Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on the company's stock price fluctuations. The fundamental factor are Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS). While macroeconomic factors are the currency exchange rate, inflation and interest rates.The research was conducted at the companies whose shares are included in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). Sampling Technique used is purposive sampling. Sampling criteria are companies whose shares are included in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in period December 23, 2014 until May 2015The data used in this research is secondary data, taken from www.idx.co.id anad www.bi.go.id. Multiple Regression Analysis is used to test the data which result is Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b6X6 b5X5 + e, where Y: changes in stock prices, X1: Earning Per Share (EPS), X2: Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), X3: Return On Equity (ROE), X41: the currency exchange rate, X5: inflation, X6: interest rates, a : Constants and b1, b2, b3, B41, b5, b6: Regression coefficient. Hypothesis testing via the T test and F test showed no relationship between the variables X and YThe results showed that earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, inflation, exchange rates and interest rates have significant influence on changes in stock prices simultaneously. Based on partial t test result show that the earnings per share and a debit to equity ratio has significant influence, while the return on equity, inflation, exchange rates and interest rates do not influence the stock price changes. Key words: Fundamental factor, macro economic factor, bank stock price fluctuation

Abstract

Leadership, Competence influence on Career Development and Its Implications on Performance Apparatus Palembang, coordinator of the research institute under the University of inclusive do Global Mandiri Palembang (Economic Studies Graduate Program Management) This study aims to assess the Influence of Leadership, Competence influence on Career Development and Its Implications on Performance Apparatus in Palembang. The study was conducted during the four months of the Apparatus in Palembang City Government Secretariat, with a population of 100 Apparatus to test the questionnaire conducted. Research data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Model analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the composition of the sub-structure: Leadership and Competence as exogenous and Career Development and Performance as endogenous variables. Results showed (1) in the sub-structure of the first bahwaKompetensi and Leadership jointly positive and significant impact on Career Development, but only partially leadership has positive effects dansignifikan (2) on the main structure that leadership, competence and Career Development jointly-Same or partially positive and significant impact on performance in Palembang.From the analysis of the influence of the direct or indirect can be concluded that in order to improve performance in Palembang variable competence  has a direct effect is more dominant than the through variable performance (0,12), otherwise variable leadership (0,07).Disarankan To the Mayor of Palembang in Palembang, that in order to improve the performance both need attention focused on efforts to improve the system of Career Development Apparatus and competence necessary to increase the attention focused on efforts to increase the role of leadership, especially in applying participatory management in planning and decision-making.Keywords : Leadership,Competence,Career Developmen, and Performance, Apparatus

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Budget and Expenditure realization at the Kalidoni District Office in Palembang. Variable of this study was realization of Budget and Expenditure during 2012-2014. The subjects are the  Budget and Expenditure at the Kalidoni District Office in Palembang. The method of this study was descriptive methods and data collection techniques were documentation and  interviews.The data source of this study were the employees at Kalidoni District Office. The results of  this study indicate that the realization of Budget and Expenditure District of Kalidoni Palembang, the ratio of income and unstable realization were 96% in 2012, 58% in 2013 and 85% in 2014. For the ratio of budget and realization in 2012 of 85%, in 2013 by 88% an d in 2013 is 92%. The ratio of expenditure and realization were 89% in 2012, 68% in 2013 and 472% in 2014. The independence ratio were 110% in 2012, 203% in 2013 and 714% in 2014. Effectiveness ratio were 91% in 2012, 66% in 2013 and 9,8% in 2014. Efficiency ratio were 70% in 2012, 72% in 2013, and 87% in 2014. In general, the realization of  the budget and expenditure in Kalidoni district is good enough, the level of independence is good, but the level of effective and efficient in the District Kalidoni is still not included in the criteria. Keywords: Realization, Budget and Expenditure

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to the effect of the effect of self-actualization and appreciation of the work performance. This research was conducted at the Badan Pelaksana Penyuluh Pertanian dan Petrikanan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Software used in the study is Eviews 6.0 with the 157 respondents. Abstract

The goal of this research was to know the effect of service on customers satisfaction in BCA Bank Lubuklinggau. The Population of this research was an of the customers which used Electronic Data Capture (EDC) in BCA Bank Lubuklinggau it was 65 persen in 2014, which each month the customer less that 5-6 persen. In this research all of the population used as sample (saturated sample) 65 persen  used  Electronis Data Capture (EDC) Transaction on BCA Bank Lubuklinggau branch. The accidental sampling is used in taking the sample in this research. It was a technioue taking the data in accidental way to make this research easy. In this reseach the technique of data analysis ware vallidity and reability. The asumtion test, reabilitas test and normalitas test regretion clasis aquatio liniear coefisien corelation test and partial test. The result of regretion aquation Y=12,062 + 0,759X . The result of coefisien corelation calculation know the B value was 0,718. It meant that the corelation between service and customer satisfaction in BCA Bank Lubuklinggau was strong. While R2  or determination coefisien was 0,516 or 51,6 % it meant the magmitudt effect of service to the customer satisfaction was 51,6%. While the rest west 48,4 % be effecfeel by the other variables, whish was not include in the  research sush as product, servise, rate of  bank, etc. From the calculation can get the result 8,198 more bigger ttabel  = 1,960. Result t test show Ho rejected and Ha  accepted, its mean variable servicesignificant effect to  satisfaction on pt bank bca branch office lubuklinggau. Key words :Servise and customers satisfaction

Abstract

This research is purposed to know the influence of  inflation, rate of exchange and interest rate by simultan and parsial to change price share. This research population  at company which listed company of LQ45 in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2009-2015.The collecting data’s techinuqe is used in this research by searching internet data in order to obtain secondary data and library research in order to obtain the fundamental theory which has support this research.  This research use model analyse doubled linear regresi with inflation, rate of exchange and interest rate as independent variable and change price share as dependen variable Result of research indicate that concurrently, share price change influenced by inflation, rate of exchange and interest rate. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio and debt ratio to profitability in the Telecommunications Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Further research using this term to the current ratio variable current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio / DER for variable rate debt and variable profitability using proxy return on equity / ROE. There were three (3) the company's largest telecom operator in Indonesia in terms of total assets and total revenues and the observation period 2011-2015. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of each of the companies that were sampled and then the data were analyzed using statistical tools linear regression. The study found that simultaneous current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio / DER significant influence (real) against the return on equity in the Telecommunications Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, but partially the current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio / DER no effect significant (real) against the return on equity in the Telecommunications Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This research purposes to know factors intrinsic and extrinsic the impact intention accounting information system. The   research used data that obtained from individual perception of accounting information system user in manufacture company the have losted at Bursa Efek Indonesia in Jakarta and branch officer in Palembang. Data to sent by email and Post officer Indonesia. Night hundred  twelve questionnaires have sent to company, seventy questionnaires were return. The data analyzed by using multiple regression by SPSS 11.5 software. Research result show that gender and facilitating conditions user are significant positive influence to intention accounting information system usage, while experiment, voluntariness user, education and training no influence intention accounting information system usage.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and work motivation of lecturers are the two factors that influence the lecturers performance. This study aimed to analyze: (a) the effect of job satisfaction on the lecturer performance, (b) the effect of work motivation on the  lecturer performance, (c) the simultaneous effect between job satisfaction and motivation on the lecturers performance. This research is a descriptive study that describing job satisfaction, motivation, and performance of the UIGM Palembanglecturers. The approach used in this study is quantitative. The population are all of lecturers at UIGM Palembang which have characteristics: (1) Permanent lecturer, (2) Stay  in Palembang, and (3) Implement Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The sampling technique in this research is done by proportional random sampling. The entire population consist of 132 permanent lecturers spread across five faculties and one master program. The samples were taken some 40% of 132 is 52.8 rounded to 53.There are two independent variables and one dependent variable.  The independent variables that affect, include work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2). The dependent variable is the variable that is affected, in this case the lecturer performance (Y). Type of instrument used to collect data from the field was in the form of a questionnaire with closed questions and readily available alternative answer used Likert Scale.  For testing the validity of data was implemented the validity and reliability test.  Prerequisite test analysis using multicolinierity, heteroscedasticity, normality and linearity test.  Data analyst was using analysts descriptions, simple regression and multiple regression test.  The calculations were using SPSS 20 windows 2007.Testing the hypothesis I resulted generate the regression equation Y = 0.901 + 0.431 X1.  The regression coefficient for the variable job satisfaction was 0.431, t-test value 2.059 and p-value of 0.045. This means with 95% confidence, it can be stated that if the motivation to work held constant, job satisfaction effect on the lecturers performance significantly and positively.  This shows that higher perception of lecturers satisfaction, the performance lecturers will be higher. Vice versa, the lower of the lecturer satisfaction, lecturer performance will be lower too.Testing the hypothesis II resulted in the regression equation Y = 0.901 + 0.454 X2.  The regression coefficient for the work motivation variable was  0.454, t-test value 2.719 and p-value 0.009.  This means with 95% confidence, it can be stated that if the job satisfaction is considered fixed, the work motivation effect on the lecturers performance positively and significantly. This shows that the higher the perception of lecturer about work motivation, the higher of the lecturers performance.  Conversely, the lower of the lecturer motivation, then the lower of performance lecturer.Based on the multiple regression analysis of the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on lecturer performance resulted in the regression equation Y = 0.901 + 0.431 X1 + 0.454 X2 means the hypothesis that simultaneous job satisfaction and work motivation influence on the lecturers performance.  The R2 = 0.236 means that the contribution of job satisfaction and motivation on the UIGM lecturer performance at 23.6%, while the remaining 66.4% influenced by other variables outside. Thus the higher motivation and lecturer job satisfaction, the lecturers performance will be higher as well, and vice versa.Improved lecturers performance  can be optimized when there are salary increases, support funding in research and dedication to the community, keeping in touch, comfort, creation of healthy competition, fairly performance appraisal, giving opportunity to participate in scientific activities with financing from UIGM, and encourage lecturers to continue their education to a higher level.  In addition, the lecturer needs to continue to be motivated to carry out research, and community service as their each field at a cost of foundations or grants from the Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. Keywords : Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Lecturer Performance, Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the components of integrated management services simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction savings in PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Palembang branch of the Mesjid Lama and to know the components of an integrated service management is a dominant influence on customer satisfaction savings. The study was conducted on customers of Bank Danamon branches of the Mesjid Lama  special BDI Palembang active customers savings of up Desember 2015 as many as 93 customers using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used were Linear Multiple Regression analysis. Test result show that components of integrated management services  at the  same cost savings affect customer satisfaction. Components of intergrated management service consisting of processes, productivity and quaility, promotion and education,  physical evidence as well as pricing and other service costs a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction while saving variable products, places and other times, people do not have a significant partial savings in customer satisfaction.
