taxpayer for the small and medium enterprises in the city of Makassar, b.) An understanding of self the assessment on small and medium enterprises in the city of Makassar, c) the level of income of the taxpayer on small and medium enterprises in Makassar , d) the level of convenience in making a payment system of taxation to reporting tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in Makassar Tamalate District, analytical methods used are descriptive statistics were used to describe or give a picture of the object studied. The population in this study is small and medium businesses that exist Tamalate District Makassar. The results showed that, a) Knowledge taxpayer affect the reporting of tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in Makassar. b) understanding of self-assessment system does not significantly affect the reporting of tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in the City Makassar.c) The level of income of the taxpayer does not significantly affect the reporting of tax obligations on the small business sector and menenga in Makassar, .d ) Ease of doing the payment system of taxation significantly affect the reporting of tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in Makassar.

Access information is positive and significant effect on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It can be seen from the value t count > t table (3.240 > 2.020) and a significant value < significance level (α) 0.05 ( 0.002 < 0.05). Marketing communications positive and significant effect on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It can be seen from the value t count > t table (5.632 > 2.020) and a significant value < significance level (α) 0.05 ( 0.000 < 0.05) . Access to Information and marketing communications simultaneously positive and significant impact on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It can be seen from the value of F count> F table ( 34.254 > 3.226 ) and a significant value < significance level (α) 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) .

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions, and (2) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intentions. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. This technique is used to analyze the influence of several independent variables on the dependent variable. Techniques of collecting data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Mega Syariah in Makassar. While the sample in this study were all (census) population study, the employees of Bank Mega Syariah, which amounted to 98 respondents.  This study examined the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee turnover intentions mega Islamic bank. Where R2 describes the significance, as well as the regression coefficient for the variable of job satisfaction is not a significant negative effect on turnover intentions and organizational commitment and constant regression coefficients significant impact on turnover intentions. Well test results; F-test and t-test showed a significant effect with probability = 0.00 <α 0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it is said to have a significant effect.
