Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Funding Officer dalam menghimpundana, faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi peningkatan minat nasabah, dan bagaimana dampak Strategi Pemasaran terhadap peningkatan minat nasabah di BPRS Amanah Ummah. Keberadaan strategi sangat penting dalam memasarkan produk.Sebaik apapun segmentasi, pasar sasaran, dan posisi pasar yang dilakukan, tidak akan berjalan jika tidak diikuti dengan strategi yang tepat. Strategi adalah langkah-langkah yang harus dijalankan oleh suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Pemasaran adalah suatu proses kegiatan yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti sosial, budaya, politik, ekonomi, dan manajerial. Strategi pemasaran adalah langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk mengambil alih keputusan secara matang guna mendapatkan tujuan dan sasaran yang akan dicapai dengan memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan sekitar, maupun persiapan yang matang terhadap kesiapan-kesiapan yang akan dilakukannya nanti. Semua hal yang dilakukan ini untuk mendapatkan keinginan dan kebutuhan yang akan dicapai.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, yaitu suatu metode pendekatan yang mengungkap situasi sosial tertentu dengan mendeskripsikan kenyataan secara benar, dibentuk oleh kata-kata berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data yang relevan yang diperoleh dari situasi alamiah. Desain penelitian tidak dapat dipastikan diawal mengingat data yang digunakan masih bersifat mentah sehingga peneliti tidak mengetahui dengan pasti kondisi di lapangan. Proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan antara lain berupa wawancara dengan Funding Officer (Fo Marketing) dan Nasabah, dokumentasi dan arsip BPRS Amanah Ummah. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh funding officer memberikan hasil yang baik, dari hasil yang dilakukan di lapangan, kepuasan, dan pelayanan yang baik, dan strategi marketing mix yang diterapkan berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran.Marketing mix terdiri dari Produk, Price, Place, Promotion dan Service. Semua ini diterapkan guna pencapaian peningkatan minat nasabah di BPRS Amanah Ummah dalam menabung maupun transaksi lainnya.

Abstract

 Fatwas authority on sharia economy in Indonesia is under the National Sharia Council of Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). The existence of DSN-MUI outside the central bank structure makes the fatwa authority independent, more credible and nationally recognized in issuing decisions and fatwas related to sharia issues faced by banks and other Islamic financial institutions. In some sharia banks there are different practices. Especially for the management of pilgrimage involving many sectors in it how compliance with the fatwa which has been determined by the National Sharia Council. Though banks are basically not only as a place to seek profit or invest for this world alone but as a way to get closer to Allah SWT. This research will examine the application of Fatwa DSN-MUI No.29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 about Hajj Credit Financing by Islamic Finance Institutions at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor. Research use qualitative approach method with type of qualitative empirical research. The results from this study are administration service of pilgrimage and hajj credit financing on cost of hajj travel in BPRS Amanah Ummah for both features and product details based on sharia is permitted in accordance with the Fatwa DSN-MUI. 29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 about Hajj credit financing in Islamic financial institution. PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah is expected to seek a better system, modern and practical in packing this product. Thus, it can attract prospective customers or prospective pilgrims.

Abstract

Salah satu factor penentu keberhasilan pengembangan zakat adalah program distribusi zakat yang harus sesuai dengan prinsip Syariah. Hal ini menyebabkan standarisasi fiqih asnaf (kelompok penerima) zakat menjadi sangat penting. Di dalam aplikasinya, standar fiqih asnaf yang digunakan oleh sebuah Negara berbeda dengan Negara lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fiqih asnaf zakat di Indonesia dengan mengambil studi kasus Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Standarisasi asnaf yang BAZNAS tentukan berdasarkan 11 pasal yang terdapat di dalam Surat Keputusan dewan pengawas BAZNAS. Dewan ini memiliki otoritas dalam menentukan standar syariah program BAZNAS. Terdapat beberapa konsep baru yang diperkenalkan di antaranya zakat muqayyadah. Selain itu, standar kemiskinan yang ditetapkan adalah 2 dollar per kapita per hari. Selain itu, beberapa isu penting terkait fiqih asnaf ini dibahas secara lebih mendalam.

Abstract

 AbstractIslamic economics has been growing immensely for almost four decades since the First International Conference on Islamic Economics held in Makkah in February 1976. Many improvements on developing Islamic economics as an independent discipline have been done by many scholars. For instance, there are scholars that attempt to develop Islamic economics from the point of view of fiqh (jurisprudence) and some try to cultivate it from the economic approach. The latter’s effort is to critically integrate between Islamic heritage and modern economics in order to establish such discipline. This actually is the part of the realization of Islamization of Knowledge (IOK) agendas as proposed by Al-Attas and Al-Faruqi.  One of the major challenges faced by Islamic economics theory is to build microeconomic concept rather than its macroeconomic counterpart. Correspondingly, it is commonly known that one of the most important microeconomic concepts includes the actions done by producers in order to execute production in the economy. This paper, hence, aims to present the production theory from the Islamic economics perspective. It provides economic thought from several contemporary Islamic economists including Muhammad Abdul Mannan, Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi, and many more.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk management process of financing run by BRI Syariah Branch Bogor on housing financing, whether its at the stage of analysis of prospective borrowers before the approval of the financing, management processes after being given housing financing, as well as upon the occurrence of financing problems or congestion repayment of the financing of debtor. Risk management is defined as a logical and systematic method in the identification, quantification, take a stand, set of solutions, as well as to monitor and report the risks that goes on every activity or process (N. Ferry Indroes; 2008). There are five stages in the process of risk management, ie risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk monitoring and control and risk reporting (Imam Wahyudi, et al: 2013). The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject of the study such behavior, perception, motivation, action, and others in a holistic manner and by way of description in the form of words and language, in a specific context that is natural and by utilizing a variety of natural methods. The kind of research that I use is a field study (Field Research) conducted by the research directly on BRI Syariah Branch office Bogor.Results from this study is the risk management that is applied to housing financing BRI Syariah Branch Bogor include the identification of the most important in selecting candidates running debtor is the analysis of 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Colateral, Condition of Economy). Abstract

AbstractThis study attempts to analyze the customer’s satisfaction and preference of banking services. Characteristics of respondents are a customer holding savings accounts in Islamic banks and conventional banks. The method used to analyze customer satisfaction is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).The method will produce how satisfied customers who have accounts in Islamic and conventional banks. Meanwhile, to measure the clients preferences is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method would be known to the clients preferences in using banking services, be it Islamic or conventional banks. The results showed that customer satisfaction in Islamic banks is 72.03%, while customer satisfaction conventional bank is 73.11%. Customer preferences in selecting Islamic banks are 48% while customer preferences in selecting conventional banks are 49%. Based on the research, satisfaction and customer preference is still higher in the conventional banks than in Islamic banks. This also shows that there are still many people who have the mindset of a rational economic interest even though they are aware that the bank has elements which are not good in religion or economically in the long term.

Abstract

Funding adalah suatu kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan bank untuk mencari dana kepada pihak deposan yang nantinya akan disalurkan kepada pihak kreditur dalam rangka menjalankan fungsinya sebagai intermediasi antara pihak deposan dengan pihak kreditur.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian lapangan yang melalui data-data, yaitu teori atau paradigma yang digunakan untuk menuntun peneliti dalam menemukan masalah dalam penelitian, menemukan hipotesis, menemukan konsep-konsep, menentukan metedologi dan menentukan alat-alat analisis data. Adapun hasil dari penelitian, diketahui bahwa pengaruh funding terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh dikarenakan tidak kuatnya hubungan atau korelasi pada penelitian ini, dengan besaran angka 0,027 atau 0,0729%.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to examine the factors that influence job performance of BTN Bogor employees by analyzing several variables namely, interpersonal conflict, organizational politics, and also the potential mediating role of strain between stressors and job performance. This study is using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that interpersonal conflict has significant influence on strain and job performance. However, there was no evidence supporting that organizational politics has significant influence on job performance, and strain as the mediator of stressors and job performance.

Abstract

Service quality is the key to loyalty members (consumers). To achieve a good quality of service, the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor is required to provide excellent service to its members by taking into account the dimensions of the quality of services that include direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Professionally managed institution will give priority to the quality of services because it will affect customer satisfaction (members) which would then affect the level of consumer loyalty (members). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty of cooperative members in the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor, to determine whether the quality of services that include direct evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responciveness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (empathy) berpenngaruh on member loyalty The sample used a number of 50, the sampling technique with purposive sampling. This research is a field research with quantitative descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained based on respondents answers to a questionnaire distributed to the members of the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression, descriptive variables ananlisis research and hypothesis testing (test t), and data processing using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. From the results of the research data processing simple linear regression Y = 4.623 + 0,187X and the magnitude of the direct influence of service quality to loyalty members was 33.8%. Based on t test showed that the number sig. alpha of 0.000 below 5%, which means service quality significantly influence the loyalty of members of the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor. Based on the coefficient of determination can be seen that the independent variables explain the dependent variable of 33.8%, while the remaining 66.2% is explained by other variables which in this case is not the subject of the study authors.
