Abstract

Forest distric area madiun regency very potential for growing cassava because most forest lands both community forests and forests belonging to the state and the surrounding area dry / marginal at the level of yields is quite high because the forest area around madiun regency become a major supplier of industrial plant cassava that are The district Ponorogo. cassava harvest is sold in fresh form, so it is still open opportunities to increase added value through the development of agro-industry potato cassava. This study aims to identify the potential of cassava and cassava market prospects are very wide open. This study was conducted using a survey method, the research locations in Madison County, district Gemarang. The research location determined by purposive with consideration that location is the center of cassava and tapioca products. Types of data collected include primary data and secondary. The results showed that in Madiun regeny Business development of marginal land utilization program by planting cassava is relatively high and the land available is quite extensive potential relative dryland farmers have been familiar with the cultivation of cassava, thus enabling the production of cassava to be developed.Keywords: land, the people, the region, cassava

Abstract

Rolling element bearing fault on industrial machine can cause a serious problem in that industry because the whole production process willshuting down in a fiew times or days. That condition can cause a big losses on that company. Therefore, in this study the researchers will implement the support vector machine method to build an intelligent system for diagnosing rolling element bearing fault. so the rolling element bearing can be repaired or replaced before total damage occurs. The benefit are the company can minimize the losses caused by rolling element bearing fault.The vibration data from the Rolling element bearing will be extracted by using feature extraction to define a mapping the data from the original representation space into a new space where the classes are more easily separable and then the data will be processed with support vector machine method. After that, we can analyze the result to diagnose the rolling element bearing condition.Keywords : Intelligent System, Rolling Element Bearing Fault, SVM.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country often occurring earthquakes because most of the islands of indonesia situated in regions that have the activity of the earthquake are enough high because indonsia areas located at the confluence of three main plates of the world namely indo-australia plates, eurasian and pacific. To research will be done the study analysis of the structure on the burden of building earthquake use borland delphi 6 with studies the structure of the building floors 4 which are located in the madiun with force concrete (fc) used is 25 MPa and yield strength for steel (fy) that is used is 320 MPa. The purpose of this research is to calculate the value of a shearing force the average the layer of soil, the burden of nominal basic sliding horizontally because of earthquake that work on the structure building, the distribution of the burden of high earthquake building along, time a trill fundamental natural structure, and performance service limits the structure of the building with used the results of the program design using language programming delphi 6. To analysis of the structure on the burden of earthquake used SNI 1726 2002. The results of design application program using borland delphi 6 shows that the results of the value of obtained have a value by a similar. Abstract

The purpose of this study is the potential Wood and plant biomass potential Jati Unggul Nusantara (JUN). and carbon content (C) stored in various organs of plants, and the potential of plantations to absorb CO2. The study was conducted on private forest in the village Dungus JUN plants. District. Kec. Dagangan . Kab. Madiun, through activities in the forest inventore age of five measurements of wet weight of leaves and twigs, stems, branches and leaves made with the technique of "destructive sampling". Carbon content measurements performed by the indirect method. Potential CO2 uptake was estimated by mass weight conversion. Estimates of potential standing stock ranged Estimated potential for community forest Teak Dungus in the village district. Kec. Dagangan Kab Madiun at age 5 year. The total volume of 53.173 m3 The content of plant biomass ranged JUN of 196.74 kg, reaching 52.90 % of the average weight of the wet conditions. Total biomass potential stand JUN is 121.1 tons. Or when in the state in unit area/Ha, the average biomass of 27.30 ton/Ha. Potential carbon content in biomass conversion method ranged average of 13.65 ton of CO2/Ha. total potential carbon content stand JUN is 46.61 tons of Carbon. When converted into units of v/ha are ranged from 12.45 to 13.65 tons of CO2/Ha. The composition of the carbon content of each component tree is also different, which is the highest in the stem component, followed by branches, roots, and leaves. The amount of CO2 sequestration potential in the conversion of the plant when the plant amount equivalent to 367.17 tons of CO2 overall JUN. Abstract

Madiun Lor 3 Elementary school building located at Yos Sudarso street in Madiun city. Early this building constructed one floor. Then to fulfil need of classroom planned this building 2 floor. In the process of construction there is doubt in strength of structure. This research focused to evaluation of slab, beam and column based on SNI 2847 2002. Hammer test was be done to slab, beam and column. Field observation result show quality of concrete fc’16 MPa. Steel quality assumed fy 240 MPa. Analysis result indicated that slab structure was strong enough, beam and column structure were strong enough either.Keyword : hammer test, slab, beam, column

Abstract

Organic rice cultivation rely only source of nutrients of organic fertilizers and other natural inputs. One way to meet the needs of nitrogen in organic rice cultivation is to utilize the organic fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the type of organic fertilizers on N-available content in the soil, the characterization of the pattern of mineralization of N-available from types of organic fertilizer, and determine the three types of organic fertilizer which has a pattern of fast nitrogen mineralization, medium and slow. This research was conducted through experimental methods in greenhouse Faculty of Agriculture of Gadjah Mada University from November 2012 until May 2013. Experiments using randomized completely design (RCD), consisting of 1 factor and 3 replications. These factors is incubation organic fertilizer in soil organic lowland, consisting of 10 types: Callyandra callothyrsus, Leucaena leucocephala, Sesbania grandiflora, Albizia falcata, Cassia siamea, Gliricidia sepium, Samania saman, Herocarpus indica, manure, and control (without organic fertilizer). The results showed that the use of organic fertilizers can improve the content of N-available in the soil as compared to manure and without organic fertilizer. In general, the pattern of nitrogen mineralization of organic fertilizers on soil organic lowland started 3 weeks after incubation and increased up to 9 weeks after incubation, and then decreased 12 weeks after incubation period. Sesbania grandiflora, Gliricidia sepium and Leucaena leucocephala, respectively, have the character pattern nitrogen mineralization fast, medium and slow.Keywords: organic fertilizers, N mineralization, soil organic lowland

Abstract

Time-Driven Activity Based Costing (ABC) is a method that models the relationship between product and resources used, where the time-driver (duration) of an activity which becomes measuring rod. The purpose of this research make modeling methods Time-Driven ABC in JIT system, and then estimate the costs incurred in activities on production floor in JIT system. The research was done on production floor assembly department (assembly). Processing and analysis of data is done by identifying JIT system and calculate the estimate cost of production through a mathematical model that is commonly used in the implementation of ABC method, then modified according to conditions in rigorous object that is representation of JIT system. The result showed the estimated cost of production in shop- floor assembly process more measurable with Time-Driven ABC approach. It can be seen on Conventional ABC production processes Rp 1.900,00, while Time-Driven ABC Rp 1.663,00. Time-Driven ABC provide information about the amount of capacity utilization as indicated by used-capacity Rp 565.187,04 and unused-capacity Rp 80.182,96. Abstract

Students Elemantery Education Universitas Terbuka (UT) in Madiun includes students PGSD and PGPAUD. For S-1 PGSD is input D-2 PGSD and high school backgrounds of various inputs such as from high school science, high school social studies, vocational school with a variety of majors. Clumps mathematics courses listed in the curriculum of UT are in the 2nd half, 3.4 and 8. Mathematics with code PDGK 4108 consists of 12 modules contains more high school math material. Being material to SD's more widely discussed in the module Mathematics Education I, II modules Mathematics Education and Learning Mathematics in Elementary School. Research on "Efforts to improve the understanding of the subject matter of mathematics by applying pillars CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) Students S-1 PGSD Madiun" against the background of the fact on the ground that the learning process in the tutorial that lasts for 8 sessions @ 120 minutes. The students complained that the understanding of the mathematical material that consists of 12 modules covering subject matter of logic, reasoning and mathematical systems, linear equations and inequalities, quadratic equations and inequalities, sets, relations and functions, opportunities, social arithmetic, introduction to statistics 1, introductory statistics II, problem solving, transformation, congruence and similarity is very difficult understanding and presentation boring. Similarly, the results are not satisfactory. My observations as the Responsible Territory Madiun to tutor in delivering course material math module discusses a matter still is one-way. Tutor more material in a lecture delivered rarely interspersed with questions, the interaction between the tutor and the student so that the student is less passive. This research is to answer the question of how the effect of the application of the pillars of CTL in an effort to increase understanding of mathematical material. This research is a Class Action Research with steps that constitute a cycle or a cycle consisting of a plan of action, implement the action, observing, and reflecting. From the analysis of the data showed that a class action research by applying the pillars CTL is successful . .Keywords : improvement, understanding of mathematics, CTL and learning.
