Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji signifikansi pengaruh Brand Image terhadap  keputusan beli konsumen Warung Makan Lotekmania Jl. Damai No.12 Yogyakarta. Menguji signifikansi pengaruh Attitude terhadap  keputusan beli konsumen Warung Makan Lotekmania Jl. Damai No.12 Yogyakarta. Menguji signifikansi pengaruh Service Quality terhadap  keputusan beli konsumen Warung Makan Lotekmania Jl. Damai No.12 Yogyakarta. Untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan beli konsumen Warung Makan Lotekmania Jl. Damai No.12 Yogyakarta.Variabel penelitian ini adalah Brand Image, Attitude, Service Quality dan keputusan beli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Warung Makan Lotekmania Jl. Damai No.12 Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel penelitian 100 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel aksidental sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi KB = 0,596BI + 0,158Att+ 0,185SQ. Variabel brand image mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan beli, taraf signifikan 0,05. Variabel attitude mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan beli, taraf signifikan 0,05. Variabel service quality mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan beli, taraf signifikan 0,05. Variabel-variabel Brand Image, Attitude, dan Service Quality berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan beli, tarafi signifikan 5%, Keputusan beli (KB) dipengaruhi Brand Image, Attitude, dan Service Quality sebesar 50,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain.  Faktor paling dominan mepengaruhi keputusan beli adalah brand image.Kata Kunci :Brand Image, Attitude, Service Quality dan Keputusan Beli

Abstract

Online repurchasing intention is important because it can increase company profit. The study was conducted to determine the effect of altruism, perceived ease of use, reputation on online repurchasing intention in transportation GO-JEK.The research was conducted at the Yogyakarta, samples taken as many as 100 people with accidental sampling method. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a scale of 1-10 points to measure 16 indicators.The results of this study indicate the results for the variable altruism positive effect on online repurchasing intention, perceived ease of use positive effect on online repurchasing intention, reputation positive on online repurchasing intention. For the determinantion of the results of this test is 12,4% on online repurchasing intention.Keywords: altruism, perceived ease of use, reputation and online repurchasing intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors supporting the creative industry effort. The method used is quantitative with analytical descriptive approach with the number of respondents as many as 58 people. Data collection in this research was conducted by questionnaire technique, and documentary study. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS version 23,00. From the results of the data show, the contribution provided by human resource variables of 23.40%, competence of 17.90%, innovation by 21.50%, and marketing by 21.20% of creative industries. While the rest of 21.20% is another factor that is not researched.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to know (1) the difference Operating Profit Margin before with after acquisition (2) the difference Earning Per Share before with after acquisition, and (3) the Debt to Equity Ratio before with after acquisition.This Study classified as a quantitative research. The population is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), do acquisitions in 2013. The samples were companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the study and the companies that make acquisitions in 2013 with years of observations from 2011 to 2015, the date the acquisition is clear, available reports Detailed financial five quarterly before and after each company. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation, while data analysis techniques using testing T (T-test).The results showed that the Operating Profit Margin, Earnings Per Share before and after the acquisition was not a significant. The different results obtained in Debt to Equity Ratio before to after the acquisition there are significant differences.Keywords: Operating Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Debt to equity Ratio, acquisition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor wali kota sorong papua barat tahun 2018. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai  kantor wali kota sorong papua barat yang diambil sampelnya sebanyak 50 orang pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study ,Yaitu jenis penelitian untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel Dependent dan variabel independent.sedangkan analisis yang digunakan analisis univariat,bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Insentif yang diberikan kepada pegawai belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan,dimana dari 50 orang  pegawai yang dijadikan sampel memiliki insentif cukup sebanyak 22 orang pegawai dengan persentase 44,0 %, sedangkan yang memiliki insentif kurang sebanyak 28 orang pegawai dengan persentase 56,0 %. tunjangan yang diberikan kepada pegawai dari 50 sampel yang diambil terdapat 25 orang pegawai memiliki tunjangan cukup dengan persentase sebesar 50,0 %, sedangkan yang memiliki tunjangan kurang sebesar 25 orang pegawai dengan persentase 50,0 %. penghargaan yang diberikan kepada pegawai belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan,dimana dari 50 orang  pegawai yang dijadikan sampel memiliki penghargaan cukup sebanyak 22 orang pegwai dengan persentase 44,0 %, sedangkan yang memiliki penghargaan kurang sebanyak 28 orang pegawai dengan persentase 56,0 %.

Abstract

This research performed in order to test influence of fundamental factor (EPS, NPM, ROA, and DER) toward stock return of farmacy companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2005-2014.The result of this research show DER have significant effect towards stock return.. And EPS, NPM, ROA don’t have significance effect toward stock return. While, four  independent variabel EPS, ROA, DER, and NPM  to have influence toward return on equity  at level of significance 5% as 0,000%. Predictable of the three variables toward return on equity  is 18,6%.  While the rest 81,4% is affected by other factors is not included into the study model.Kata Kunci :Earning per Share, Net Profit Margin, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio and Stock Return
