Abstract

Indonesia is a democratic country. Every believer is free to worship according to their beliefs. But in fact, it is still found disharmonious relationship and violence acts between Islamic minority groups or other minority adherents and Islamic majority groups. Based on Setara Institute, there are still 201 violations (2017) and 208 (2016) in this country. Then, bom terrors to minorities groups still happen (On May 13, 2018 in Surabaya). This article aims to describe the meaning of interreligious relationship, the portrait of interreligious relationship in Indonesia, and how to foster tolerance and defend minority groups in the context of Indonesian Islam. This article is analyzed by using “the theory of interreligious relationship perspective”. This paper concluded that: the first, to avoid religious conflict and violent acts, everyone must return to the motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). The second, Islamic minority groups or minority religious adherents are not allowed to be oppressed by any other groups because of different belief. The violent acts are contrary to the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. Everyone has right to live in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). The third, imams, ulamas, and religious leaders can function to be deterrent in religion conflict and violent acts by doing dialogue or win-win solution while referring to Islamic traditions. This study is hoped to be researched and explored more comprehensive in the future in order harmonious religious life in Indonesia will be better.

Abstract

Normatively, the structure of Sufi discourse construction comes from within the religion of Islam itself. According to Ibn Khaldun, Sufism comes from authentic Islamic law. The seeds originally came from the first generation of Muslims as the path of truth and guidance. Sufi approaches based on their consistency in the service of God, reluctant to worldly pleasures, abstain from the false delights, wealth, and position hunted by most humans, and busy solitude in worship to God. Therefore in Islam, there can be no spirituality without the aid of the Qur'an, which teaches man everything he can know or can learn, and which can lead people to the ideals that are the object of his creation. Abstract

The teacher is educator who has advantages as well as limitations as ordinary humans. Therefore he needs other people (supervisor) to help him minimize his weaknesses, so that his professional abilities are formed. In addition, supervision activitiy also aim to guarantee the quality of learning that has an impact on the quality of graduates. This means that supervision serves as a quality assurance aimed at establishing quality culture of teacher. Teachers with a high quality culture will lead to the achievement of the quality of learning and education and determine the quality and competitiveness of graduates.

Abstract

Abstract Pesantren are often associated with backwardness and traditionalism in everything: facilities, technology, learning methods, and even the curriculum. For now, it seems like the traditional term for pesantren is no longer relevant enough. The pace of movement in the era of renewal marked by the rapid development of technology has demanded pesantren to make adjustments. However, on the one hand, when viewed from the direction of change, the reform efforts pursued by pesantren are not to erase the old tradition, but merely to add something new so that the old tradition and conditions can be maintained while accepting the presence of a new one. On the other hand, the reform efforts undertaken by pesantren have implications for the fact that the typical values of the pesantren are fading away. Abstrak  Pesantren seringkali diasosiasikan dengan keterbelakangan dan tradisional dalam segala hal: fasilitas, teknologi, metode pembelajaran, dan bahkan kurikulumnya. Untuk saat ini, sepertinya istilah tradisional untuk pesantren, sudah tidak lagi cukup relevan. Laju gerak pembaharuan zaman yang ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah menuntut pesantren untuk melakukan penyesuaian diri. Kendatipun demikian, di satu sisi, jika dilihat dari arah perubahan, upaya pembaharuan yang ditempuh pesantren tidaklah untuk menghapus tradisi yang lama, tetapi sekadar menambah dengan sesuatu yang baru sehingga tradisi maupun kondisi yang lama bisa dipertahankan sambil menerima kehadiran yang baru. Di sisi yang lain, upaya pembaharuan yang dilakukan pesantren ternyata berimplikasi pada kenyataan akan semakin pudarnya nilai-nilai khas yang dimiliki oleh pesantren.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding school as a native educational institution of Indonesia, has a dynamic education system. Implementation of the education system grows and builds the values of character in the nation and state. This can be proven; the life process built in Islamic boarding school contains the value of togetherness, democracy, mutual respect and tolerance among each other. This sense of togetherness and mutual respect are the foundation of the diversity of Indonesian. This condition can be established because the value of Pancasila (Five Principals) as a reflection in living life in boarding school has been implemented there for years.  But now, Islamic boarding school is facing the modernization in the education system. But this change due to modernization will not diminish the value of native boarding school since the it has the elements such us Islamic scholars, the students of Islamic boarding school itself, the  Quranic Yellow Book and mosques become the central of education which  are deeply rooted in the system of education itself. Abstrak Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan asli Indonesia, memiliki sistem pendidikan yang dinamis. Pelaksanaan sistem pendidikannya menumbuhkan dan membangun nilai-nilai karakter dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Ini dapat dibuktikan, proses kehidupan yang dibangun di pesantren terkandung nilai kebersamaan, demokrasi, saling menghargai dan toleransi antara sesamanya. Rasa kebersamaan dan saling menghargai ini lah yang menjadi pondasi dari keberagaman bangsa Indenesia. Kondisi ini bisa terjalin karena di pondok pesantren memiliki panca jiwa sebagai refleksi dalam menjalani kehidupan di pondok pesantren. Menghadapi modernisasi pesantren mengalami “perubahan” dalam sistem pendidikannya. Namun perubahan ini tidak memudarkan kecirikhasan pondok pesantren. Karena unsur di dalamnya yang terdiri dari kiai, santri, kitab kuning serta masjid yang menjadi sentral pendidikannya sangat mengakar dalam sistem pendidikannya. Dalam menghadapi modernisasi pesantren mengalami “perubahan” dalam sistem pendidikannya. Namun perubahan ini tidak memudarkan kecirikhasan pondok pesantren. Karena unsur di dalamnya terdiri dari kiai, santri, kitab kuning serta masjid yang menjadi sentral pendidikannya sangat mengakar dalam sistem pendidikannya.

Abstrak: Pendidikan anak usia dini adalah pengembangan antarmuka, perkembangan anak yang menggabungkan potensi bawaan (genetik) dan pengaruh lingkungan potensial. Jadi, keterampilan sosial dalam praktik manajemen diperlukan. Abstract: Implementation of Quality Management of Islamic Education in MAN I TanjungPandan has been done with the maximum. Efforts to improve the quality of education in thisschool began from the improvement of human resources standards both in the form of educatorsand learners and educational personnel. The manifestation of this improvement of humanresources by implementing the quality standard of education that has been formulated based onQuality Management Principles of Education. In addition to human resources improvement is alsoseen in curriculum management, learning and classroom management and facilities managementand infrastructure. On the basis of some specified managerials then all Teachers, Students andEducational Personnel must implement. If not perform in accordance with applicable proceduresand regulations then be subject to disciplinary strikes both on the Educator and the Learners. Abstrak: Implementasi Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan Islam di MAN I Tanjung Pandan sudahdilakukan dengan maksimal. Usaha untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah ini di mulaidari peningkatan standar sumber daya Manusia baik berupa pendidik maupun peserta didik dantenaga kependidikan. Wujud dari peningkatan SDM ini dengan cara melaksanakan standar mutupendidikan yang telah disusun berdasarkan Prinsip-prinsip Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan. Selainberupa SDM peningkatan juga terlihat pada manajemen Kurikulum, Manajemen pembelajaran dankelas serta manajemen sarana dan prasarana. Atas dasar beberapa manajerial yang sudahditentukan tersebut maka seluruh Guru, Siswa dan Tenaga kependidikan harus melaksanakan. Bilatidak melaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur dan peraturan yang berlaku maka dikenakan tegurandisiplin baik pada Pendidik maupun pada Peserta Didik.

Abstract

Abstract: In 1989 Francis Fukuyama with his article The End of History? In the journal The National Interest revolves a speculative thesis that after the West conquered its ideological rival, hereditary monarchy, fascism and communism, the constellation of the world of international politics reached a remarkable consensus to liberal democracy. A few years later, Samuel P. Huntington came up with a more provocative thesis that ideological-based war would be a civilization-based war in his article, The Clash of Civilizations? In the journal Foreign Affairs. It reveals that in the future the world will be shaped by interactions among the seven or eight major civilizations of Western civilization: Confucius, Japan, Islam, Hinduism, Orthodox Slavs, Latin America and possibly Africa. Huntington directed the West to pay particular attention to Islam, for Islam is the only civilization with great potential to shake Western civilization. Departing from the above hypotheses, this paper will specifically discuss the bias of Fukuyama and Huntington's thesis on Islam, and how its solution to build a dialogue of civilization by taking the paradigm of dialogue from Ibn Rushd and Raghib As-Sirjani. Abstract

Abstract: Graves or tombs in the paradigm of belief are the final terminal of life after world life, even though the grave or tomb is considered as an inanimate object but it is one of the representations of socio-cultural phenomena in the Muslim community from the past until now, including people in Bangka Belitung. The tomb or tomb is a representation of the past and present patterns of thinking of the community in obtainingsolutions to various kinds of life problems both economic, social, political and cultural problems.Even more than that, he also as a representation of the attitude of religiosity of the community in interpreting the relationship between humans as beings with God as creator. The graves or tombs of the Kyai, Alim Ulama, the Habaibs and even the trustees have been interpreted as mediators between humans and God by means of a superstition. Tawassul is a way to utilize the mediator.Theoretically, Islam does emphasize the existence of mediators / wasilah between humans and God, but the cult of their tombs indicates that there has been a difference between theory and practice. Abstrak: Kuburan atau makam dalam paradigm keyakinan merupakan terminal akhir dari kehidupan setelah kehidupan dunia, meskipun kuburan atau makam itu dianggap sebagai benda mati namun ia salah satu representasi dari fenomena sosial budaya pada kalangan masyarakat muslim dari dulu hingga sekarang, termasuk masyarakat di Bangka Belitung. Kuburan atau makam tersebut merupakan representasi dari pola berpikir masyarakat yang lalu dan sekarang dalam memperoleh solusi dari macam ragam masalah kehidupan baik masalah perekonomian, sosial, politik dan budaya. Bahkan lebih dari itu, ia juga sebagai representasi sikap religiusitas masyarakat dalam memaknai hubungan antara manusia sebagai makhluk dengan Tuhan sebagai pencipta. Kuburan atau makam para Kyai, Alim Ulama, para Habaib bahkan para wali telah dimaknai sebagai mediator antara manusia dengan Tuhan dengan cara bertawassul. Tawassul adalah cara untuk memanfaatkan mediator itu. Secara teoritis, Islam memang menegaskan adanya mediator / wasilah antara manusia dengan Tuhan, tapi pengkultusan terhadap makam-makam mereka tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa telah terjadi perbedaan antara teori dan prakteknya.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi birokrat pendidikan, terkait pemberian izin belajar bagi calon mahasiswa khususnya PNS yang melanjutkan pendidikan ke program pascasarjana IAIN SAS Babel. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena banyaknya persepsi birokrat pendidikan dalam mengintepretasikan dari Permen PAN dan RB, sehingga proses pemberian izin belajar banyak terkendala. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, yaitu menganalisa permasalahan dengan cara memadukan bahan-bahan hukum (yang merupakan data skunder) dengan data primer yang diperoleh di lapangan. Hasil penelitian persepsi birokrat pendidikan tentang izin belajar memiliki kesamaan. Namun, dalam mengintepretasikan Permen PAN dan RB tentang proses izin belajar yang dilakukan mahasiswa dengan status PNS baik dari kementrian agama dan pendidikan memikili hasil yang berbeda. This research is important because there are many education bureaucrats’s perception in interpreting the regulation of State Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform , so that the study permits is not easy to be issued. This research used field study with an empirical juridical approach, namely analyzing problems by integrating legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. The results of the study reveals that education bureaucrats’s perceptions about study permits are not different. However, there weredifferent results in interpreting the regulation of State Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform related to the process of study permits conducted by students who work as civil servant in the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Ministry of Education.Keyword: perception, study permit, Postgraduate Program
