Abstract

This research aims to explain about the policy taken by the government of Aceh Jaya in the management of the people of the gold mine. The data that is required in writing is obtained through library research and field. Library research done with how to read text books, legislation, and other reading material related to this research. While field research done by interviewing informants. The results of the study showed that the policy of the government of Aceh Jaya in gold mining management people in Gunong Ujeun has not satisfied. This is because there are still many cases of illegal mining and still many communities miners do not know about: Perbup that has been set by the government. Abstract

This article discusses the issue of the monocultural and hegemony that occur in police forces, especially police women in Indonesia. Monokulturalisme related to the concept of cultural unification (homogentitas). In monokulturalisme, a sign of the assimilation process is a mixture of two or more cultures to form a new culture. Abstract

This article analyzes the history and role of the Ombudsman in improving the quality of public service delivery by government officials of a country. The establishment of the Ombudsman is an important step that is done to balance the performance of the apparatus of government in providing public services and justice to the people. This study is important as a reference many countries are working to improve the quality of public services personnel administration. Therefore, the discussion in this article is what is meant by the Ombudsman? How Ombudsman formed? The second is how the performance of the Ombudsman? And how is the impact of the Ombudsman? This study found that the background of the establishment of Ombudsman first appeared in Sweden is based on the Swedish government's efforts to create a balance of public services by government officials and the general public to the demands of globalization and democracy today. At the end of the study it was found that by taking a study on the Ombudsman parliamentary in New Zealand and the United Kingdom found that the practice of the concept of Ombudsman institutions have a positive impact to the management of the public service, it then becomes the impetus for other countries to participate in establishing the Ombudsman.Keywords: Ombudsman, New Zealand, United Kingdom

Abstract

Kerja sama antar daerah menjadi penting pada saat ini, karena tidak ada daerah  yang terisolasi  dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan secara mandiri. Hubungan antar susunan pemerintah khususnya di kawasan metropolitan mempunyai karakteristik yang bersifat dinamis dan berkembang sehingga perlu tata kelola pemerintahan secara tersendiri, terutama dalam  pengelolaan Tempat Pemerosesan Akhir Sampah Regional (TPA Regional) di Kawasan perkotaan Banjar Bakula, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Suatu kebijakan pembangunan berupa program atau proyek yang melibatkan berbagai daerah perlu adanya pengaturan kelembagaan yang baik diantara pemerintah yang terlibat sehingga program kerja sama tersebut dapat diwujudkan secara efisien dan efektif, namun dalam implementasinya banyak kendala yang dihadapi terkait dengan hubungan antar susunan pemerintah yang akan menjadi referensi didalam melakukan kerjasama antar daerah.Keywords:  Metropolitan Area, Kerja sama antar daerah. Abstract

Public sector service management model has some characteristics that are different from the private sector. The private sector is based on the choice of the individual in the market. Organizations in the private sector are required to be able to meet the tastes and individual selection decisions to meet each individual customer. Such a state is different from what happened in the public sector. The public sector is not based on individual choice in the market but a collective choice in government. Abstract

Indonesian Child Protection Commission is an independent agency, established under the provisions of the Law on Child Protection. Was formed on June 21, 2004, this agency is mandated by Presidential Decree No. 77 of 2003 and Article 74 paragraph (1) and (2) of Law 35 of 2014 on the Amendment of Act No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection. The problem that is revealed in this research is how the protection of children is in conformity with the principles of human rights, is child protection in Indonesia is in conformity with the 1945 Constitution and the laws protecting children and how the role of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission in protecting the rights of children. The principles of human rights that protects the protection of children one of which is the birth certificate. Indonesian Child Protection Commission’s role in protecting the rights of children is as a protection and supervisor of Law 35 of 2014 on the Amendment of Act No. 23 of 2002 in the Child Protection.Keywords : Children Right Protection Law,  KPAI, Children's rights

Abstract

One of the aspects that central among the implementation of regional autonomy are related to segregation and amalgamation areas that aims to strengthen the relationship between government of regions and people in order growth democratic life. The practice of good governance the government the regions is an effort to strengthen democracy. It means, good governance good from the perspective of the community meaningful receive public services local governments quality .One segregation of the region is segregation of aceh barat into three areas, namely Simeulue, Nagan Raya and Aceh Jaya in 2002. At the time conflict aceh stirs that it demands the community not covered by local government services closest to the distric was segregated .In addition happened euphoria the act of regional autonomy. This study aims to analyze perceptions of Simeulue, Nagan Raya and Aceh Jaya to regional government performance in providing basic service after segregation of areas and whether there are differences between third the government the area. Survey used technique the random samples of 150 derived from three the district segregation. Of respondents about 150 terambil 58 respondents (38.7 %) of the Nagan Raya, 42 respondents ( 28.0 % ) of the Seumeulu and about 50 respondents (33.3 %) of the Aceh Jaya.Using analysis of variance (ANOVA) show services are equal treatment, there is no difference perception excessive rata-rata worth 2.1.This means public perceptions in local government services in those areas part aceh barat biasa-biasa course Keywords: Regional Autonomy, Segregation of the Region, Public Services, the Public Perception
