Abstract

Corn is an important food commodity after rice. Based on the sequence of staple foods, corn is a strategic commodity in agricultural development and the Indonesian economy, and has a multipurpose function, both for food and feed, and has balanced nutrition. The problem is whether the involvement of various yellow corn marketing institutions can increase marketing efficiency itself. While the purpose of the author is to see each marketing channel or marketing agency involved so that it can improve marketing efficiency. The most cost-effective marketing channel for marketing is channel III with a value of 6.84%, in this marketing channel the retailer directly buys farmers. Channel II the value of marketing cost efficiency is 9.31% because there are several marketing agencies involved, as well as marketing channels I with marketing cost efficiency value of 12.35%

Abstract

Zea mays ssp. mays farming in Gowa Regency, especially Bontolempangan Subdistrict, is a commodity that has the potential to be developed and can increase farmers' income. This study was directed to find out how Zea mays ssp. mays farming and its contribution to the income of farmers in Bontolempangan District, Gowa Regency. The income of Zea mays ssp. mays farmers is Rp. 5,061,919.00 per hectare per planting season, with an R / C ratio of 3.69 and a B / C ratio of 2.69, and the margin received for each marketing channel varies. For channel I, the collecting trader gets a profit of Rp. 90 / kg, marketing margin Rp. 150 / kg. Big traders get a profit of Rp. 130 / kg, marketing margin of Rp. 200 / kg. Retailers get a profit of Rp. 230 / kg, marketing margin of Rp. 300 / kg. For channel II, large traders get a profit of Rp. 255 / kg, marketing margin Rp. 350 / kg. Retailers get a profit of Rp. 230 / kg, marketing margin of Rp. 300 / kg. Channel III retailers get a profit of Rp. 520 / kg, marketing margin Rp. 650 / kg

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the Company Size and Liquidity Influence the Capital Structure (Studies in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange). Data collection uses secondary data. The population in this study is the financial statements of all companies included in the food and beverage manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2016 taken by purposive sampling method, there are 42 samples from the financial statements of the Manufacturing Company in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial statements have been tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolonality. Data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed that based on the t-test, the variable of firm size has no effect and insignificant effect on the capital structure and the variable liquidity had a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. In the F test (simultaneous) the size of the company and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure (Study in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange).

Abstract

Technology adoption plays an important role in competing and creating opportunities in business nowadays. Mobile Banking has changed the way the banking industry and business interact. Mobile Banking is an alternative business strategy for businesses to survive in an increasingly competitive business in today's digital era. This study will focus on adopting Mobile Banking technology and its role to improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by adapting the Technology Acceptance Model concept using several indicators from various previous studies which consist of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Social Norms, Perceived Risk, Relative Advantages, Personal Innovativeness and Cost as indicators. The study involved 278 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City by using a self-administered questionnaire, which was determined using the Purposive Sampling method. The result shows that simultaneously all indicators of the construct of Technology Acceptance Model had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City. Furthermore, partially each indicator shows a positive and significant influence and personal innovativeness is the most dominant indicator in influencing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) performance. The findings of this study are expected to enrich the study related to the topic of Technology Acceptance Model in Mobile Banking and its relationship to improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

This research is intended to learn to learn attitudes towards customer loyalty and to find out the relationship of communication to loyalty at the ahmad yani makassar branch bri bank. the method of data collection in this study uses data collection methods by submitting questionnaires or questionnaires to understand employee communication and relations with investment loyalty at the ahmad yani branch of makassar bri bank.The analytical method used in this research is the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Communication and Attitudes of Employees show that a creditor's communication skills at the Ahmad Yani Branch of BRI Bank BRI have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose BRI Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch.The dominant variabel that influences customer loyalty is the attitude of employees.Keywords: Communication, Employee Attitudes and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study discusses studying the marketing mix of the decision to purchase insurance products at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Area Jakarta and to find information about marketing based on simultaneous decisions on purchasing insurance products at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Area Jakarta and find out the very dominant variable on the decision to purchase insurance products at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Area Jakarta. The analytical method used in this research is to use the multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that the product, price, promotion, people, and process variables together and also partially had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Prudencial products in Jakarta. The dominant dominant variable in the purchase decision is the price and promotion variable.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to analyze the effect of career development on employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar, 2) to analyze the influence of the organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar. This research uses a multiple regression analysis method. The research data used were obtained from interviews, documentation and questionnaires.  The results of this study indicate that: 1) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the influence of career development variables has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar. Career development at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar is basically an increase in employee performance that reflects the ability of the organization in work, meaning that the performance of each employee is rated and measured in terms of values ??and criteria determined by the organization, and 2) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the influence of organizational climate variables has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Mangasa Health Center employees in Makassar. Employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar can occur if employees feel they have a feeling of justice in doing work. An organizational climate that is considered fair will encourage employees to immediately achieve satisfaction at work

Abstract

Sharia involvement is the attachment of an individual, physical, emotional, and spiritual influence by belief, justice, balance, freedom, and responsibility towards the organization. The object of research is Islamic banking employees located in Makassar City. Through the cluster sampling technique the samples processed in this study were 185 employees spread across 13 sharia banking offices. Data analysis uses technical path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and Amos version 21 Software. The results showed that the level of organizational commitment, compensation, leadership and sharia involvement were 1) organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership had a positive and significant effect on sharia engagement and employee engagement, 2) organizational commitment and compensation indirectly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through sharia engagement, while leadership does not have a significant influence 3) sharia involvement has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The formulation of the probelem is research is how performance PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk measured based on the analysis of financial flows using financial statements using financial ratio analysis method. The method of analysis used is financial ratios which include: liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity. The results show the performance of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk which was on the liquidity ratio in 2014 to 2016 was in good condition, where the Current Ratio (CR) of the company in 2014 to 2016 was more than 100% which means PT GMTD Tbk able to pay all obligation smoothly with current assets available. Overall quick ratio (QR) had a poor performance due to the increase in the value of current debt. The condition Solvency ratio of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk was good enorghin 2014 until 2016, which Debt To Assets Ratio (DAR) company in 2014 until 2016 more then 100%. This percentage indicates that the financial condition was quite good because their debt as financing for large assets compared with own capital. Performance in debt to equity ratio (DER) Companies was not good because DER greater than 90% indicates that the sources of the companis assets financing comes more from debt than its own capital. Profitability ratio of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk in 2014 until 2016 was good, where the result of the profitabily ratio is higher then one year time deposit interest rates. The activity ratio of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk in 2014 to 2016 was good, where Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) is more then 1 (one), that means the company, was productive in generating sales.
