Abstract

Smart service is a new value that results from a collaboration between service providers and service users. Company as a service provider transformed not only provide a physical product, but also provide services. We conducted this research to integrate knowledge between smart products and smart service systems. The conceptualization of smart products is done by conducting a literature study of previous research. It is used to obtain the characteristics of smart products on smart service systems. This research also presents various topics and research focus in the context of products on smart service systems by including several smart service system implementations and illustration of smart product.

Abstract

Interoperabilitas adalah kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh sistem agar mudah diintegrasikan dengan sistem lain. Integerasi informasi menjadi suatu kebutuhan bagi pemerintah dalam mewujudkan layanan terpadu kepada masyarakat. Layanan Informasi Anggota DPRD adalah salah satu layanan yang disediakan oleh DPRD Kabupaten Brebes untuk memudahkan akses informasi bagi pengguna, baik OPD maupun instansi lain. Penelitian ini menjabarkan desain layanan informasi anggota DPRD Kabupaten Brebes yang merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi DPRD dengan teknologi web service untuk menghubungkan pengguna dan penyedia informasi dalam pengambilan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Development of digital transformation towards the information age have made significant change in various sectors and industries, including education. This transformation also needs to consider social problem solving with human centered design approach. One of the learning methods enabled by the technology development of this transformation is smart learning, that aims to improve the quality of learning utilizing intelligent technology in accordance with the learning context. This paper explains systematic literature review conducted as initial study in the research of smart learning for executives. The journals used in this review are various international journals obtained from some reputable journal databases. After going through the filtering process using several inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 journals were analyzed based on the research questions. From the review, it can be concluded that smart learning can improve the learning process in terms of motivation, engagement, and learning performance. Various information technology is used to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of smart learning, which provides the learning needs for executive education.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan wilayah aktifitas kegempaan yang tinggi serta berpotensi menyebabkan kejadian bencana tsunami. Karakeristik tsunami yang berpotensi berulang memerlukan upaya mitigasi. Salah satu upaya mitigasi tsunami yaitu tanggap peringatan dan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) merupakan instansi yang mempunyai tugas, pokok dan fungsi untuk menyediakan dan menyebarluaskan peringatan dini tsunami. Diseminasi peringatan dini tsunami BMKG diharapkan memenuhi kebutuhan informasi yang bernilai bagi masyarakat dalam melakukan tindakan yang tepat pada sebelum terjadi bencana. BMKG telah mempunyai beberapa moda komunikasi yang dikendalikan oleh sistem diseminasi secara otomatis menyebarluaskan peringatan dini tsunami. Sistem diseminasi tersebut didukung oleh sistem pengolahan gelombang seismik (SeisComp3), sistem pemodelan tsunami (TOAST), Decision Support System (DSS), dan auto engine narasi. Performa layanan sistem-sistem tersebut dirasa masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan karena saat ini karena masih menggunakan konsep komunikasi data sederhana. Konsep komunikasi data pada antar sistem tersebut perlu dikembangkan dengan konsep yang lebih baik lagi sehingga antar sistem bisa berkomunikasi dengan layer dasar dan satu sama lain mengikuti serangkaian protokol dan spesifikasi. Hal ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam peningkatan layanan diseminasi yaitu pada penambahan moda komunikasi/penerima. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai upaya peningkatan efektifitas dan performa sistem layanan diseminasi peringatan dini tsunami yang bertarget pada penerima prioritas dengan memanfaatkan interoperability antar sistem pada Pusat Gempabumi dan Tsunami BMKG. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan konsep dan prototipe sistem layanan diseminasi peringatan dini tsunami beserta evaluasinya. Perancangan konsep sistem layanan tersebut menggunakan prinsip Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) dan menggunakan metodologi Service System Engineering (SSE).

Abstract

Abstract?Smart solutions are needed by the city government to overcome various city problems. One solution is smart city. To realize smart city, one of the main challenges is the solution to overcome the city's security problems. Currently cities in Indonesia do not yet know the level of security of their cities. The level of city security can be obtained by surveying various cities. But surveys require personnel, time and cost that is not small. In this study the authors propose a method by designing a model to determine the level of security of cities in Indonesia by utilizing big data through the prediction of sentiment analysis of people's perceptions of city security on Twitter. This research was conducted in 25 cities in Indonesia which are divided into 8 big cities, 9 medium cities and 8 small cities. The results of the prediction models designed in this study are generally not much different from the results of the 2019 RKCI (Indonesia Smart Cities Rating) survey in the field of security and disaster. The results of this study found that 4 cities with a maturity level of security are at the Integrative level (score 60 to 79 in GSCM Maturity Level), namely Tangerang, Kediri, Parepare and Probolinggo, while the other 21 cities are at the Scattered level (score 40 to 59). The average score for the big city category is 55.41, while the middle city score is 55.48 and the small city is 53.70. The results of performance measurement of this prediction model are for an accuracy value of 80.10% while a precision value of 81.10% and a recall value of 82.62%.

Abstract

Starting in 2018 Purworejo district will implement governance by following the smart city system. Purworejo Government has been very serious about the planning and implementation plan of smart cities in Purworejo Regency. In the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2016-2021, which still projects e-government based governance, there is the term cyber city to support the implementation of more effective and efficient city governance. The transition process from e-government to smart city needs to be pursued so that the planning contained in the RPJMD can work in synergy with the Garuda Smart City Model (GSCM) adopted by Purworejo district. The transition method used is to link the programs contained in the RPJMD with the service domain, namely smart economy, smart society, and smart environment.

Abstract

The quality of software production is considered important when testing which is involves several IT Staff such as IT development, operation, end-user. One of the issue was having today is a bug processing where it almost all platforms too difficult to avoid from the bugs and even might be full of the risks. In the main of Our focus is on how to measure and attempt to reduce the number were indicated as bugs from low up to critical levels. Furthermore, we were propose with a method already known as a fuzzy logic approach to measure the severity of the presence of bugs during the testing process. there are 20 thousand even more bugs have been reported and be supposed removed with the fuzzy logic approach with various levels. As The end result is that we have found a gradual 20% reduction in various criteria in the testing process as experimentally. Therefore, fuzzy logic is considered as  effective enough to be able to improve existing methods and support to reduce bugs significantly.

Abstract

Ship health checks must be carried out which function to provide a sailing permit. The implementation of ship health checks is carried out in collaboration with the ministry of health and transportation. The implementation of the activity, commonly known as Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) requires time to check and the ship makes a payment check to be able to issue a sailing permit. The problem that arises in the field is that the ship delays PHQC payments and then impacts on the buildup of ships in the port, besides that officers also need longer time to process the issuance of sailing permits. This of course has an impact on other port services such as dwelling time and scheduled departures that can be delayed. In overcoming this problem, an in-depth study is needed to analyze the trend of late payment of ship health checks, what variables influence it and how treatment is done to overcome these problems. Using logistic regression and decision tree with Classification and Regression Tree algorithm , a model is then developed that determines the variables that affect the delay of the ship making PHQC payments.

Abstract

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Tangerang is a local public transportation system developed in the main corridor of the Tangerang City area as well as a feeder for Transjabodetabek and rail transport. BRT Trans Tangerang is one part of the Bus Rapid Transit program which is implemented and launched by Department of Transportation. The BRT Trans Tangerang system began operating at the beginning of December 2016. Some problems faced by Trans Tangerang Bus Rapid Transit such as the number of passengers that need to be increased to reduce congestion in the city of Tangerang and the placement of the right bus stops to attract passengers. Therefore, to overcome this problem, data and information about BRT Trans Tangerang are needed to find patterns of passenger distribution. The process of finding this information can be done by using data mining method. Within this method, there is a clustering technique which is useful to clustering all data in groups which have similar data. The algorithm used to classify the data is called simple k-means algorithm. In this study, all the data will be clustered into five cluster.  The clustering results have almost the same nature between the data in one cluster, namely the total number of passengers per month, so that by performing clustering characteristics, knowledge of the busy schedule of passengers in one day can help related parties to anticipate the density of passengers on certain days.

Abstract

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is one of the main choices of public transportation that supports mobility of Jakarta community. As one of the main choices of public transportation, BRT should provide good service and always improve its performance. Needs for moving or mobility will cause a problem if the moving itself is heading at the same area and at the same time. That will cause some problems which are often faced in urban areas such as traffic and delay. To overcome those problems there needs to be a strategy to build good public transportation planning, besides need to know individual travel patterns to overcome problems and improve BRT service. In case to realize those plans needs to be built origin-destination (O-D) matrix. O-D matrix is a matrix that each cell is an amount of trip from the source(row) to the destination (column). O-D matrix is beneficial for analysis, design and public transportation management. O-D matrix also provides useful information like amount of trip between 2 different locations, that can be utilized as fundamental information for decision making for three levels of strategic management (long term planning), tactic (service adjustment and network development), and operational (scheduling, passenger statistic, and performance indicator). To build O-D matrix is required a predictive model that can be measured to predict passenger destination. The predictive model will be build using classification algorithms such as Decision Tree and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN).
