Abstract

Mastery of information technology is important for the banking industry has an oligopoly marketstructure, but does not guarantee a sustainable competitive advantage. To win the competition is not onlydetermined by the technologically and price (interest given), but also factors mastery of knowledge andinformation currently an issue that is very strategic.If a bank uses technology as an advantage its competitiveness, then the advantage will be temporary, because thetechnology has the properties easily imitated. However, if the advantages of information technology along withthe mastery of information and knowledge of quality management, the competitors require greater effort and along time to be able to imitate or duplicate the competitive advantage. Thus the competitive advantage thatwill last longer.Through literature study and analysis of secondary data obtained information that the national bankingmarket outlook is still widespread. Abstract

Financial literacy affects a persons way of thinking on the financial condition and influence strategic decisions interms of finances and better management for business owners.This study uses secondary data as study materials which will be given to the micro level that businesses with aturnover of up to 300M per year in which the segment in general do not have good financial records to then beused as financial statements. In a study using 12 samples of SMEs in the area of Depok randomly selected. Thisstudy uses processed using descriptive statistics as well as the weighting at the level of financial literacy.Results from this study indicate that the level of financial literacy of low business owners so that the effect on theability to manage finances. This is reflected in the financial results of the attitude of business owners where theymerely record the receipt and expenditure of financial business without being accompanied by supporting documentsstorage. Business owners so far have not made the budget as a basis for evaluating the performance of theirbusinesses. In addition the ability of business owners to manage cash surplus and deficit shows the majority of usingbanks or non-banks. They have not yet reached the stage of investing in financial products.Simple research is expected to contribute to the field of accounting related to business continuity, especially in termsof financial management business through increased financial literacy.Keywords: financial literacy, financial management, record keeping, budget.

Abstract

Measurement tools service quality is using Serv Quality Method. In this study, we tried to see different gapbetween students perceptions of employee performance with the level of interest/expectations of students to anexisting service using five indicators Serv Quality. Aspects studied is, reliability aspects, responsiveness aspect,assurance Aspects, empathy aspects, and the tangibles aspects. SBA research object because they become thefrontline in shaping the image of the ministry in Program vocational UI.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach., ie research thatdescribes a data collection on the observations that have been made. This research activity is a continuation ofresearch since the first semester of 2014/2015 to the first semester of 2015/2016. The population in this studyis that students of Administration UI vocational program. Abstract

Evaluation of services of Electronic Annual Tax Return is conducted to determine the quality of services ofElectronic Annual Tax Return. This is done by using the five Service Quality (SERVQUAL) dimensionswhich are tangibles, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The result of the research and analysis ofEvaluation of services of Electronic Annual Tax Return concluded that Taxpayers are satisfied with the qualityof Electronic Annual Tax Return. Advices given to the djponline.pajak.go.id websites is it should be moreattentive to the needs of the Taxpayers. Abstract

This study has objective to analyze factors influencing public sector entity’s financial statement informationsquality. Factors examined include quality of human resources, internal control system, information technologyutilization and external factors as a moderating variable. Originally RSUD X is Private Hospital namelyRS Y Kota A, then, in Mid 2014 have been transformed to be RSUD X as local gorvernment hospital City ofA. Metodologi research for this study is Quantitative Research Method by Questionnaires or Surveys approachthrough respondent for this study is the human resources involved in the functions of accounting, finance andBilling for BPJS and staff who handle in patient account. Respondent in RSUD Bogor totally 42 staffs. TheData collected from questionnaires analyzed by multiple linear regression methods. Abstract

Laboratory of the study Program is the on factor that imfluence the quality of student in the process of theirstudy in Vocational Program . In order that, laboratory must become the crucial factor in producing qualifiedalumni.The quality of teaching ini laboratory in general was imfluenced some factors like: lecturer/instructur,curicullum, tools or su pported facilities in laboratory. For that reason, in this research we want to know thegeneral of student in laboratory teaching. Factors that was identified included : degree of studentsatisfaction, quality of teaching, and laboratory supporting facilities . Abstract

Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes employee relationship with theorganization. It has implication for the decision to continue membership in the organization. Employee withhigh commitment is a valuable asset in operating the company in order to maintain Company’s sustainability.This research proposes that organizational commitment is influenced by leadership style. The hypothesis istested using data obtained from 60 respondents who work in Small and Medium enterprises in Depok. Theresults shows that transformational leadership style affects positively on affective commitment but it doesn’taffect normative commitment. Besides that, transactional leadership style doesn’t affect continuancecommitment, while passive / avoidant leadership style does not affect affective commitment.Keyword : tranformasional, transaksional, passive/avoidant, komitmen afektif, komiitmen normatif,komitmen keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Regional General Hospital City X is the only government-owned hospitals of city X, had some visionincluding provide excellent service quality plenary to the whole society. Net Promoter Score (NPS) is atool and concept of customer satisfaction, which through NPS companies can see their performanceaccording to the customers perspective. This study aimed to obtain consumer profiles and identifystrengths and weaknesses in the service of the Regional General Hospital City X based on the perceptionof consumers. This study used a quantitative approach with survey method. Data captured in one shootmeasurement from August until September 2015. Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire. Theresearch subjects were patients/families undergoing outpatient treatment or hospitalization in sometreatment rooms of the Regional General Hospital City X. The total sample was 442 persons, calculatedusing the Slovin formula with alpha 0.05. The analysis was univariate analysis. The final resultsshowed the profile of patients/families mostly as consumers detractors (45.2%) than consumers promoters(19.7%), where the value indicated by the NPS better perception of inpatients than outpatients.Weakness in outpatient services is a long queue system and the limited facilities, whereas in inpatientfacilities are limited and hygiene problems. City Hospital X strength in providing services is thefriendliness of its officers (doctors, nurses, administration).Keywords: net promoter score, consumer profile, hospital service
