Abstract

Instructor is the main aspect that exists in the implementation of the training. The increasing number of instructors and the need for training is also increasing every year there is no system that can help the process of determining quickly and precisely. In need of a method that can classify the instructor data in accordance with the title of training materials and can be assigned instructor each of the training materials and do not ignore aspects of assessment of the instructor. In this study data mining techniques are used to help recommend instructors for each subject matter of the training based on the cluster data group approach. So it can be used in determining the instructor's assignment per training materials in the future. K-Means clustering method is used to group data into clusters by looking at the centroid  value that has been determined. And the Topsis method is used to assign one instructor's name through the rankings of preference values. In this research CRISP-DM method is used as software engineering method system work done in sequence or linearly. In the testing process has been generated if the manual data and data processing if the application system is the same. This application to facilitate the Supervisor and Learning Development staff in setting instructors per training materials.

Abstract

The problem with opening the gate opening now is to work manually, which is opening and closing as well secure with a key, then pull or push the gate. This is certainly less efficient and less effective because it requires time and energy to do it. One solution is to make a control device it works automatically ie using a microcontroller, Bluetooth, and servo motor, with communication devices Android-based handphone. Laboratory experimental methods have been carried out to make 'open and close tools the gate with a cellphone'. Based on the results of the trial using Bluetooth and mobile phones, this tool can work up to a distance of 11.5 meters with a response time of 1 second. This prototype tool is very cheap, practical, efficient and effective in opening and closing gates. Not all Bluetooth can open and close gates because the password is required for the accent. This prototype is a simulation tool that works well.

Abstract

Scheduling subjects in a school can support, facilitate and enhance the quality of a school. Subject scheduling generally functions for activities in facilitating the quality of teaching teachers and students in order to create discipline in school performance activities. Along with increasing hours of subjects that require precise and fast accuracy in processing data can also speed up time. In general, the data processing of scheduling subjects at Adi Luhur 2 Vocational School 2 is still done manually and there is often a lack of schedule due to the teacher being absent or teaching in school, so a computerized information system is needed where everything can be done correctly. For that we need a system that can determine the scheduling of subjects so that there is no conflict with other teaching schedules. In this study, Mamdani's fuzzy infrence system (fis) logic is used. With the existence of a teaching schedule management system with fuzzy mamdani method approach more accurately in accordance with the best conditions of the teacher concerned. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype that can process input in the form of teacher's willingness to arrange teaching schedules at Adi Luhur 2 Vocational School Jakarta.

Abstract

This research discusses prediction pass rates the certification microsoft office specialist 2013 version (word and excel) aimed to provide information concerning to pass rates and certification give alternative solutions to determine the program certificationi appropriate to chosen before test certification. Naive bayes used for the classification certification graduation where participants know what information pass and did not finish. Naive bayes is a classification with the probability and statistics to predict opportunities in the future based on the Provided before. In this study, system development CRISP-DM to use of the become more ordered and testing done with the BlackBox to test each function is on the application built. From the study, produce values probability of 0.001042 the accuracy of 99 %. These results, proving that naïve bayes method can be used to assist in a prediction graduation rates participants (word and excel), because it produces quite high accuracy. So participants were able to determine the certification program proper chosen before test certification.

Abstract

Yadika 4 Vocational School is a vocational secondary education institution that was established in 1996 and is located on the highway Raden Saleh No. 11 Karang Tengah. Creative school that provides three majors namely Office Administration (AP), Accounting (AK) and Computer Network Engineering (TKJ). In the learning process Yadika 4 Vocational students get subject matter materials according to their competency skills. Another problem that is when the exam is still seen is cheating, such as cheating, this causes the class to become noisy. The thing that makes the writer take this online exam case study is to prepare computer-based examinations held by the education office. Other problems, namely the values that come out of each subject will be entered manually from each class by the subject teacher concerned, sometimes the teacher feels tired to count and match the answers and the scores of each subject tested. Errors when matching cause repetition of entering data into Microsoft Excel tools that are used as learning evaluation reports to the homeroom of each class. The solution to overcome this problem is by making an online test application with questions and answers on online exam applications to be random in order to minimize fraud. In the making, it is expected that online examinations in schools can provide students with an overview of computer-based exams that have been held by the education office with advantages in terms of time correction, resources from teachers (teachers or employees). The results of this study produced an online test application that has been tested, so that users in this application can be helped as the results of observations made by the author in conducting this research. i.

Abstract

Currently, there is no specific platform to manage the adoption process for stray animals in Indonesia. This paper describes the design of a Mobile Application created to address this issue in Jakarta, named myAnimach. This app allows strays and potential adopters to meet their needs easier. myAnimach provides a user-friendly, generic user interface to help them find the strays that meet their criteria or make a post about strays in their neighborhood. Users who want to adopt or offer animals to be adopted can log in or create an account on myAnimach. If the user is interested in becoming an adopter, they need to fill the adoption form. There are several stages in the adoption process. The completion of all the stages will result in an issuance of an adoption letter from myAnimach. Aside from adopting animals, users can also look for adopters for their animals by filling out the upload form on the mobile application.

Abstract

Alternatives to promoting companies with a variety of products, besides being able to reduce paper use which has an impact on promotion costs, and creating a wider market, are the main reasons why this research was conducted. There are two types of websites that can be used in business development, namely online store websites and company profile websites. The purpose of digital company profiles is to display company profiles and build credibility in cyberspace. Digital company profile does not bring revenue directly like online store websites, but digital website-based company profiles become a more accurate and trusted source of information. Through a digital company profile, a better business image can be built and entrepreneurs can show the world that the goods and products offered are of good quality. This digital company profile is a promotional media campaign that is more effective and efficient. Website-based Digital Company Profile application, as a means of promotion, is made with the Design and Development of Multimedia Systems that integrate its components. The end result of this application is in the form of files that can be applied in the form of a disk and uploaded on the website.

Abstract

There are various kinds of sorting data methods that we know of which are Bubble Sort, Selection Sort, Insertion Sort, Quick Sort, Shell Sort, and Heap Sort methods. All of these methods have their respective strengths and weaknesses, the use of which is determined based on needs. Each method has a different algorithm, where the difference in this algorithm affects the execution time. In this paper the authors make a comparison of the 2 methods of sorting data, namely the Sort Sort and Insertion Sort methods, with consideration that the two methods are concise algorithms and have almost the same algorithm pattern. , using the same number and data model. The purpose of this comparison is to provide an overview of the two methods, which method has faster execution time, whether the Selection sort method or the Insertion Sort method.

Abstract

The numerical method is a technique used to formulate mathematical problems so that they can be solved using ordinary arithmetic operations. In general, numerical methods are used to solve mathematical problems that cannot be solved by ordinary analytical methods. In the Numerical Method, we know two types of system equations, namely the Linear Equation System and the Non-Linear Equation System. Each system of equations has several methods. In the System, the Linear Equation between the methods is the Gauss Elimination method, the Gauss-Jordan Elimination method, the LU (Lower-Upper) Decomposition method. And for the Non-Linear Equation System between the methods is the Bisection method (Share-Two), Falsi Regula method, Newton Raphson method, Secant method, and Fix Iteration method. In this study, researchers are interested in comparing the two methods in the Non-Linear Equation System, namely the Bisection method and the Falsi Regula method. And this benchmarking process uses the Java programming language tool, this is to facilitate analysis of method completion algorithms, and monitoring in terms of execution time and output analysis. So that we can clearly know what differences occur between the two methods.

Abstract

This study aims to apply to moodle e-learning to Trisakti University students majoring in informatics engineering and information systems, knowing the feasibility of e-learning produced as a source of student learning, and revealing the effectiveness of e-learning towards the achievement of student learning outcomes. This study shows that e-learning was developed with Moodle through three stages, namely: first planning, design, and development, both e-learning are feasible to use for students, and the third is the application of e-learning to Trisakti University students majoring in informatics engineering and systems information effectively improves student cognitive learning outcomes. This is evidenced by a survey conducted by the author.
