Abstract

OverBased on RCM analysis for each critical subsystem obtained interval preventive maintenance for transfer roller 127.60 hours, Ink fountain roller 24.45 hours, ink form roller 29.23 hours respectively, and the wash-up device is no scheduled maintenance. Abstract

The development of internet brings great influence in business management, especially in supply chain. Transaction conducted through the internet in supply chain known e-fulfillment, is an integrated process from receiving customer order, managing transaction, warehousing, managing transportation, communicating, with customer using media of information technology. Online sales concept opens up the researchers to conduct research on online sales and offline sales simultaneously, known Dual Channel Supply Chain (DCSC). One category of products that are sold using this structure is fashion product. However, selling fashion product using DCSC structure it still has shortcomings and challenges. Due to customer can not make a selection, viewing and researching product and quality inspaction product dierctly. Based on this, some enterprises provide product warranty sales system offered. Warranty as a guarantee given to customer to provide security and comfort for making purchases. Warranty gives impact on price of product, both online and offline. This leads to the need to do a calculation the optimum price considering money back warranty. Optimum price obtained in the model demand function using quadratic programming adressing the objective function in the form profit maximum in individual channel (Pw, Ps and Po) as well as whole profit in DCSC by considering the value of money back warranty (g). The result obatained is optimum price for two scenarios. There are optimum price in individual channel without money back warranty and optimum price in online channel with accomodate money back warranty.

Abstract

The development of science and technology that has been developed at this time more rapidly, along with the increasing need for information itself. By producing a newspaper every day then the states are forced PT Pikiran Rakyat to further improve the smoothness, the effectiveness and efficiency of the printing. One way to measure the performance of machines in general that by using OEE and to minimize the possibility of losses to be borne by the company is to improve the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM). By using the data in the form of MTTF and MTTR of each subsystem of the printing press. Based on calculations using the method of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, by performing calculations based on three main parameters, namely the value of the Availability of 75%, the value of the Performance of 97%, and the value of Quality by 98%, then the system has OEE values of 71.60% with a study for eight months or 5760 hour. The system has a reliability score of 10:59% at 70 hours based on the analytical approach. Maintainability calculations using modeling reliability block diagram, it was found that the entire unit in the system has a chance to settle down a minimum of 12 hours to be able to function again with a probability of 100% to reach its original state. During the eight-month study, Inherent Availability of the system is 99.52% based on analytical approach and Operational Availability of the system is 73.91%.

Abstract

Insider threats become one of the most dangerous threats in the cyber world as compared to outsider as the insiders have knowledge of assets. In addition, the threats itself considered in-visible and no one can predict what, when and how exactly the threat launched. Based on conducting literature, threat in Automated Manufacturing Execution Systems (AMESs) can be divided into three principle factors. Moreover, there is no standard framework to be referring which exist nowadays to categorize such factors in order to identify insider threats possible features. Therefore, from the conducted literature a standard theoretical categorization of insider threats framework for AMESs has been proposed. Hence, three principle factors, i.e. Human, Systems and Machine have considered as major categorization of insider threats. Consequently, the possible features for each factor identified based on previous researcher recommendations. Therefore, via identifying possible features and categorize it into principle factors or groups, a standard framework could be derived. These frameworks will contribute more benefit specifically in the manufacturing field as a reference to mitigate an insider threat

Abstract

Internet of Things based Air quality measurement systems within smart cities have long been researched to find the most efficient way of collecting data in order for the user to take action from the accumulated data within industries. One of the biggest issues is the balance between flexibility and size for consumer-based measuring devices. This paper talks about a customized design of such a device, measuring nine different parameters that are considered crucial in any environment (CO2, CO, PM 1.0, PM 2.5, PM 10, temperature, humidity, pressure and altitude). This data is then communicated from the microcontroller through the Wi-Fi module attached to be able to access the data at a Graphical User Interface (GUI) made on GReS Studio’s website or also through other third party services such as ThingSpeak. Analysis of a sample of the results obtained is also discussed.

Abstract

Abstract— PT. Len Industries (Persero) is a State Owned Enterprise business field of electronics for industry and infrastructure. PT. Len Industries (Persero) experienced problems related to Accounts Payable in the accounting department as incompatibility and delays in the processing of data and information that flows every day from other parts related to Accounts Payable section and otherwise. This is caused by the information system on PT. Len Industries (Persero) has not integrated with one to another and still done with simple technology and recording manually. Therefore, has been designed of an ERP information system that supports the activities of recorded Accounts Payable(AP) module at PT.Len Industries (Persero). Design of the system is used the method of ASAP (Accelarated SAP). By using this method, the authors conducted an analysis of the business processes that are running on the company and analysis of business processes in SAP ERP application. Then based on the results of the gap/fit analysis, will performed design proposal and design of business processes to SAP applications that have been compared to the needs of the company. The results from this study is an SAP Accounts Payable system that has been design and integrated with the company needs can be easier for companies to conduct cross-section of the existing Accounting.

Abstract

CV Trianom Agrotektur is a company engaged in coffee industry. Due to high demand and expanded business process the company owner is going to build a new plant in Ciwidey. The current plant cannot cover the whole business process of in processing coffee beans. The extensification towards the plant requires some guidance to lead the successful contruction project. However, building plants in rural area is not a simple thing. There should be some investigation towards stakeholders’ needs/interests or requirements. The project should also face an issue pertaining to management, i.e. how to manage stakeholders who still keep their local tradition. This study is aimed at designing project stakeholder management plan based on PMBOK 5 edition. The study shows that there are 21 stakeholders classified in 4 quadrants. Those stakeholders will be managed based on their power and interest level.

Abstract

PT INTI engaged in telecommunication, has long become a supplier of network construction with a large scale that is national. Therefore, PT INTI has a lot of material and spread all over the city in Indonesia. Previously, PT Inti still uses semi-manual way to do their material recording. The material recording is done by using Microsoft Excel which will be sent by electronic mail (email) if needed. But it is vulnerable to errors because the data contained in is not integrated. To overcome this, PT INTI wants to have a web based application called INTI Maintenance to manage financial materials such as material input, material search, material removal, material search, material data printing, to finance such as request addition, change of request status, delivery, and residual balances of each city. INTI Maintenance web-based information system financial module is built with open source software that uses PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Windows as server computer. The final results achieved in the material management information system in this module have advantages in assisting PT INTI employees in managing financial data and validation for material delivery using receipt of delivery material.

Abstract

An aircraft company needs to "secure" their aircraft engine for a good maintenance system to keep the optimum engine's performance during the flight. This paper proposed maintenance analysis and scenario for the CT7, the main engine for aircraft at NTP company. A failure data record from four critical components of the CT7 engine is analyzed using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) methods to obtain the optimum maintenance interval task for the critical subsystem of the CT7 engine and also seeing the risk of maintenance cost of the engine's failure effect.  The RCM analysis result obtained seven scheduled on condition task, six scheduled discard task, and three scheduled restoration task. The interval of the maintenance schedule of each critical component varies according to the function obtained.   And based RBM analysis, the risk from system performance loss is got $ 7.014.841, 90. Meanwhile, the total cost of maintenance interval based on a calculation of optimal time interval got $1.885.612, 82.

Abstract

Forecasting technology is one way that can be used to predict product life cycle. Product life cycle is very important to know, especially by organizations, that are in small medium level, like SME. This research will be conducted in SME Surya Usaha Mandiri, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Forecasting product life cycle that has been done, will direct this research toward the stage of product development. Stages of development of the products are a necessary stage for an organization, especially in SME, to innovate the product. The purpose of this research is to propose the development of products, such as the stages of innovation that can be done in SME Surya Usaha Mandiri, forecasting conducted based on life cycle assessment of products and technology components using technometric model. The results of this research are proposed innovation based forecasting and product life cycle assessment in SME Surya Usaha Mandiri using technometric model.
