Abstract

Service to the community is the main goal of the government which is impossible to cause because the government must provide the best for the community, because it has made an agreement with the government, it is fitting for the government to find the best solution for problems related to needs. to prioritize the quality of community services for offices in Wonotirto sub-district. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The norm assessment is also conducted to see the high, medium or low of each dimension of service quality and after the data has been processed with the help of SPSS 16.00 computer for windows. The results of this study answer 75 respondents to the quality of community service in Wonotirto Sub-District Blitar Regency is good (seen in the average respondent responding well to each notification); The average score of the largest average percentage is 61.9% -80%.

Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kreatifitas pengiklan dan mengetahui tentang isi pesan yang terkandung dalam iklan shopee versi "pak Jokowi bagi-bagi sepeda". Pada Jurnal kali ini kami akan membuat pengamatan melalui metode kualitatif dengan cara mengamati melalui ilmu semiotika menurut Roland Barthes yang terkandung dalam iklan tersebut dan beberapa pengamatan tentanga alur cerita, suasana dan body language. Sehingga pembaca akan mengetahui apakah cerita yang kreator iklan Shopee dibuat berlebihan dan malah tidak sesuai atau sebaliknya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan shopee sangat menghibur dan isi pesannya pun sampai kepada para pemirsa. Iklan ini sangat-sangat menarik dan mudah di ingat oleh pemirsa.

Abstract

General Election is a means of implementing the sovereignty of the people in direct, general, free, confidential, honest, and fair manner within the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945. The election has many dynamics, expensive politics, lavish campaign funds for image politics, costly consulting and surveys of winning money, as well as money politics. The disclosure of political parties is highly important in the implementation of the elections due to the many streams of corruption used in the election. As a result, people do not believe in political parties, or some Indonesians are no longer sympathetic to political parties. The idea of a political party's financial transparency regulation should be carefully examined in the Indonesians’ election codification scheme. In the future, Indonesia must have a transparent and accountable campaign or political funding arrangement, along with strong sanctions and binding on the parties involved. Therefore, the people will restore their trust to the political parties, and assure the political parties to channel their aspirations in the granting of rights in the elections.

Abstract

Djembe is an icon of Blitar City, this is because the largest djembe handicraft industry center is in Blitar City. UD. Budi Luhur in Blitar City, East Java is one of the SMEs in the wood craft industry. UD. Budi Luhur is an UKM that moves to market its djembe products by exporting to foreign countries. The purpose of this study was to describe how the entrepreneurial strategy of UD. Budi Luhur in entering and marketing its products on the international market. This study also explains the application of entrepreneurial strategies to UD. Budi Luhur in increasing the export sales volume of kendang djembe handicrafts, as well as alternatives to maintain the entrepreneurial strategy that has been applied by UD. Budi Luhur in dealing with international markets. The research method used in this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are primary data by conducting interviews with the owners of UD. Budi Luhur and the Regional Cooperative and SME Office, Blitar City and focus group discussion (FGD) together with the Tanggung Village Bubut Kayu Association which is a working partner of UD. Budi Luhur and secondary data in the form of documents related to the theme of this research. The results showed that exports were chosen by UD. Budi Luhur to enter the international market. UD. Budi Luhur applies growth, innovation, network, harvest / exit strategies by reading opportunities to develop markets, innovating products, creating good relationships with buyers and being able to form profitable networks and working with similar companies to meet market demand so as to maximize sales and increase the volume of export sales.

Abstract

  Kaum tuli berkomunikasi secara nonverbal dengan bahasa isyarat. Bahasa isyarat yang tidak dipahami komunikator atau komunikan, menimbulkan miskomunikasi. Diperlukan pemahaman arti bahasa isyarat agar komunikasi interpersonal dan hubungan interpersonal menjadi positif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komunikasi interpersonal dalam pemahaman komunikasi nonverbal dengan bahasa isyarat, memperkecil konflik penyebab miskomunikasi. Penelitian ini  adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumupulann data berupa observasi partisipan, wawancara, serta berdasarkan kepustakaan. Analisis data yang diterapkan ialah analisis data kualitatif dengan model interaktif dari  Miles dan Huberman.Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif, memaparkan dan menginterpretasikan objek penelitian apa adanya, data tersaji berupa verbal. Data primer dan data sekunder diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, serta penelusuran kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, komunikasi interpersonal yang positif, menumbuhkan hubungan interpersonal positif pula, menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri bagi kaum tuli. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan keefektifitas komunikasi interpersonal yaitu: keterbukaan (openness), empati (empathy), sikap mendukung (supportiveness), sikap positif (positiveness), kesetaraan (equality). Analisis komunikasi interpersonal berguna untuk menganalisa  komunikasi diadik yang salah satu komunikator atau komunikannya adalah kaum tuli. Hasil menunjukkan, perlunya keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif yang lebih dari komunikator atau komunikan yang bukan kaum tuli.
