Abstract

Job satisfaction can improve durability individuals to stress and impacts of stress and on the other hand, stress that perceived by an individual can be a source of discontent. This research aims to know the influence of work stress of job satisfaction of nurses in internist room of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. Research method the used is the descriptive method to 215 nurses who have experienced nurses' room of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. While to test the research hypothesis, the authorize a simple regresion analysis method with the help of software SPSS 20. The results showed job stress in nurses in the inpatient unit Krakatau Medika Hospital in the moderate category is 2.88 and the job satisfaction of nurses are in a high category. Work stress experienced by nurses at Krakatau Medika Hospital has a positive effect on job satisfaction, so the impact of positive stress is used as a motivational well as improved performance. The results of correlation calculations, the independent variables on satisfaction positive relationships with low classification, the amount of work stress on job satisfaction, which is 12.4% and the remaining 87.6% influenced by other factors not described in this study, other factors such as remuneration, staffing, work environment, leadership style, and so on.

Abstract

Conflict can be one of important thing that has an influence on organizational productivity because it can affect to employees performance. If the conflict can not be managed carefully it will impact to decrease performance. But in other ways, if the conflict can be managed carefully it will impact to increase performance.This study was conducted to 101 employees of PT. Astra International, Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation AUTO2000 Setiabudi Bandung. This research based on the phenomenon at PT. Astra International Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation AUTO2000 Setiabudi Bandung that conflict between sales and other sales to the struggle for customers, and employees of the workshop did mistake when making spare parts, and employees performance did not reach last two years. The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence the conflict on employee performance in PT. Astra International Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation AUTO2000 Setiabudi Bandung. In this study, the conflict is the independent variable (X) and employee performance is the dependent variable (Y). This research uses descriptive analysis method, the classical assumption test, regression, correlation, and test hypotheses in analyzing the data obtained through observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. From simple linear regression test results, obtained equation Y = 69.122 + 0,451X with the acquisition of R-Square of 0.172 means that variables can influence conflict of 17.2% on the performance of employees, while the remaining 82.8% influenced by other factors such as education/training, motivation, and others. Correlation test results obtained figures 0.415 and significance of 0.000 which shows the relationship between the variables in the medium category, trending positive and significant.

Abstract

Beef trading industry in Indonesia is growing, both in terms of quantity and quality lead to the emergence of intense competition, therefore every trading company is required to be creative in the face of business competition in order to meet and satisfy the needs and desires of consumers. One way is through product development. One way is through product development. Product development is an important thing for a company to maintain its existence or at least can guarantee the survival of the company. It is also encouraging PD Carole Jaya which is engaged in beef and mutton trade, to create a new innovation that is the development of beef products by making beef jerky, as an alternative in the development of beef products and to increase sales productivity for maintaining the existence of its business. But of course, in the development of this product, should consider the investment plan, whether worthy or not product development is done, given the amount of capital required for the manufacture of this jerky. In the development of this product, there are three stages of the activities undertaken: preparation, execution (manufacturing process) and final stage. In the final stage of the activities undertaken is to process data, analyze the results of research and make conclusions. In this financial data processing using financial feasibility analysis tool with PayBack Period method, ARR (Average Rate of Return), NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and (R / C Ratio) Business Efficiency and BEP (Break Event Point). The results of the investment analysis show that the PBP (Payback Period) of this investment is 3 months, ARR (Average Rate of Return) of 1.35%, NPV (Net Present Value) generated 27.998.634, - which means when NPV> 1, then the feasible investment, PI (Profitability Index) of 1.35 means that the investment can be run (Feasible), R / C Ratio of 1.35 means is, this investment is very efficient and profitable and BEP (production) of Rp. 258,500, - and BEP (unit) of 44.4 kg. Thus, the product development effort by making beef jerky is feasible to be implemented by PD. Carole Jaya.

Abstract

This study determine the level of customer satisfaction towards service quality at Minimarket Mutiara Indah Palembang, with purpose to determine how percentage level of customer satisfaction, and also to determine what kind of service quality dimension which had dominant.  Collected data had used quesioner with the respondent 60 people, and the technique of collected sample used Non Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling method. Based on the result known that average percentage from every dimension were tangible dimension was 65,1 %, reability dimension was 74%,  responsiveness dimension was 79,8 %, assurance dimension was 74,2 % and empathy dimension was 75,6%.  So, dimension which has dominant at Minimarket Mutiara Indah Palembang was responsiveness dimension with 79,8% to the fast of employee to find product which customer want to bought.

Abstract

CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik is a company that produces micro hydro and turbine, as well as body warmers drinks in the food and beverage division (makmin). The company has 135 employees. Employee satisfaction is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because as this will impact on the performance of employees. Employees who are satisfied will have the awareness to do the more responsible duties at the company. But the reality on the ground there are some employees who are often absent from work, it is seen through the attendance percentage of employees who are still far from the target of work presence that is equal to 95%, while the rate of attendance of employees in 2015 was only 84.25%. There are also as many as 40% of employees feel less satisfied with promotion opportunities provided by the company. This resulted in employees feel lazy to work because they feel his efforts are not appreciated despite working diligently but can not get the appropriate results in the form of promotion (promotion). This study aims to determine job satisfaction and employee performance as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, simple correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study were 101 respondents. In the data collection used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, employee job satisfaction in the category both in terms of Work Itself, benefits, promotion opportunities, supervision, and Coworkers. Then the employee's performance was in the category good views of the Working Quantity, Quality of Work, Knowledge About Work, Personal Quality, Cooperation, Trustworthy, and Initiative. The conclusion of this research that there is an influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees is 49,9%.

Abstract

This study assesses the effect quality of the website Tokopedia using WebQual 4.0 on repeat usage of website services (study on tokopedia website users). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of tokopedia website quality on repeat usage which context is e-commerce. Tokopedia growth until the end of 2016 made them as a refresher in C-to-C Commerce which has the modern services that gather buyers and sellers without face to face interaction so website platform of tokopedia has important role in tokopedia business activity. The research method using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. Method for data analysis are using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. Sample on this research are 200 respondents which is users of tokopedia. Based on the results of data, website quality is in good category and repeat usage is in fair category. The conclusion of this research is there is influence of website quality on repeat usage is equal to 40,6%. Penelitian ini menilai pengaruh kualitas website Tokopedia dengan metode Webqual 4.0 terhadap repeat usage layanan website (studi pengguna website Tokopedia). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas website Tokopedia terhadap penggunaan kembali website dalam konteks e-commerce. Pertumbuhan Tokopedia hingga akhir tahun 2016 membuat perusahaan tersebut sebagai penyegar di ranah bisnis C-to-C Commerce yaitu layanan modern tersebut mempertemukan pembeli dan penjual tanpa bertatap muka sehingga pentingnya platform website sebagai pemegang peran penting dalam kegiatan bisnis Tokopedia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden yang seluruhnya adalah pengguna website Tokopedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas website pada kategori baik dan penggunaan kembali dalam kategori cukup. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh kualitas website terhadap penggunaan kembali sebesar 40,6%.

Abstract

The “Lab Bisnis”, which is a Business Administration Dept’s laboratory, is a kind of convenience store. The daily transactions which influence the profit of the store are very low compared with other competitors. This condition might happen because of the low level of customer loyalty. This study found that the customer loyalty factor of Lab Bisnis is high in repeat buying & referrals factors. However, as for the retention behavior, it should be increased by the management. The study can make a module to arrange the loyalty strategy program in next future.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety are one of the important things that must be considered by the company to create safe and healthy working environment, especially for organizations that have the potential hazard and a high level of accident risk that could have an impact on performance. PT Indonesia Power Unit Kamojang is a company engaged in Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) and has implemented a safety and health. This research aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on employee performance at PT Indonesia Power Unit Kamojang. The method which is used in this research is a descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data analysis method which is used in this research are descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The sample in this research as much as 149 respondents. Occupational health and safety currently on good category, it can be seen from working conditions, safety training and communication, the creation of healthy working environment, employee needs services and health care services. Then, employee performance also currently on good category, it can be seen from the result of work, work behavior, and personal qualities. The conclusion of this research is there’s an effect of occupational health and safety implementation on employee performance amounted to 23,7%.

Abstract

Compensation is an important thing that employees should be given to employees appropriately, whether compensated financially or non-financially compensated. Employees need compensation such as bonuses, benefits, a comfortable working environment, and work that can show the ability for employees to provide the best performance to the company. One of the objectives of this study is to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance in Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) of West Kalimantan. The sample in this research is all of Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) field employee as many as 110 people used as material of analysis. The concept of variable compensation consists of three dimensions including direct, indirect, and non-financial financial compensation. Performance variables consist of quality of work, quantity of work, reliability, knowledge, and cooperation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Test validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation, and determination. The data obtained is processed using SPSS Statistics 20.0 program and yields the equation Y = 24.662 + 0,543, which means that with increasing compensation of 24,662 it will increase the employee performance of 0,543. Kompensasi merupakan hal penting yang seharusnya diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan secara layak, baik kompensasi finansial maupun kompensasi non finansial. Karyawan membutuhkan kompensasi seperti bonus, tunjangan, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, dan pekerjaan yang dapat menunjukan kemampuan agar karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja terbaiknya kepada perusahaan. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan di Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) Kalimantan Barat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan lapangan Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) sebanyak 110 orang yang digunakan sebagai bahan analisis. Konsep variabel kompensasi terdiri dari tiga dimensi diantaranya kompensasi finansial langsung, tidak langsung, dan non finansial. Variabel kinerja terdiri dari kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, keandalan, pengetahuan, dan kerja sama. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi, korelasi, dan determinasi. Data yang didapat diolah menggunakan program SPSS Statistics 20.0 dan menghasilkan persamaan Y = 24,662 + 0,543, yang berarti dengan meningkatnya kompensasi sebesar 24,662 maka akan terjadi peningkatan pada kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,543.

Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is a manufacture company that provides airplane with component and service. The company has 4.225 employees. Organization culture is one of important thing that have to attentively by a company because this one possible to affect for employee performance. This research aims to determine organization culture and employee performance and the influence of organization culture on employee performance at Production Directorate PT DI. Organizational culture can be seen from the lack of implementation of the company value while the performance can be seen from the production does not reach the target and the grade of the employee's performance is still low. The method which is used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method which is used in this research are descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research 107 respondents. The data collection is used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, organization culture currently on good category, it can be seen from innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness, and stability. Then, employee performance also currently on good category, it can be seen from quantity the of work, quality of work, knowledge of job, personal qualities, cooperation, dependability, and initiative. The conclusion of this research is there’s an influence of organization culture on employee performance amounted to 28,2% which have positive by value amount 0,531 which means medium and significant value.
