Focus and Scopes INTEK Jurnal Informatika dan Teknologi Informasi (INTEK) is a peer-reviewed Journal of Information and Computer Sciences published by Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo. This journal publishes two times a year (May and November). INTEK is a media for researchers, academics, and practitioners who are interested in the field of Computer Science and wish to channel their thoughts and findings. The articles contained are the results of research, critical, and comprehensive scientific study which are relevant and current issues covered by the journals. Abstract

Food as a basic human need whose fulfillment is a basic human right of all Indonesian people must always be available at all times, safe, and diverse at prices that are affordable by people's purchasing power. The issue of scarcity of staple commodities is of serious concern to the Government. The problem is compounded when the community has to implement social restrictions (social distancing) during the Covid-19 disaster response period. During the Covid-19 pan-demic, it had a very broad impact, one of which required residents to worship at their homes during the holy month of Ramadan. The Takmir Mosque of Assalaam Management issued a policy to continue to hold takjil activities. The takjil activity carried out was to provide staples to be distributed to the Assalaam mosque as a menu to break the fast. To support the distribution of staples, community service this time built a web-based information system to manage the distribution of staples for Assalaam Mosque worshipers. This information system is used to monitor the number of recipients of staples, and the distribution is carried out in three stages, at the first stage on April 26, 2020, a number of 173 packages, the second stage on May 5, 2020, a number of 205 packages, and the third stage on May 18, 2020, 205 packages.

Abstract

Current population information is an important part of an area. UU no. 32 of 2004 regulating regional autonomy shows that the quantity of population must be increased from all aspects. Bantul Regency has a majority of population systems at the dukuh or RW level that have not yet been computerized. Currently the obstacle faced is inaccurate information. the government has difficulty in providing counseling, development stimulant funds and welfare of various real sec-tors. Other problems aim to facilitate the implementation of reconstruction and rehabilitation of dukuh or RW-level areas. Pedukuhan Plawonan has ten RT. Currently Plawonan hamlet has approximately 1000 counts of souls consisting of various ages that are still not well recorded. This research intends to overcome these problems. This research attempts to complete using the Relational Database model. With SIMDUK that has been built by the RW, the village can easily obtain the required information quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Stored data is increasing in volume. Various data compression algorithms have been researched and developed. The purpose of this study was to compare the performance of the Huffman Algorithm and the Shannon-Fano Algorithm. A comparison of the performance of the compression algorithm is done by testing each image file. The application used to test was built using C ++. Four image file types will be tested using the application that has been built. The file being tested considers the image file type as a compression object. The current image file tends to increase in terms of file size. The results of testing the four image files obtained contain many symbols and frequencies in determining the value of data entropy. The same file tested using the Huffman Algorithm produces better compression gain. The Fish.bmp file uses the Huffman 2.0% algorithm and uses the Shannon-Fano algorithm 1.7%. The greater the entropy, the smaller the gain obtained. For example, the white.bmp file entropy: 0.19693 using the Huffman Algorithm can gain 85.2%. entropy Fish.bmp file 6.87332 can get a 2.0% gain.

Abstract

The growth of internet usage in Indonesia can not be separated from market penetration role by Cellular Operator. In this case Celullar Operators often provide promotional services to customers. Behind the promotional services there are several security holes that are utilized by customers. Usually the security hole is called a bug host. This research proposes a model of security testing of the promotional services.

Abstract

Schools as a place to forge students to become people who are ready to welcome the 21st centu-ry. 21st Century projection factors indicate the ability of literacy, one of which is technology lit-eracy. Schools are required to familiarize students with the application of information technolo-gy. The method that can be applied is by digitizing the School. SMPN 4 Pakem has begun digit-izing education with various steps and efforts. So it is necessary to study the digitization process and its impact on increasing existing resources. The method used in this paper is through several stages. The initial stage is observation, which aims to see the activeness of the parts that have been digitalized. SMPN 4 Pakem implements education digitization through several sections, namely website, library, and evaluation and as-sessment system. The SMPN 4 Pakem website has become a medium of communication and in-formation sources both internal and external. SMPN 4 Pakem Library implements library auto-mation to improve services to users with the help of information technology-based applications.

Abstract

Mobile Forensics is a scientific branch of Digital Forensics related to the handling of digital evidence on mobile devices. The growth of mobile devices technologies such as smartphones need quite unique and adaptive handling with technological developments. Technological innovations in mobile devices should be handled thoroughly. As an example of Dual Apps new features launched by Xiaomi also need to be identification of digital traces. Dual Apps feature allows 1 phone to have 2 accounts on 1 social media app. Using the NIST Mobile Forensics method to identify digital evidences left behind by the Dual Apps ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate portal web University Muhammadiyah Purworejo by using utili-ty system approach. Utility system approach to evaluate portal web from the point of the system effectiveness, firstly proposed by Kendall. This approach captured the perception of the system based on 6 points of view, which are possession, form, place, time, actualization and goal, as well as the scale of measurement using a likert scale and SPSS software. This study uses a re-search instruments with a likert scale questionnaire. The results showed how good the quality of the portal web University Muhammadiyah Purworejo, and any item of utility system that con-tributed the most to improving the quality of the system, as well as proposals that may be submit-ted to the management of portal web to develop more qualified information system.

Abstract

Subjects of Fundamentals of Engine, has been described using a real model of a stand engine. This method is difficult because the teachers have to carry the stand engine to the classroom. To solve this problem, teacher present learning materials using sketches, images and 3D graphics of engine models. It is difficult for teachers to control the learning material to explain certain parts and this method is ineffective and inefficient for teaching process. In this paper, the pro-posed solution to control 3D engine models with hand gestures by Kinect. Therefore, it’s neces-sary to study the hand gesture that is easily operated by teacher and the usefulness of control with hand gesture. To achieve the goal of the research carried out application design, applica-tion development, internal testing and performance testing directly to the teacher as a user. Testing software that will do is the performance test and usability.To rotate the 3D engine model can be done by locking the object first by moving the right hand to the top of the right shoulder as far as 30 cm. To rotate the object to the right, the right hand to the right side of head, to turn to the left, the left hand to the left side of head, to rolling upwards, left hand on the left shoulder and to rolling downwards, the left hand to the bottom of left shoulder as far as 30 cm. To zoom in the object, right hand to the front of the right shoulder, to zoom out, the left hand to the front of left shoulder as far as 40 cm.

Abstract

Data mining is often used in research-related pattern and knowledge of an information is stored in large-scale databases. Today many companies have large amounts of data was stored in the database. The large-scale databases are only used to generate tabular information fo the needs daily of managers. So it can be called rich data but poor information.Data mining has one assocation method that can generate certain patterns and knowledge of data have an assocate between two itemsets, so it has an if-then property. Algorithm used to produce assocation rule is called apriori.The result of research represent that the apriori algorithm can work optimally to generate pattern the sales transaction. This research represents transaction frequency{2,3} -> {28} has support 10.5%, confidence 66.6% and {7,8} -> {22} has support 10.5%, confidence 66.6%. Both of rules have frequencies often represent quite high with > 2.

Abstract

The Budget Information and School Revenue Management Information System at the Magelang City Education Office is an application used by the treasurer to draft up to the stages of prepar-ing the budget report and income of Elementary Schools in the City of Magelang. This applica-tion can do the process of calculating the budget, revenue budget, and display the percentage of expenditure based on a particular account code. The output of this system is direct shopping re-ports, indirect expenditure, monthly expenditure, income, a list of school account codes, a list of programs, school activities, and A2 receipts that are used as proof of monthly expenditure. The output of the system can make it easier for the treasurer in designing the school budget, because the results of calculations produced by the system are accurate and the system can also make reports automatically when the treasurer has designed the budget and school income.
