Abstract

This research aims to know analysis feasibility of effort breeding laying hensof business the cattle laying hens UD. Rizky Layer. The results of this research show the costs that are used on a chicken farm race laying UD Rizky layer of Rp 6,088,941,0/2thn and profit of Rp 1.954.548.670/24Bln of the total population 12,000 tail, the value of R/C Ratio amounting to 1,32 (1,32 > 1), the value of BEP production 5,360.44, the value of BEP costs/acceptance of 1,048,777,173.91, and the value of the BEP cost price/Unit of 36,380.20. This shows the farm UD. Rizky Layer remain eligible to run.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the effect of beef fertilizer on growth and biomass production in some corn hybrid varieties (Zea mays). This research used completely randomized design factorial 6 x 4 with four replications. The first factor is the corn hybrid varieties were V1 (Bisi-2), V2 (Bisi-16), V3 (Bisi-222), V4 (Nk-212), V5 (Pertiwi-2), V6 (Pacific-224), and the second factor was the level of beef fertilizer were P0 (0 ton/ha), P1 (20 ton/ha), P2 (30 tons/ha), P3 (40 tons/ha). The parameters measured were growth of plant height, the fresh water production and leaf blade percentage of corn hybrid varieties. The results showed that the variety and level of treatment of fertilizer was highly significant effected (P<0,01) to the plant high, the fresh water production and leaf blade percentage corn hybrid varieties. Interaction factor were significant effected (P<0.05) to the fresh water production, whereas in the growth of plant high and leaf blade percentage did not effected (P<0.05). Each treatment was getting the best results in plant height at V2P3 (224 cm), fresh water production at V4P3 (5234 g/plot) and leaf blade percentage at V4P2 (35.35%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate dosage, time and method of diagnosing pregnancy in Balinese cattle using a mixture of urine and aquadest which was reacted with Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4). This research was conducted in February - March 2018 in Bongo village, Wonosari sub-district, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The material used is urine urine samples, which have been artificially inseminated. Concentrated sulfuric acid (H2SO4) of 0.3 ml, 0.5 ml, 0.7 ml, 0.9 and 0.11 ml (according to treatment). The variables observed were fluorescence gas in solution, change in color of solution, time of change in solution. Data were analyzed using unidirectional variance analysis. The results showed pregnancy detection in Balinese cows who had been on IB in each treatment gave a very significant effect (P <0.01. The results of the BNT test revealed that the age of 6 days had the fastest time in detecting pregnancy with ± 6 seconds, at age 11 and 16 days have the fastest time in detecting pregnancy, with an average time of ± 5 seconds the pregnancy can be detected

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine how much the relationship of body weight and goat milk production of PE. This research was carried out at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of Wonggahu Livestock Development in April to May 2017. The variables observed were body weight and goat milk production of PE. Number of PE goats studied by 30 tail. The data obtained were analyzed using simple regression by and simple correlation analysis by. The results showed that the average body weight of goat PE was 41.2 kg/head/day with milk production of 0.339 liter/head/day. The relationship of body weight and goat milk production of PE is strong with a correlation value of 0.691 with a coefficient of determination of 0.477. Contribution of body weight to goat milk milk production of 47.7% and the remaining 52.3% influenced by other factors not examined. the regression equation of body weight with goat milk production of PE is Y= 0,316 + 0,001 X + e.

Abstract

The aim was to determine the heritability of egg weight, hatch weight, age of a week body weight in crossbred chickens. This research was conducted from August-November 2017, in Tumbihe Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo Province. The research material was eggs and DOC originating from a cross between male Kampung chicken and female Leghorn chicken, Isa Brown strain, these eggs were weighed and hatched in a hatchery machine. The parameters measured were egg weight heritability, hatch weight, 1 week body weight in crossbred chickens. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of this study are the heritability of egg weight in the population is 0.53 ± 0.03 and the variance coefficient is 6.16%. The heritability of hatch weight in the population is 0.53 ± 0.02 and the variance coefficient is 4.33%. While the heritability value of 1 week age weight in the population is 0.53 ± 0.02 and the variance coefficient is 3.26%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the role of artificial insemination (IB) on the marriage system in the group of caromah cattle farmers in Taluditi Sub-District, Pohuwato Regency. The livestock population of 60 cows consisting of A 32 cages and enclosure B 28 tails. The analysis used was descriptive analysis to get the percentage and average number of pregnancies. Parameters observed include: Service Per Conception (S / C) and Conception Rate (C / R). The results showed that (Service Per Conception) obtained results at enclosure A, the S / C value was 1.7 times, and at enclosure B the S / C value was 1.7 times. The percentage of pregnancy (Conception Rate) is obtained at A cage 79% and the result in cage B is C / R value of 67%. The results obtained are strongly influenced by 4 factors, namely; namely frozen semen, female cattle as IB acceptors, inseminator skills and zooteknis knowledge of farmers. The conclusion of this study is that the success rate of Artificial Insemination in Taluditi District, Pohuwato Regency can be categorized as good.Keywords: Artificial Inseminasai, Service Per Conception and Conception Rate

Abstract

ABSTRACTAbdul Karim Madina. 2018. The Effect of different Levels of Liquid Organic Fertilizer of Genetika Plus and different Spacing on Growth and Production of Elephantgrass Biomass (Pennisetum purpureum). Supervised by Muhammad Mukhtar as main supervised and Musrifah Nusi as vice supervised.The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the level of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of Genetika Plus and different spacing on the growth and production of elephantgrass biomass (Pennisetum purpureum). This research was conducted in Tamboo Sub-District Tilongkabila, Bone Bolango District, from April to June 2018. The method used in this study is Factorial RAL with two factors. Data were analyzed using analysis of varian. The results showed that under fertilizer treatment and plant spacing had a significantly effect on the growth and production of biomass. The highest plant height was obtained in R3K2 (397 cm) and the lowest in R0K3 (210 cm), the highest tillering production was in R3K3 (7.5) and the lowest was in R0K1 (3.5). Whereas biomass production, the highest in fresh matter weight was obtained in R3K1 (29,076) and the lowest in R0K3 (1,638), the highest leaf blade percentage obtained in R3K1 (38,519) and the lowest in R0K1 (14), the highest dry matter weight was obtained in R3K1 (494) and lowest in R0K3 (27.75). Based on the research, the level of genetics plus liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) and plant spacing has a significantly effected on the growth of elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum) on plant height, fresh matter production, leaf blade percentage, dry matter production and number of tillers.Key words: Biomass production, elephantgrass, Genetika plus fertilyzer, plant spacing

Abstract

The research was aimed at investingating acid detergent  fibre   neutral detergent Fiber content in corn straw fermented using Trichoderma Viride in different Incubation Time. It applied compeletey Randomizend Design consisting Of  4 treatments  and  4 repetitions,  hence, it resulted in 16 units  of  an experiment. The Treatments consisted of corn straw  withhout inoculation (control), 7%  corn straw  Fermented  with Trichoderma  viride in  1 week incubation time, 7%  corn  straw  Fermented  with Trichoderma Viride in  2 weeks incubation time, and 7% corn  straw fermented with Trichoderma Viride in 3 weeks incubation time.Analysis of variance result shows that corn straw fermented using Trichoderma  Viride in different Incubation Time gave significant inflluance toward ADF content (p 0,05).  Besides ,  corn straw fermentd using Trichoderma Viride in different incubation Time gave significant influence toward NDF content(p 0,05).
