Abstract

Banten Province is an expantion area of the mother province, West Java. It is adjacent to the nation’s capital have an impact on the welfare of the surrounding community either in the district or municipality. So far, the data and information about the well-being of Banten area has not been distributed spatially. This is not less effective and informative when local government wants to make a policy that related to increased welfare at the district. This study was conducted to see the level of welfare in Banten through geographic information system approach. Data used in the process of spatial analysis includes the human development index, population density, dependency ratio and livelihood. The method used to process spatial analysis is weighted and overlay. The result of analysis showed that the average level of prosperity in Banten Province was in middle category which covers 116 districts out of the 155 districts spread across Banten. The rest was categorized quite high. The percentage of welfare level “Medium”and “High Enough” amounted to 74.83% and 25.17%. The sub districts have the status of “High Enough” majority owned by Tangerang district namely as many as 24 sub districts with 15.48%. These results are expected to be used as input for the Banten Provincial Government or the related parties in order to make a policies for improving the quality of life in society.

Abstract

Tingginya kebutuhan akan listrik dalam kehidupan masyarakat sadar atau tanpa kita sadari kita sering mengalami masalah listrik padam yang diakibatkan kebakaran gardu, pohon tumbang, kebakaran rumah dan beberapa masalah yang dapat mengakibatkan gangguan jaringan distribusi listrik.. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk dapat secara cepat mengetahui gangguan-gangguan yang terjadi dilapangan dan sistem tersebut dapat memberikan petunjuk jalur alternatif yang secara cepat dapat dilalui dan mengetahui titik lokasi terjadi. Web merupakan aplikasi yang sangat populer dan dapat menjadi media yang dapat digunakan untuk menyediakan informasi secara cepat dimanapun lokasinya sedangkan google map merupakan sarana yang menjadi penunjuk untuk memberikan informasi jalur cepat yang dapat dilalui untuk mencapai titik lokasi gangguan jaringan listrik secara visual pada peta. penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi web yang terintegrasi google map untuk dapat memberikan informasi secara rill time yang terhubung pada konsumen.

Abstract

Ilmu agama sangatlah penting bagi kehidupan seseorang, dan bermsyarakat. Seseorang jika ingin menuntut ilmu harus datang kerumah para guru atau ke majelis-majelis ilmu disekitar rumah atau pun jarak yang agak jauh dari rumah, bahkan tidak sedikit orang yang susah mencari majelis ilmu atau guru untuk menuntut agama Islam, itu akan merugikan seseorang. Kemalasan akan datang jika seseorang sudah jenuh untuk mencari guru untuk belajar agama islam karena sulitnya mencari guru disekitar rumah.Aplikasi Pencarian Ustadz Wilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya berbasis Android yang beralgoritma Haversine Formula. Dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi beberapa kesulitan-kesulitan dan kendala yang ada pada kehidupan seseorang demi mencari guru agama untuk belajar agama Islam khususnya. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu, sistem ini dirancang dengan metode UML, untuk memudahkan penulis dalam perancangan sistem. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan basisdata MySQL. Hasil dari implementasi aplikasi yang sudah dibuat ini adalah aplikasi pencarian ustadz yang bisa digunakan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Membantu proses pencarian rumah, kontak ustadz atau guru dengan cara yang efisien.

Abstract

The increasing the number of population and the diversity activities in sukabumi caused the general problems on infrastructure service such as waste transportation. During the process of data collection and monitoring of waste operational vehicles at the Department of Waste Management, Parks and Cemeteries (DP4) of Sukabumi can not be done optimally because of the existing information systems limitations. So the presence of the vehicle where it in the field cannot be observed directly. The lack of strict supervision in the use of this operational vehicles facility caused the misuse of vehicles in the works. This Research aimed to find the problems solutions by made an application for monitoring waste operational vehicles by utilizing GPS and GIS technology, so that the concerned parties especially DP4 of Sukabumi can monitor the movement of freight and make an appropriate decision if there are some problems that happen during the trip. The applications have been made to speed up the searching process of the vehicle operational position and to find out who operate these vehicles without directly supervision to the field, so that the misuse of vehicle operation can be reduced.

Abstract

East Jakarta is one of Jakarta areas that are prone to diseases Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) and diarrhea. The Statistics data from Sub Department of Health, East Jakarta show that the level of vulnerability to dengue disease reached 100%, 40% of ARI and diarrhea 10%. Unfortunately, the data figures were less describe the actual situation spatially. This research was conducted to determine areas vulnerable to desease based on spatial environment in East Jakarta using Geographic Information System (GIS). The category of desease which is the object of this research are the dengue disease, respiratory infection and diarrhea. The method used to determine disease susceptibility is scoring and overlay method. Based on the analysis with GIS, there are two levels of vulnerability to the disease namely "Vulnarable" and "Very Vulnerable" with details nine of the ten sub-districts in East Jakarta are in the status of "Vulnerable" and only one region with the status "Very Vulnerable" namely Ciracas District. The results of this analysis is expected to help the society health centers in East Jakarta in monitoring the spread of the disease and the risks so that they can anticipate and providing services as early and effectively as possible .

Abstract

Masih belum optimal nya aplikasi pengolahan data kas dan penyajian informasi pada sebuah kementrian, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan dan perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh manusia (human eror), oleh karena itu dirancang sebuah aplikasi pencatatan data kas berbasis website untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi admin maupun karyawan dalam melakukan penginputan data kas, pembuatan laporan kas dan penyajian laporan kas tersebut. Aplikasi digunakan oleh user, dimana user tersebut adalah admin dan karyawan, aplikasi dimulai dengan user melakukan login terlebih dahulu. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan admin adalah penambahan data karyawan, jenis traksaksi, penambahan data jurnal, dan pencetakan laporan. Sedangkan karyawan dapat melakukan penambahan data jurnal serta pencetakan laporan. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi transaksi data kas berbasis website dan online ini, maka dapat mempermudah admin dan karyawan mencatat transaksi dimanapun berada walaupun mereka tidak berada di kantor, kesalahan pencatatan dan perhitungan juga bisa diminimalisir dan ketersidaan laporan yang diperlukan terhadap data anggaran kas lebih cepat di dapat dan akurat

Abstract

STT-PLN library has had a website before, but there is no catalog features whose books have not owned by the library STT-PLN. This research will discuss about how to design the development of perpusatakaan digital STT-PLN in the added features of e-catalogs. The application of research methods using User Centered Design (UCD). In this application development using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram for designing the research development of perpusatakaan digital STT-PLN which includes use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. Solving the problem of system design include database design, application menu hierarchy and application interface design. UML which has been designed and then translated into web-based programming language that is PHP and using MySQL as the database. Then the last application tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT), the direct testing of applications by users of the application. Implementation of the development of perpusatakaan digital is obtained results of a dynamic web based applications that can help users in accessing library applications online through the Internet and to members can facilitate the conduct of order books online, as well as facilitate the administrator library to manage the application.

Abstract

Learning media is one medium that can help students understand the subject matter. No file system in the course material on how to put the data in a table. The material is the use of hashing technique in the search for the relative address of the data. In applying the hash function to find the relative address is probable some data have the same hash function results. This causes a collision (collision) at the time of placement data. Collision (collision) can be addressed by using multiple strategies, among others, Resolution Linear (Linear Resolution), and Double Hashing Overflow. The design of this simulation was organized which begins with the concept, design, material collecting, and assembly. At the design stage is divided into four stages, namely stages of the application process flowchart design, design app menu hierarchy, the design of the main menu display and design process flow aplikasi.Aplikasi calculation aims to assist lecturers in teaching so that students can easily understand and comprehend the material on the hash function particularly the division remainder method to find the relative address.

Abstract

Nowadays, profession or competency certification is started to be taken seriously by the society, especially the students. This certification is used, among others, to get an acknowledgement for the owned competency, increase the credibility, adding the selling point, and the opportunity to get a better career. Piksi Ganesha Certification Body as the organizer of the internal certification holds this mandatory-for-students’ event every year.There are some obstacles in the certification data management, such as: data redundancy, temporary archieve storage, etc. These things are caused by the management is still using manual system and not using Computer-Based Information System (CBIS). A good and appropriate Computer-Based Information System design is needed in order to improve the effective and efficient performance, in giving the best service, data management, and also information provision for the certification participants.

This Development and information system development must in harmony with instruct organization strategy (enterprise), found such cases of information system management experiences of failure in achieving target (objective) this organization because utilization disagree with collegepurpose and direction (organization). Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) as method or frame of reference to develop an information architecture. EAP is an architecture planning methods that orientation at business need that consist of data architecture, application and technology and implementation planning from architecture that has been made to support business activity to attainment of organization mission. EAP explains data architecture, application and technology that required to support organization business. Much developments IS experience of failure because need development IS are made base certain need without planning beforehand. Politeknik Piksi Ganesha, as one of higher education organizer that managed by private sector have strong comitment for information system utilization to support its business activity until must plan architecture enterprise. Architecture enterprise that will be modeled at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha, consist of : Data Architecture, Application, Technology Architecture, Roadmap implementation plan..Architecture enterprise modeling relate to processes that already commonly use in business higher education management in Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung, where as discussion scope is limited at area Academic, area Administrations and Finance, area HRD and General.
