Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan SAK ETAP dalam penyajian laporan keuangan dan menganalisa kendala ? kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan SAK ETAP pada UMKM Saleh Pisang di Desa Dalam Kecamatan Siulak. Metode penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif  kualitatif  dengan menggunakandata Primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwalaporan keuangan yang disusun oleh UMKM Saleh Pisang terdiri atas Catatan Kas, Catatan Hutang, Laporan Gaji Karyawan, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Laporan aset. Hal ini masih belum sesuai dengan standar SAK ETAP. Di dalam SAK ETAP disebutkan bahwa laporan keuangan terdiri dari Neraca, Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Perubahan Ekuitas, Laporan Arus Kas, dan Catatan Atas Laporan Keuangan. Dalam pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian laporan keuangan belum sepenuhnya menerapkan SAK ETAP dengan benar. Karena UMKM Saleh Pisang masih menggunakan metode pencatatan cash basis sedangkan menurut SAK ETAP harus menggunakan accrual basis.Kendala dari UMKM Saleh Pisang dalam menerapkan SAK ETAP dalam penyusunan laporan keuangannya adalah, (1. Rendahnya pemahaman pemilik maupun karyawan,  terhadap SAK ETAP. 2. Kurangnya sosialisasi terkait Laporan Keuangan yang sesuai dengan SAK ETAP,(2. Belum adanya pendampingan yang intensif terkait penerapan SAK ETAP,(3. Tidak adanya pengawasan dari pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap laporan keuangan UMKM Saleh Pisang.

Abstract

This study aims to test: 1) How the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions in CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, 2) How is the influence of brand image to purchase decision in CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, 3) What is brand image acts as a moderator between consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. Population in this research is all consumer of Urea Powder Pink Powder CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambiwith a sample of 60 respondents with sampling technique incidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert Scale analyzed by qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive. The data analysis tools used are Response Achievement Level (RAL), Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), determination koefisien, t test and F test with SPSS for Windows software version 22.0. Based on the results of research and hypothesis test results show that: 1) Consumer behavior affect the purchase decision of pureed pink urea fertilizer CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambiwith significant value 0,001 < 0,05.2) Brand image have an effect on purchasing decision of urea pink bag of pink CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi with significant value 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Brand image act as a moderating variable between consumer behavior toward purchasing decision of urea pink bag of pink. CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi with significant value 0,025 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tourism is important for the economy of the community. Tourism is faced with the challenge of finding new strategies and methods to overcome competition. The tourism market is determined by tourism demand and tourism supply. An important feature of tourism's inflexibility, due to its basic supply element. In navigating the needs of the tourism market, the key role through its activities, especially through the marketing mix that can identify and distinguish tourism products offered. Marketing in tourism itself stems from the fact that products in tourism are services. With the help of marketing mix elements: products, prices, promotions, places, human resources, packaging and processes. The purpose of this study was to study the impact of tourism marketing with a marketing mix strategy that has an effect on power so as to improve the economy of the people around tourism objects and to determine the marketing elements that have the most impact on increasing tourism in Kerinci Regency. With the number of respondents is 132 people. The research model that will be used in this study is a tiered structure model and to test the proposed hypothesis used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques which are operated through AMOS 18. The results of data processing show that competitiveness has a positive effect on the economic improvement of actors and activists tourism in Kerinci Regency. The marketing strategy of the tourism marketing mix studied in this study resulted in the product strategy and promotion influencing competitiveness which had an impact on improving the economy of tourism activists in Kerinci Regency. While price, distribution and human resources have no effect.

Abstract

              This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and asset structure on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) for the period 2012-2016. The population in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2016, the sample in this study amounted to 22 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive static, multiple linear regression, classic assumption test using normality test, Autocorrelation Test, multicollinearity test, and using partial hypothesis testing (T test) with the help of SPSS 20 for windows program. The results of the study in hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% (0.05) found that partially the capital structure has a significant effect on profitability, because the level is significant (0,000 <0,05). While the asset structure has no significant effect on profitability with a significant value (0.999> 0.05). Adjusted R2 value of 0.159 can be interpreted that the capital structure and asset structure contribute to 15.9% in explaining profitability and the remaining 84.1% is explained by variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The development of small-scale industrial processed wood in Sijunjung district is one of the industries that needs to be developed, this is because Sijunjung has extensive production forests as a source of wood raw material. Many factors influence the development of this wood processing industry, including production costs and income the progress of an industry. This study aims to analyze and determine the factors that influence the production of costs and revenues in small-scale industrial processed wood in Sijunjung District. The method used in this study is descriptive and associative, and uses simultaneous equation modeling tools with the indirect Least square (ILS) method. The study population was 60 small-scale industrial producers of wood defeats in Sijunjung district and 52 samples were used in the processed wood industry. The results showed that (1) the amount of logs and the amount of fuel partially had a significant effect on processed wood production, an increase in the number of logs and the amount of fuel would encourage an increase in processed wood production. Meanwhile the number of workers does not have a significant effect on processed wood production, the increase in the number of workers does not encourage an increase in processed wood production in Sijunjung Regency. (2) The amount of production, the labor wage price of fuel and the price of roundwood partially have a significant effect on processed wood production. (3) The amount of production, selling price and level of education and work experience of producers have a significant effect on the income of processed wood producers in small-scale industrial processed wood in Sijunjung Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Wakaf merupakan salah satu sumber yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan sosio-ekonomi sejak awal pemerintahan Islam lagi dan perlu dikembangkan dengan cara yang terbaik untuk kemaslahatan umat Islam sejagat. Peranan wakaf secara menyeluruh bukan hanya setakat kepada aspek keugamaan, malahan perlu menitikberatkan juga kepada pembangunan sosio-ekonomi terutamanya aspek pertanian. Sebagaimana wakaf dalam aspek pertanian telah wujud sejak dahulu lagi berdasarkan wakaf pertama yang dilakukan oleh sahabat Rasulullah SAW iaitu Umar bin al-Khattab telah mewakafkan tanah kebun kurma yang terletak di Khaibar. Sejak dari itu, perkembangan wakaf dalam bidang pertanian telah banyak diusahakan dari pelbagai negeri seperti Mesir, Turki, Singapura, Malaysia, Indonesia dan banyak lagi. Seiring dengan perkembangan arus globalisasi sekarang, aktiviti pertanian di Negara Brunei Darussalam menampakkan kegigihan untuk terus mengembangmajukan ekonomi negara berdasarkan matlamat Wawasan 2035 sebagai hasrat kemakmuran yang ingin dicapai pada masa hadapan. Dengan itu, kertas kerja ini adalah satu usaha bertujuan untuk membuka mata masyarakat dengan mengemukakan cadangan berkaitan pengendalian pertanian berasaskan kaedah Islam melalui potensi wakaf. Kaedah pengumpulan data adalah berdasarkan kaedah perpustakaan melalui penelitian kepada artikel dan penyelidikan terdahulu. Harapan kajian adalah untuk membuka mata masyarakat tentang potensi wakaf dalam memajukan ekonomi khususnya pada aspek pertanian untuk membantu membangun negara dan membina kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

Ringkasan Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan wawasan secara langsung pada masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan limbah pelapah kelapa sawit sebagai produk yang produktif dan mempunyai nilai jual. Penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggambarkan bagaimana proses dan hasil dari pemanfaatan limbah kelapa sawit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Desa Nakau Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah.Subjek penelitian yang menjadi sasaran warga desa nakau yang memiliki kebun sawit. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan cara simulasi pembuatan produk dan dilanjutkan desain secara mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian terdiri dari: (1) survei lapangan, (3) koordinasi ke desa, (4) sosialisasi, (5) simulasi, dan (6) penyebaran angket respon masyarakat. Alat pengumpulan data terdiri lembar wawancara dan lembar angket respon masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan limbah pelepah kelapa sawit dan petani memiliki solusi atas limbah pelepah kelapa sawit.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang kinerja pegawainya dikaitkan dengan kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja menjadi perhatian para peneliti di bidang sumber daya manusia saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan variabel eksogen yaitu variabel kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), kompensasi (X3), variabel intervening disiplin kerja (X4) dan variabel endogen yaitu kinerja pegawai (Y). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik propotional stratified random sampling. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dan dibagi menjadi 2 jalur yaitu sub struktur 1 dan Sub Struktur 2. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja sebesar 3,7%, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 11,8%, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 4,2%, dan terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja 2,4%.

Abstract

This problem is motivated by the problem of the desire to shop online. The objectives of the study were: 1) To determine the effect of partial trust and celebrity endorse on online purchasing decisions on STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci students, 2) To determine the effect of trust and celebrity endorse simultaneously on online purchasing decisions at STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci students, 3) To find out the trust and celebrity endorse with the quality of information as a moderating variable towards online purchasing decisions at STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci students. The population in this study were students at STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci. The sample for this study amounted to 100 respondents with Sampling Accidential / Aksidential sampling techniques. The data analysis tool used is the Likert Scale, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), classic assumption test, t test and test f. Based on the results of the study indicate that: trust has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions 0,000 <0,05. Celebrity endorsement affects purchasing decisions 0.012> 0.05. The Quality of Influential Information on Purchase Decisions 0.005 <0.05. Information Quality acts as a moderating variable between Trust in Purchasing Decisions 0.022 <0.05. Information Quality acts as a moderating variable between Celebrity endorsement to Purchase Decisions 0.010 <0.05.   Keywords: Trust, celebrity endorse, information quality, Purchasing Decision
