Abstract

Price, product quality and brands purchase decision against kw cartier bags among students of Economics Faculty and Business University Muhammadiyah Palembang. The goal is to know whether there is influence of price, product quality and brand against purchasing decision kw cartier bags among students of Economics Faculty and Business University Muhammadiyah Palembang. The population in this study are female students of Economics Faculty and Business who use kw cartier bag whose number is unknown. samples taken 100 female students 2013/2014 using kw cartier bag with purvosive sampling technique. based on result of multiple linear regresi yield function Y = 3,960 + 0,367X1 + 0,210X2, it means that price and quality of product influence to purchase decision. test F with significant (0,000) and α (0.05) F count <Ftable then there is influence price, quality product and brand against purchase decision kw cartier bag. Test t with t arithmetic price of 3.814 and t table 1.985 tcount> ttable means there is influence of price against decision purchase kw cartier bag. t arithmetic product quality of 2.214 and t table 1.985 tcount> ttable means there is Influence of  quality product against decision purchase kw cartier bag. t arithmetic brand of 0.778 and t table 1,985 t count <ttabel, meaning there is no influence on brand decision purchase kw cartier bag. determination test with a value of 24.5%, meaning that the purchase decision variable can be explained by the variable price and quality product of the remaining 24.5% is explained by other variables that are not examined.Keywords : Purchase decision, price, quality product and brand

Abstract

This thesis discusses about the influence of professional perception and ethical awareness to the commitment of the public accountant profession study conducted at the public accounting firm that exist in the city of palembang.. The population in this study are the auditors who work in the Public Accounting Firm in Palembang City Of the total population of 40 auditors, the researchers took a sample of 40 respondents based on the total number of KAP (10) with 3 to 5 questionnaires for each KAP . Sampling method in this research is determined by the method of selecting probability samples, which is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire (kuisoner). Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis, F test, coefficient of determination test, T test, and Test of classical assumption. Hypothesis testing is used to determine the important influence between professional perception and ethical awareness of professional commitment. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there is a positive and significant influence between professional perceptions and ethical awareness of the commitment of the public accounting profession.Keywords: Profession Perception, Ethical Awareness, Profession Commitmen

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of internal control system on payroll and wages to employees of PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi Musi Rawas where the method used is qualitative. The object of research is Payroll and Wages. The result of the research is the salary system and employee salary that there is a duty between the making of payroll and payment of employee salary so often the occurrence of errors in the calculation and there is still a list of wages that are not authorized by the personnel function that can lead to fraud in the calculation of wages of employees at PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi Musi Rawas, this became an employee complaint in the payment of salary, due to errors in the calculation of employee salaries, it shows the lack of internal control in the payroll system and wages employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of human resources on warehouse performance at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Palembang. The problem that arises is in the management of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Palembang's warehouses still do not get the maximum result because it still found the problem of discrepancies such as sending spare parts, passing the quality inspection spare parts process incoming to less accept spare parts or accept damaged spare parts causing loss on the company as well as lead time processes beyond the agreed SLA. The result of the research shows that the warehouse employee performance is not maximally seen in the SLA activity report of 2016 from the standard process agreement level that is determined there are 4 activities that do not meet, among others, incoming and outgoing spare parts, autif activities, and discrepancies with 90% target. To improve the employee's performance, the following steps are defined: a company conducts Employee Selection, conducts Competency Mapping followed by management actions and runs Standard operational procedures that have been made by the company.keywords: kinerja, warehouse, sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT.Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang Sumatera Selatan. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is there any influence of compensation and motivation to the work performance of PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang Sumatera Selatan? "The purpose of this study is To determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang Sumatera Selatan. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Jl. Lunjuk Jaya No. 100 Rt. 049 Rw. 014 Exod. Lorok Pakjo Kec. Ilir Barat I Palembang. Jenis Research is associative with the data used is primary data. Data collection technique used is Questionnaire. The analytical method used is qualitative and quantitative method using multiple linear regression. Based on result of research with multiple liner regression done on variable of Compensation (X₁) and Motivation (X₂) to Work Achievement (Y) with equation Ŷ = 0,125+ 0,345X1 + 0,586X2. Conclusion 1) Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance. 2). Partially indicates that there is a significant influence Compensation on Employee Performance PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang. Advice, the proportional leadership should pay attention to the compensation and incentives fair and reasonable to employees. Abstract

Training is carried out in order to develop human resources and is able to add knowledge and skills that will ultimately affect employee performance. The aim of the study was to find out the effect of Training on Performance Employees at Perum BULOG in unit of Muara Telang sub-District of Banyuasin Regency of South Sumatra Province. In this study, quantitative descriptive method  was used. The technique for analyzing the data was simple linear regression analysis. The sample was all employees who worked at Perum BULOG Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera Province with a total number of 54 respondents. From the result of SPSS program, it showed that t-obtained was 7,547 and t-table was 1,674, and the significant level was 0.000 which was less than 0,05 so t-obtained> - table, it means that Ho was rejected, which can be stated that training partially had a significant effect on employee performance. From the result of correlation, it indicated that there was a strong correlation between training variable and employee performance variable, it could be seen from the correlation coefficient which was 0,723 or 72,3%, Then the result of coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,523 or 52,3% from the effect of training variable on employee performance variable at Perum BULOG in Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin regency of South Sumatera Province, while the rest was 47,7% affected by other factors which was not explained in this study.Keywords : Training, Employee Performance, Human Resource Management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim in year of 2014, 2015 and 2016. The analysis tools used in this study are the liquidity ratios (current ratio and quick ratio), the solvency ratios (total debt to assets ratio and total debt to equity ratio), and profitability ratios (return on invesment and return on equity). The results of current ratio and quick ratio research in 2014 shows the company's financial condition is quite good, because the ratios are above the industry average. While in 2015 and 2016 shows the company's financial condition is not good because the ratios are below the industry average. Quick ratios in 2015 and 2016 indicate the company's financial condition is not good, because the ratios are below the industry average. Based on the measuring of solvency ratios, the increase in total debt to assets ratio and total debt equity ratio in 2014-2016 shows that the financial condition is not in the good shape, because the ratios are above the industry average. Judging from the profitability ratio, the decline in return on assets and return on equity in 2016 shows the company's financial performance is not good because the ratios are not maximized in generating profits.Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of money service to employee morale at local company (pd) Hotel Swarna Dwipa Palembang. Methods in this study quantitative methods, population in this study amounted to 122 people, sampling of 25% of 122 people as many as 31 people. Technique of collecting data using koesioner, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique use statistical test. In the analysis of statistical test data conducted in the correlation coefficient symbolized (r) obtained 0,574 then classified level of relationship is strong enough. The calculation results obtained rhitung 0.574> rtabel0,355, the value of the coefficient of determination index (r2) of 0.329 or 33% indicates the amount of influence money service to employee morale at local companies (pd) swarna dwipa hotel Palembang while the remaining 67% other. Thus it can be concluded there is a significant (positive) influence of service money on employee morale at the local company (pd) hotel swarna dwipa Palembang.Keywords : Service Money, Morale and Regional Company

Abstract

The stock market has captured the attention of many practitioners and scholars in the past decade. It has become one of the most vital aspects of a modern market economy. The stock market provides companies with access to capital and gives opportunity for investors to have a slice of company ownership. The present paper investigates the impact of G-3 stock markets (US, Japan and Europe) to ASEAN-5 stock markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore). The data coverage is composed of daily closing stock index at G-3 stock markets and ASEAN-5 stock markets over the period from January 4, 2000 to December 31, 2014. The historical stock market data were analyzed by using Structured Equation Model (SEM). The empirical results suggest that the G-3 stock markets have a positive and significant impact on ASEAN-5 stock markets. For further, the researcher could add other Asia stock markets such as Nikkei225 Index (Japan), Hang Seng Index (Hong Kong), Kospi Index (South Korea), and BSE Index (India).Keywords: G-3 Stock Markets, ASEAN-5 Stock Markets, Structured Equation Model, Stock Market Diversification; Contagious Effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to find and describe the layout of the office at PT. South Mountain Lestari. Methods used are observation and documentation. Based on observations Tata layout at PT. Mount South Lestari Palembang using the short-distance principle to make the movement of employees not loose so that the use of time is not effective. There has been no planning consideration on spatial factors such as lighting, air circulation and illumination, allowing employees not to work as expected by the company. Fresh and clean air will increase the productivity of employees, the lighting there also does not meet the criteria of an office because of its lighting or good lighting is a vital thing that the senses require to perform office tasks. Good lighting will increase work productivity, improve work quality, reduce errors, reduce eye damage, improve employee morale and provide a better image for the company.Keywords: Layout, office and Company
