Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of packaging design, promotion and brand image on consumer buying interest in NganjukGlek-Glek Tea. The population used in this study were consumers of Glek-Glek Tea Nganjuk with 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the packaging design, promotion and brand image variables have a significant effect on consumer buying interest, this is evidenced by the significance value of 0,000 or less than 0.05 and F 127,634> ft. 1.98. The results of the analysis partially indicate that the variable promotion of significance value 0.002 <0.05, which means that it has a significant effect on buying interest and brand image significance value 0,000 <0.50 which means that it significantly influences buying interest, while packaging design variables partially significance value 0.542.> 0.50 which means does not significantly influence buying interest.

To analyze whether direct compensation and indirect compensation have a significant effect on employee performance through work standard variables as an intervening variable at Warung Ayam Goreng Nelongso Klampis, Surabaya. 3. To analyze whether work standards have a significant effect on employee performance at Warung Ayam Goreng Nelongso Klampis, Surabaya. This research is using quantitative research methods in the form of associative. The population and samples in this study were 32 employees of Warung Ayam Goreng Nelongso Klampis, Surabaya. The sample technique in this study used a sampling census. The analysis technique chosen is The Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was a direct effect between Direct Compensation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y2) but was not significant with a p-value of 0.000 and a t value of 0.261, there is a direct influence between Direct Compensation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y2) through Work Standards (Y1) but less significant with a p-value of 0.000 and a t value of 0.218, there is a direct effect between Indirect Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y2) through Work Standards (Y1) has a significant effect with a p-value of 0,000 and a t value of 0.000, there is a direct influence between Indirect Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y2) which is significantly influential with a p-value of 0,000 and a t value of 0.000, there is a direct effect between Work Standards (Y1) on Employee Performance (Y2) a significant effect with a p-value of 0,000 and a t value of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that the variable Indirect Compensation has the strongest influence on Employee Performance compared to other variables.

Abstract

Soft soil in construction work is a problem. This is due to the low carrying capacity of the land. Low carrying capacity can cause losses, ranging from losses in terms of construction costs that are increasingly expensive, to the threat of construction safety, ie structures that are made unable to stand stably. The stability of the soft soil found in the location of the railway double track planning can be improved by the method of bamboo slab mattress because the carrying capacity of the soil increases due to pressure from the bamboo slabs that enter the soil. In this study bamboo slabs were used in order to strengthen the stability of embankments on the double track railroad where the embankment did not experience the collapse of the load of the pile itself or due to the burden of the passing train. The earthquake load can affect the stability of the slope of the double track railroad, this is evidenced from the analysis using the plaids program so that the internal force can be known. In the writing of this study, we will draw a picture of soft soil reinforcement modeling with bamboo slabs, which analyzes the calculations with additional earthquake loads. This can be a reference in the implementation of the construction of railroad lines in Indonesia, which are located in vulnerable locations with wetland conditions or rice fields
