Abstract

The purpose this study was to describe (1) the effect of LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) at PT. Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Utama Yogyakarta.The population 185 employess as the sample. Data colletion using questionare with probaility sampling with accidental sampling method. This study used multiple regresion analys by the F-test and T-test.The result showed: (1) there is positive and significant correlation between LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) the result of regression are β=0.121 and sig. 0.020 (0.020<0,05), (2) there is positive and significant correlation between motivation and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) with β=1.254 sig. 0.000 (0,000<0.05). Value of coefficient determination (R2) is equal to 0.475 or 47,5% mean OCB variable influenced by LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation the different are influenced by another factor.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of trust, store image and perceived risk for purchase intentions online shop. The research was conducted by distributing the questionnaires as the primary data directly on site. The samples in this research were 100 people, Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) trust has a significant positive effect on purchase intention online shop. This is evidenced by the results of t test statistics for trust variables obtained t count value of 2.273 greater than t table 1.985 with significance of 0.025 smaller than 0.05; (2) store image has a significant positive effect on purchase intention online shop. This is evidenced by statistical results t test for store image variables obtained t count value of 3.708 is greater than t table 1.985 with a significance of 0.000 smaller than 0.05; (3) perceived risk negatively affects the purchase intention of online shop. This is evidenced by the statistical test value of t arithmetic of -0.400 is smaller than t table 1.985 with significance of 0.690 greater than 0.05

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of country of origin, perceived quality and consumer perception towards purchasing intention through brand image Honda motorcycle matic kind in the district of Bantul. This research was conducted in the district of Bantul, sample taken 125 respondents with accidental purposive sampling method. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 23 indicators. The results of this study showed for the first regression model variables country of origin does not affect the brand image, perceived quality and significant positive effect on the brand image and consumer perception does not affect the brand image. As for the two regression model country of origin affect positively and significantly related to purchasing intention, perceived quality and significant negative effect on the purchasing intention, consumer perception positive and significant effect on the purchasing intention, and brand image positive and significant impact on the purchasing intention.Untuk the first determination coefficient regression model was able to explain 38.9% of the brand image, the second regression model was able to explain 46.3% of the purchasing intention. Country of origin can not pass through the intervening variables affecting the brand image in purchasing intention, perceived quality can be through the intervening variables affecting the brand image in purchasing intention, and consumer perception can not be through the intervening variables affecting the brand image in purchasing intention. Keywords: country of origin, perceived quality, consumer perception, brand image and purchasing intention.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)

Abstract

Specific objectives in this study is to analyze the implementation of concrete learning processes and practices in learning organizations on travel agency companies in Yogyakarta in the midst of a tight competition. Then, give suggestion of recommendation of strategic steps for travel agency company in Yogyakarta in order to apply organizational principle of learners. In addition, the contribution to knowledge or theory is manifested in the form of review and additional insight into the application of learning organizations to the company.This research uses qualitative approach. Data collected were primary data obtained through questionnaire of learning organization and interview with related respondent, and secondary data.Primary data were analyzed by conducting content analysis. The method used to test the validity of data is triangulation and respondent validation.Based on the results of research and analysis, researchers found that travel agency company in Yogyakarta has not become a learning organization. This is because there are components of concrete learning processes and practices that have not been implemented properly, specifically the limited education and training.

Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of exchange rates and crude oil price either simultaneous or partial to the stock return at PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk. and PT Astra Internasional Tbk. The data which is applied in this research is the automotive companies’ stock prices, Rupiah exchange rates, and crude oil price from 2006 to 2016. The multiple linear regressions are applied as the analysis technique by carrying out F test and t test. Based on the F test it is found that simultaneously the rupiah exchange rates and crude oil prices have influence to the stock return. Based on the t test it is found that partially the rupiah exchange rates have no influence to PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk stock return but have influence to PT. Astra Internasional Tbk stock return and crude oils prices have influence to stock return. t test indicates the dominant influence to the stock return PT. Indomobil Sukses International Tbk is crude oils variable and stock return PT. Astra International Tbk is exchange rates variable

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the value of state enterprises in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2015. State companies have an important role in the Indonesian economy. State companies also serve to generate revenue for the Indonesian government to fund the Indonesian State Budget. Factors affecting the value of state firms tested in this research are Cash Holding, Leverage, Exchange Rate, Net Working Capital, ROA, Size, and Firm Age. In addition, this study also uses control variables to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable of firm value. The control variables used in this study are International Trade, Growth Opportunity, GDP per capita, and Total Asset Turnover Ratio. This study uses a sample of state companies listed on the IDX 2011-2015. This research uses multiple regression analysis to test the influence of independent variable and control variable to Dependent variable. The results show that Cash Holding, Leverage, Exchange Rate, Net Working Capital, ROA, Size, Firm Age, International Trade, Growth Opportunity, GDP per capita, and Total Asset Turnover Ratio simultaneously have significant effect on firm value measured by tobin-q. The t test shows that firm size partially has a significant negative effect on firm value while other variables show insignificant results.
