Abstract

In the construction of a building, one of which is a mosque, it does require efficiency on the budget plan, so that development can be completed to the maximum with optimal time and little cost. The purpose of this study is to find out the ratio of labor wage coefficients between the Budget Plan (RAB), BOW and Implementation; Knowing the comparison and the difference in the number of unit prices of labor wages; Find out the cause of the difference in price. Data processing is done by literature method, documentation, conducting field observations and conducting interviews. The results of the work include formwork column K1 (thread D19) foreman coefficient ratio in RAB Offer with Implementation that is equal to 1.21, while BOW with Implementation is 0.37. Then for the wages of reinforced concrete deck work Lt. 2 12cm thick K-250 with an area of ??41.05 m3 the difference between the RAB of the Offer and the Implementation of Rp. 36,263,855.91 (64.4%), while the difference between BOW and Implementation is Rp. 138,619,043.82 (87.4%). The magnitude of the ratio of ratios and differences in the budget for wage costs is influenced by many factors: labor wage prices, quantity or amount of labor used in the project, skill level and age of the workforce, and high interest in workforce employment.

Abstract

Number of work accident in the world is still high .In indonesia total of accident case caused by work years 2011- 2014 the highest in 2013 namely 35.917. The purpose of this research to know the influence of safety and health work of the performance of workers the “One Galaxy Surabaya” project. This research including research quantitative , by using kuisioner a gatherer data , sample used is 100 employees “One The Galaxy Surabaya” project, analysis data using test simple linear regression. Based on 6 spss test, obtained the results of the of the respondents, valid responses it is reliable, scattered normal, data does not happen multikolinierity, does not happen heteroskedastys and there is the influence of between health and occupational safety and. employee performance. There is the influence of health and safety work (X) against employee performance (Y) it is proven with the value of the importance of 0,004 smaller than the probability of 0,05 and known the value of r square 0,662. as much as This value containing the sense that the influence of health and safety work (X) on performance employees (Y) reached 66,2 % while 33,8 % the performance of employees affected by other variables that are not researched health and safety work (K3) have been implemented in an optimal so as to improve the performance of a construction worker“One Galaxy Surabaya” project

Abstract

This paper discuss the concrete hydration thermal control with the economical and eco-friendly Method Statement, based on the basic perfomance of concrete bio-admixture, Bioconc, which is produce mico-filler, reduce the binder content up to 40%.  The concrete hydration thermal sources is from the cement as binder, since Bioconc may reduce up to 40% binder content, the concrete hydration thermal can be controlled and worked as Low Heat Concrete.  The paper limited discuss about the application of the Bioconc, for laboratory scale trial mix, Low Heat Concrete mock up modelling test and comparison with another 2 (two) Low Heat Concrete above mentioned  [1] , [4]  and does not discuss the Bioconc ingredient. The research started by laboratory scale trial mix Fc'25 Low Heat Concrete Bioconc based concrete Job Mix, from cement content reduction 20%, 25%, 30% and 40%. The attached result shows optimum jobmix is Fc'25 Low Heat Concrete Bioconc based concrete Job Mix on 40% cement as binder content reduction, was choosen as Low Heat Concrete Mix Mock Up. Later on, further research make  mock up for sampling mass concrete dimension 1000x1000x2500 mm3 was executed. The attached Graph Thermal Monitoring Low Heat Concrete shows that the peak temperature occured 63,5 ?C in 29,5 hours after pouring  and maximum thermal differential between LHC layers is  19,5 ?C. Another two Low Heat Concrete Method Statement, i.e.: Pre-cooling and Low Heat Concrete with Fly Ash 40%, Mock Up Graph Thermal Monitoring also attached for comparison study. The observation and analysis proof that, “Low Heat Concrete Hydration Thermal Reduction with Bioconc”  is work simplifier and economically, for mass pouring.  The most essential thing is that, the basic concept of Bioconc’s Low Heat Concrete on reducing the mass concrete cement-binder content means reducing CO2  emision in every concrete production, without any hazard impact to the environment. Its mean Bioconc based Low Heat Concrete contribute to develop the green technology and eco-friendly technology on the concrete industry as sustainable green technology.

Abstract

An important pillar in the development of Islamic microfinance institutions is Total Quality Management and Sharia Governance. This pillar is the main differentiator between conventional Islamic finance institutions. Institutional efforts to provide satisfaction to customers. The concept of quality (quality) for service and non-service basically includes various things that are focused on the customer. Shari'ah supervision is needed to ensure the implementation of Shari'ah principles in the financial institution, which is played by the Shari'ah Supervisory Board. Implicitly this shows that the practice of shari'ah microfinance institutions has not been concerned with shari'ah principles and the quality of good governance, one of the causes of reputation and public trust in Islamic microfinance institutions will also have an impact on community loyalty use the services of a Shari'ah microfinance institution. Improved reputation and customer trust can be used as an indicator of the success of the development of Islamic microfinance institutions and at the same time predicting their future success in order to increase market share.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to employee performance. This research is conducted in Pamekasan Regency Government. The samples of this research are 116 respondents. The sample technique which used in this research is proportional stratified random sampling. This study employs questionnaire by a large number of answers based on a 5-point likert scale to collect the needed data and information.  The result of this research reveals that the work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) influence to employee performance significantly. Nevertheless, organizational culture has not significant effect on employee performance at Pamekasan Regency Government.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) analyze the differences in learning outcomes between students who study using Delphi-based learning media and students who learn by using Power Pont learning media in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects at Surabaya KAL-1 Vocational School; (2) analyze the differences in learning outcomes in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects between students who have a high level of learning independence and students who have a low level of learning independence at Surabaya KAL-1 Vocational School; (3) analyzing the interaction between the use of instructional media (delph and PPT) and the level of learning independence on learning outcomes in the Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects at the Surabaya KAL-1 Vocational School. This type of research is quasi-experimental using factorial 2x2 design, and the data were analyzed using Anacova two lines with the help of SPSS. The study found: (1) Learning outcomes for students using Delphi-based learning media (cognitive domain mean = 79) were significantly higher than learning outcomes for students who used Point Power learning media (cognitive domain = 73) in Basic Electricity subjects and Electronics at KAL 1 SMK Surabaya; (2) Learning outcomes for students who have TKBT (cognitive domain average = 78.17) are significantly higher than learning outcomes for students who have TKBR (cognitive domain average = 74.35) in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects at KAL Vocational School. 1 Surabaya; (3) there is a significant interaction between the use of learning media (Delphi and PPT) and the level of learning independence on cognitive learning outcomes in the Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects at the Surabaya KAL-1 Vocational School. Research suggests: (1) Selection of learning media should be done appropriately especially if the school already has adequate infrastructure; (2) teachers in learning must be able to pay attention to the characteristics of students (learning independence) so that students are able to master the material better; and (3) learning media as a source of learning must be able to be maximally utilized by students in its use.
