Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. World Marine Products in Makassar and to find out how far the influence of employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Dunia Marine Products in Makassar as well as to analyze the most dominant variable affect on employee performance at PT. Dunia Marine Products In Makassar From the results of research indicates that the organizational culture and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Dunia Marine Products in Makassar, From the results of testing the hypothesis that has been done then it can be concluded that the most dominant variable affect the employee performance at PT. Dunia Marine Products in Makassar is an organizational culture.

Abstract

The aims of the research are (i) to know and to analyze a simple, on time, transparency, fairness, and economic public service which affected the performance of employees at Samsat Area I Makassar, (ii) to know and to analyze public service which dominantly affected the employees performance at Samsat Area I Makassar. This researched was conducted in Samsat Area I Makassar, 71 respondents were taken as sample and population. The analysis used in this research are descriptive and quantitative. The descriptive analysis is aimed at explaining data and description of research while quantitative analysis used multiple linear regression. The result proved that public service which in simple, on time, transparency, fairness economic, positively and significantly affected the employees of performance at Samsat Area I Makassar. In partially, the public service gave a positive and significant influence to the employees performance at Samsat Area I Makassar as follows: (i) simple service gave a significant influence on suitable procedure; (ii) on time service gave significant influence on the performance which is suitable with community; (iii) transparency service gave significant influence on the performance based on information transparency, exactly and certainty; (iv) fairness service gave significant influence on the performance which is fair, indiscriminative, and empathy; and (v) economic service gave significant influence on the performance in accordance with standard cost. The result of the research showed that economic public service which is dominantly affected on the performance of employees at Samsat Area I Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of influence of third party funds on the distribution of working capital loans at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk, Regional Office X Makassar. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results of this study are Based on the results of data analysis above, it can be concluded that the Third Party Fund (DPK) significant effect on the Distribution of Working Capital Credit at PT. Abstract

One of the important decisions faced by financial managers in relation to company operations is the decision on the Capital Structure. F test in this study obtained the value of F arithmetic of 3.130 with a significance of 0.026. With a significance level of 0.05. The significance number is 0.026 <0.05. On the basis of such comparison, then H0 rejected or means variable asset structure, Growth Opportunity, Firm Size, Profitabiltas and Business Risks have a significant influence simultaneously to the variables decision business developers in Gowa regency. The most dominant variable affecting the business decision of the housing developer is Firm Size this is supported by the housing developer to diversify to minimize the failure of the business

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar, 2) to analyze the influence of career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. In this study used multiple regression analysis method. The research data used were obtained from interview, documentation and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of work motivation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. This means that the better the provision of motivation, the higher the employee satisfaction of PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. Vice versa, if motivation is not done then will cause employee dissatisfaction, and 2) based on result of multiple regression test, influence of career development variable have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction of employees at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. This means that the higher the career development the higher the employee work satisfaction of PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. Vice versa, if career development is not done then will cause employee dissatisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion costs on the sales volume of tiles at PT. Cahaya Bangun Jaya Perkasa Makassar. The research method used is correlation analysis and determination analysis. The results of this study indicate that the promotional costs that have been issued by PT. Cahaya Bangun Jaya Perkasa Makassar. Every year Promotional Cost increases, The volume of tile sales has increased in each year. The effect of promotional costs on tile sales volume, calculated by statistical analysis. From result of calculation hence relation between variable X (Cost of Promotion) and Y (sales volume) equal to r = 0,782 result show higher value X (Promotion Cost), it will be bigger also Y (sales volume), then counted how big influence Promotion cost to sales volume by using Coefficient of Determination is KD = (0,782) 2 x 100% = 0.6121 means that the average value of sales volume of 61.21% is determined by promotional costs that have been issued company. And from the regression equation obtained results Y = 46.761 + 0.921 (x)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Financial Performance and the age of the company against the level of underpricing in non-financial companies that conduct Initial Public Offering. The samples used in this study amounted to 44 non-financial companies experiencing underpricing. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20.0. The observation period is 3 years from 2012 to 2014. The results of this study indicate that the Return on Equity positive and not significant, Debt to Equity Ratio and age of the company have a negative and not significant. While simultaneously, the variable Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and age of the company together have no significant effect . The influence of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and firm age to the underpricing variable is 5.80% and the rest is influenced by other factors not studied in this research as 94,20%.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City, and 2) to know and analyze the influence of work environment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City. In this study used multiple regression analysis method. The research data used were obtained from interview, documentation and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the influence of motivation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City. This means the higher the form of motivation given the higher the level of achievement, but also the employees who have high work motivation then they will have the impetus to want to use all the ability to work, and 2) the influence of work environment variables positively and significant to employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City. This shows that to manage human resources effectively, then one of the factors that must be considered the company is the work environment that can affect the formation of potential resources. A good working environment is a work environment that provides a sense of comfort for employees to perform work activities that ultimately affect the performance it achieves.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of personal experience, the influence of others, direct marketing, mass media, and individual characteristics either together (simultaneously) or individually (partially) to the formation of consumer attitudes related to online taxi service go car in Makassar City, as well as to know which factors have the most dominant influence. Abstract

This study aims to: (a) to know the influence of truthwothiness on endorser in social media instagram to interest of purchasing product Lazeta skin care (b) to know influence of attractiveness at endorser in social media instagram to interest of purchasing product Lazeta skin care (c) to know the effect of expertise on endorser in social media instagram to interest of purchasing Lazeta skin care produc (d) to determine the simultaneous influence of all variables on interest in purchasing Lazeta skin care products. This research was conducted at Lazeta skin care of Makassar City by using quantitative method and data collection technique through questionnaire with likert scale that has passed the validity and realibility test with the number of samples of 82 respondents. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that (a) Truthwothiness has significant effect on purchasing interest, (b) Attractiveness has significant effect on purchasing interest, (c) Expertise has significant effect on purchasing interest (d) Truthwothiness, Attractiveness and Expertise influence simultaneously or together to interest in purchasing Lazeta skin care product in Makassar.
