Abstract

Development of fungal productivity is largely determined by the quality seeds. The problems faced by the poor quality of the field seeds obtained from breeder seed farmers. The research objective produce quality seedlings with a substrate mixture of coconut water and water leri. Research conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture Unmer Madison research methodology using Random Design Factorial one factor comprises 11 treatment was repeated three times with the sample number 5. Treatment consists of L 0 (without coconut milk), L 1 (Without water leri), L 2 (water oil concentration of 10 ml: 90 ml of water leri), L 3 (coconut water concentration of 20 ml: 80 ml of water leri), L 4 (coconut water concentration of 30 ml: 70 ml of water leri) L 5 (coconut water concentration of 40 ml: 60 ml of water leri), L 6 (coconut water concentration of 50 ml: 50 ml of water leri), L 7 (coconut waterconcentration of 60 ml: 40 ml of water leri), L 8 (coconut water concentration of 70 ml: 30 ml of water leri), L 9 (concentration of coconut water 80 ml: 20 ml water waste leri), L 10 (concentration of coconut water 90 ml: 10 ml of water leri). The observation parameter consists of mycelial growth rate, the amount of mycelia, mycelia long and wide spread of mycelia. The data collected was analyzed variance to test Duncant 5% and diagram proliferation . Statistical analysis showed a concentration of coconut water treatment applications 60 ml: 40 ml of water leri (L 7) gave the highest average value on the amount of mycelia parameters and wide spread of mycelia parameter, followed by treatment of the concentration of coconut water applications 50 ml:50 ml of water leri (L 6) gave the highest average value on the mycelial growth rate and mycelia long.Keywords: white oyster mushroom mycelia, substrates coconut water and water leri.

Abstract

Forests as a producer of environmental services have the potential to reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere through photosynthesis. Carbon dioxide exceeded the threshold in the atmosphere can cause the greenhouse effect resulting in global warming is increasing. The research was conducted to find estimation, biomass and carbon forest plants Teak on community forest is in absorbs carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) Developed extensively in Madiun district, and precisely in the village Kare of the sub-District Kare. This research was conducted using sample plots rectangular with an area of 1 ha. Determining the location of the plot is determined by stratified random sampling in areas that have been determined in advance. Results obtained: Estimation of potential stand up for the People's Teak volume on the identity of the community forest village Kare land area of 3154.7 m3. content of Biomass Teak Community forest Village Kare average of 266.80 kg per tree or 50% of average The average weight of the wet conditions. Size Teak Forests People 38.39 Ha as much as 631 stems, the total biomass potential stand Teak is 6462.67 tons. Or when the state average per hectare biomass of 168.35 tons/hectare.Potensi carbon content in biomass conversion method average of 131.31 kg/ tree carbon. With the realization of the plant 24.222 trees or an area of 38.39 hectares, the total potential carbon content is 3,180.71 tons of Carbon. When converted into units of volume per hectare ranges between 84 175 tons of carbon per hectare. The composition of the carbon content of each component of the tree is also different, which is the highest in the stem component, followed by branches, roots, and leaves. The amount of CO 2 sequestration potential Teak Community Forest influenced by the leaf's ability to absorb CO 2 in the photosynthesis process, when converted to the number of plants was 24.222. The tree is about 11 656 tons of CO 2 . Biomass and Carbon content relationship with (DBH) is a model of power with WT = 0.04562.25 for biomass and DBH, CT = 0.0472 DBH 2,233 for carbon. Abstract

Coco fiber is a fiber that comes from nature at this time huge numbers and not dimanfatkan optimally. Fiber-style mini has a value ekonommis that tinngi when it can be processed into composite materials that can be utilized in automotive technology as well as for the other. To get a good composite material necessary technology is also good workmanship. Coco fiber is cleaned of flesh then made composites with polyester matrix BQTN. Methods of workmanship by means of hand lay up. Where the coconut coir fiber is set at a certain percentage of the variation of random fiber direction. Then they were then exposed to final touch according to standardized sizes for ASTM testing. Tensile testing according to ASTM D 638.The results showed that the volume fraction of 40% had the most excellent tensile strength that is equal to 14.8 MPA, the modulus of elasticity of 3.76 GPA. From these results can be concluded that the composite material can be used in the automotive industry as well as for domestic industry.Keywords: natural composites, coco fiber, polyester BQTN, tensile strength

Abstract

The salak road often flooded a while during the rainy season. Drainage on the salak road in the rainy season was less than optimal in accommodating some run off sparking inundation points on the road. The rainfall data used in the planning was daily maximum rainfall data for 10 years observation (2004-2013) obtained from PSAWS Madiun. A calculation and recapitulation analysis frequency of rainfall with a method of distribution logs pearson type III. A drainage debits were calculated was discharge which was stored by the duct secondary I and II to put this in terms of water runoff from all regions actuall. The size of the discharge that may be accommodated by the drainage (Q drainage) was 0,782 m 3 /s the amount of discharge flood maximum was 1,0702 m 3 /s. So that capacity secondary drainage inadequate to accommodate discharge maximum because Qdrainage < Qmaksimum. Key Words: The salak road, the rainy season, flood, drainage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the potential biological agents as a commodity in the era of global agribusiness. The approach method is done with the study of literature, include: collecting data and information on the biological agent as a commodity agribusiness in the global era, the data obtained from scientific journals, seminar proceedings national, international, theses, and dissertations. Analysis of the data processed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that biological agents have an important role in environmentally friendly OPT; Development can be done in a simple laboratory at the farm level so as to enable the development of agro-industries and businesses of biological agents in the group of farmers. Abstract

Ngawi manage wealth of the region with the development of Tourism nature, combining forest areas and reservoirs as a alternative to reduce poverty and reduce the number of pre prosperous. A mix of functions between the main function as a provider of irrigation water and function as a tourist destination . The potential of nature tourism businesses are made public and assisted with the PU department (irrigation) is a form of cooperation to increase the role and participation of the community. Currently the potential of doing business in the business community in Ecotourism Development in the reservoir area cottage heavily dependent on the involvement of stakeholders. Based on the required formation Ecotourism Management Board Reservoir cottage to accommodate the interests of stakeholders. Abstract

The low student learning outcomes is a major problem facing researchers in mathematics learning process in the classroom on the subject of the rectangular flat wake. This study aims to prove whether the learning of mathematics, along with giving the task to make waking up a flat rectangle with practice questions, the subject of a rectangular flat wake can increase student interest and learning mathematics can improve student learning outcomes.Implementation of the actions performed in MTs Madiun, held on 18 February to 4 March 2013. The research design used is a Class Action Research (PTK) and the criteria used in this study includes qualitative research, because it uses the data source directly. The results showed that the interest of students to learn mathematics by giving the task of making a flat rectangular figure model has given good results with an average score of 37.11 (excellent), while the student learning outcomes showed an increase in the average value 80.83 with mastery learning 88.89% .Harapan researcher, hopefully by this research will be new innovations in the learning of mathematics better .And hopefully with the experience of this study can be useful for colleagues who were involved in education, especially in teaching mathematics.  Keywords: Interest, Giving Task, Wake Triangle Flat Four, Learning Outcomes
