Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the curriculum planner in improving social skills (social skills), the implementation of curriculum in improving social skills (social skill), the form of curriculum evaluation so far in improving social skills (especially skill) in the skills lessons held in MAN Darussalam Ciamis.This study is a qualitative descriptive analytic study of data collection is done by data collection techniques documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews (In depth interview). To analyze the data, this study uses inductive data analysis with an inductive approach opening the possibility to perform discovery or discovery.The results of this study show that: (1) Planning of curriculum in improving social skill (social skill) in MAN Darussalam Ciamis implemented by way of compilation of vision, mission, and purpose of education, education calendar, curriculum structure. (2) The implementation of curriculum in improving social skills in MAN Darussalam Ciamis covers the implementation of programmed activities consisting of: religious, social, bilingual program. (3) The form of evaluation of curriculum in improving social skill (social skill) in MAN Darussalam Ciamis, is carried out with two stages: writing test and individual practice test. With held the examinations were able to improve the social skills of learners because in addition to getting the material also directly practice with the tools of existing skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine; (1) positive influence and significant correlation between the regulatory supervision of the educational unit on teacher performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) positive influence and significant correlation between school leadership on teacher performance; (3) positive and significant influence between the regulatory supervision of the education unit and school leadership together on teacher performance.Population or census, the permanent teachers in high school Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo totaling 36 people. Primary data was collected by a questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with the correlation formula, linear regression and multiple linear regression.The results showed; (1) a significant difference supervisors supervising teacher education unit on the performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) there is a significant impact of school leadership on teacher performance; (3) there is a significant influence supervision unit superintendent of education and school leadership together on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the completeness of the relationship of learning resources with improved learning outcomes, and the degree of closeness of the relationship between the completeness of the learning resources with improved learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X second semester. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Where a population of 397 students. The sample in this study as many as 38 students were given a test in the form of 20 multiple-choice questions to determine student learning outcomes and questionnaires to determine the relationship of the completeness of the source of student learning. Testing the hypothesis in this study using product moment correlation test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done with the author, obtained = 0.645 greater than rdaf at the level of 5% with N = 38 is 0.320 (statistics table) this means. Namely 0.645> 0.320, which means that there is a relationship completeness of learning resources with the results of the economic study in grade x second semester.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of strategic management in an effort to improve the quality of education in Pondok Pesantren. This research use descriptive, analytic, qualitative method by using field study (field research) in data collection. From the results of research can be concluded: the implementation of strategic management in an effort to improve the quality of education in Pondok Pesantren, has been done well. Efforts to improve the quality of education in boarding schools increased and directed, because the implementation of strategic management made in boarding school can be implemented and the goal is achieved well.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal information about his struggle in improving the quality of education of Sundanese women, more specifically in their skills. The vision carried by Raden Dewi Sartika is ”Mun jadi awéwé kudu miboga keterampilan, kudu sagala bisa, ambéh bisa hirup”,, the meaning is woman have everything possible in order to live. It means that a woman should be smart (cognitive), polite (affective) to her husband and anyone, and have the skills (psychomotor).The success played by Raden Dewi Sartika in managing his institution, certainly not without reason. He applied the management education in accordance with the conditions at that time. A good institution can not be separated from the implementation of good management as well. The study of management applied by Raden Dewi Sartika is the subject of management's perspective.This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive analytic method. The method used is observation and documentation. Data analysis phase is data reduction, as well as conclusion and verification (Conclusion and verification).The management of Raden Dewi Sartika in managing hereducation has followed the management concepts by J. David Hanger, this can be seen directly in the implementation of the environment, planning, management, supervision and evaluation. In this connection the authors are interested to conduct research on the management carried out by Raden Dewi Sartika in managing his education named Sekolah Kautamaan Istri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the headmaster of the SMK Yasmida Ambarawa foster and control the employee for the advancement of teachers and the school, including the pedagogical side and the professionalism of the teacher-led. SMK Yasmida Ambarawa is a private school in sub urban region with the varied of human resource and entry 8 major categories of school-based pilot vocational national level. This is a challenge and a great effort for a headmaster with the reality high enthusiasts to reach thousands students, is a good managerial proof applied by headmaster. This is the one interesting researcher for reviewing more about skills in vocational headmaster of SMK Yasmida Ambarawa.Headmaster of SMK Yasmida Ambarawa have done menagerial through of process; a) preparation of work plan of the school, either half or annual, preparing curriculum simultaneously divide tasks to all teachers and employees along with the letter of assignment and schedule. b) leads the coordination and meeting, providing quick and direct information, conduct periodic guidance for teachers and employees. C) improve the welfare of teachers with loads attention honorarium based tasks, perform evaluations comprehensive and rewards for teachers its achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning activities using props Build Space models for the elementary school, describing the process of design of interactive multimedia on the subjects of Mathematics, knowing the results of the validation of interactive multimedia. The problem in this research is the students' grades in Maths low, conventional learning, and interactive multimedia that support the mathematics is not yet available. Development steps include: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Subject trials, the master of the course content, instructional design experts, media expert learning, small group evaluation, individual evaluation, and field evaluation. Data collection techniques are questionnaires to data from expert reviews and test students. Data were analyzed by using a Research and Development (R & D). The results showed the process of interactive multimedia design. The results of research that application of the model geometry aids in Mathematics Learning can increase physical activity can improve mental activity, can improve students' emotional and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Class management refers to activities that create and maintain optimal conditions for the occurrence of the teaching-learning process that requires the effectiveness of learning, this is because it can affect the learning achievement of students to be achieved by the students themselves. Thus class management has an important role in increasing the learning effectiveness of students that is trying as much as possible so that students have a high learning motivation for all teaching.Classroom management has an important role in increasing the learning effectiveness of students and school facilities which is trying as much as possible so that students have a high learning motivation for all teaching and effort to meet the needs of students well. The method used is a description of the analysis with a qualitative approach. This study aims to determine the Application of Class Management Skills in Learning Islamic Education in MI Masyarikul Anwar 4 Bandar Lampung.It can be concluded that the results of the application of classroom management skills in PAI learning at MI Masyarikul Anwar 4 Bandar Lampung that the skills in managing the class have been implemented well but need to be improved in the regulation of students because there are still some indicators that have not been implemented in accordance with school goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management of boarding boarding the culture of reading al-Qur'an in boarding school nurul huda pringsewu. This research is a quantitative research by taking sample of 24 santri daughter of second grade B madrasah diniyah nurul huda.Data collection method in this research is using observation method, questionnaire and documentation. In this study used two variables, namely management of boarding board as a dependent variable (X) and the culture of reading the Qur'an free variable (Y). Analysis of research instruments include validity and reliability test. The data analysis used is linear analysis.The results of this study indicate that management of boarding school in boarding school nurul huda pringsewu is in a strong category with a value of .716 and the culture of reading the Qur'an is in a strong category with indigo .747. result of linear analysis, management of boarding board to culture of reading al-Qur'an show that value of signification coefficient 0,787 with alpha value 0,05. This means there is a significant influence between management of boarding boarding to the culture of reading al-Qur'an in boarding school nurul huda pringsewu academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

AbstractThe influence of the application of learning eksperiential learning to increased understanding students elementary school students learning the IPA. This research aims to know the influence of the use of the learning eksperiential learning and learning verifikatif in IPA learning in primary school (elementary school) to increased understanding of the students on the material energy in class IV. This research uses quasi experiment. Based on the results of the calculation of N-gain understanding of the results of the experimental class for the students of 0,45 with categories and on the control of 0,28 grade with low categories.
