Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of trust, store image and perceived risk for purchase intentions online shop. The research was conducted by distributing the questionnaires as the primary data directly on site. The samples in this research were 100 people, Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) trust has a significant positive effect on purchase intention online shop. This is evidenced by the results of t test statistics for trust variables obtained t count value of 2.273 greater than t table 1.985 with significance of 0.025 smaller than 0.05; (2) store image has a significant positive effect on purchase intention online shop. This is evidenced by statistical results t test for store image variables obtained t count value of 3.708 is greater than t table 1.985 with a significance of 0.000 smaller than 0.05; (3) perceived risk negatively affects the purchase intention of online shop. This is evidenced by the statistical test value of t arithmetic of -0.400 is smaller than t table 1.985 with significance of 0.690 greater than 0.05

Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk tentang pengaruh priceconsciousness, brand image, accessibility dan social valueperceptionistterhadap purchase intention sepeda motorhonda pada Dealer Cendana Motor Honda di kota Kendal.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada calon pengguna sepedamotor Honda dengan anggota sampel 100 responden,Instrumen penelitian yang berupa kuisioner denganskalalikert 1-10. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknikanalilis data menggunakan regregsi linier berganda yangdidukung dengan koefisien determinasi dan uji t, serta ujiasumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, ujiheteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolonieritas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable priceconsciousness tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchaseintention sepeda motor honda pada Dealer Cendana MotorHonda di Kota Kendal. kemudian variabelbrand imageberpengaruh terhadap purchase intention sepeda motorhonda pada Dealer Cendana Motor Honda di Kota Kendal.variabel accessibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchaseintention sepeda motor honda pada Dealer Cendana MotorHonda di kota Kendal. Abstract

Online repurchasing intention is important because it can increase company profit. The study was conducted to determine the effect of altruism, perceived ease of use, reputation on online repurchasing intention in transportation GO-JEK.The research was conducted at the Yogyakarta, samples taken as many as 100 people with accidental sampling method. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a scale of 1-10 points to measure 16 indicators.The results of this study indicate the results for the variable altruism positive effect on online repurchasing intention, perceived ease of use positive effect on online repurchasing intention, reputation positive on online repurchasing intention. For the determinantion of the results of this test is 12,4% on online repurchasing intention.Keywords: altruism, perceived ease of use, reputation and online repurchasing intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence organizational justice on OCB, influence job satisfaction on OCB, organizational commitment on OCB, and influence organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on OCB teacher at Taman Dewasa (Junior High School), Perguruan Tamansiswa of Yogyakarta City.The population of this study is all teacher at Taman Dewasa (Junior High School) Perguruan Tamansiswa of Yogyakarta City. The variabels are organizational justice (X1), job satisfaction (X2), organizational commitment (X3) and OCB (Y).  The sampels  is about 61 teacher. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis by the F-test and T-test, and the classical assumption test of multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity.The results with level of significance 5% or 0,05 showed that organizational justice haven significant effect on OCB (0,035< 0,05), job satisfaction have significant effect on OCB(0.001< 0,05), organizational commitment have significant effect on OCB (0.023< 0,05), and organizational justice, training, and motivation has significant effect on OCB teacher at Taman Dewasa (Junior High School) Perguruan Tamansiswa of  Yogyakarta City

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of country of origin, perceived quality and consumer perception towards purchasing intention through brand image Honda motorcycle matic kind in the district of Bantul. This research was conducted in the district of Bantul, sample taken 125 respondents with accidental purposive sampling method. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 23 indicators. The results of this study showed for the first regression model variables country of origin does not affect the brand image, perceived quality and significant positive effect on the brand image and consumer perception does not affect the brand image. As for the two regression model country of origin affect positively and significantly related to purchasing intention, perceived quality and significant negative effect on the purchasing intention, consumer perception positive and significant effect on the purchasing intention, and brand image positive and significant impact on the purchasing intention.Untuk the first determination coefficient regression model was able to explain 38.9% of the brand image, the second regression model was able to explain 46.3% of the purchasing intention. Country of origin can not pass through the intervening variables affecting the brand image in purchasing intention, perceived quality can be through the intervening variables affecting the brand image in purchasing intention, and consumer perception can not be through the intervening variables affecting the brand image in purchasing intention. Keywords: country of origin, perceived quality, consumer perception, brand image and purchasing intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors supporting the creative industry effort. The method used is quantitative with analytical descriptive approach with the number of respondents as many as 58 people. Data collection in this research was conducted by questionnaire technique, and documentary study. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS version 23,00. From the results of the data show, the contribution provided by human resource variables of 23.40%, competence of 17.90%, innovation by 21.50%, and marketing by 21.20% of creative industries. While the rest of 21.20% is another factor that is not researched.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk menganalisis perubahanrentabilitas ekonomi pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk danPT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Tbk dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktoryang mempengaruhi perubahan rentabilitas ekonomi pada PTIndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dan PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Tbk.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptifdengan menganalis Turnover of Operating Asset, Profit Marginyang perhitungannya menggunakan laporan keuangan PTIndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dan PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Tbkyang terdiri laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Profit Margin PT IndofoodSukses Makmur Tbk cenderung menurun dengan 10%, penyebabProfit Margin menurun karena elemen – elemen masing biayayang memberikan kontribusi pada Profit Margin meningkat,sedagkan Profit Margin PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Tbk cenderungmenurun dengan 12,20% dan untuk Turnover of Operating AssetPT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk cenderung menurun dengan1,17 tetapi PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Tbk meningkat dengan 1,09.Kata Kunci:Rentabilitas Ekonomi, Profit Margin, Turnover of Operating Asset

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to know (1) the difference Operating Profit Margin before with after acquisition (2) the difference Earning Per Share before with after acquisition, and (3) the Debt to Equity Ratio before with after acquisition.This Study classified as a quantitative research. The population is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), do acquisitions in 2013. The samples were companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the study and the companies that make acquisitions in 2013 with years of observations from 2011 to 2015, the date the acquisition is clear, available reports Detailed financial five quarterly before and after each company. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation, while data analysis techniques using testing T (T-test).The results showed that the Operating Profit Margin, Earnings Per Share before and after the acquisition was not a significant. The different results obtained in Debt to Equity Ratio before to after the acquisition there are significant differences.Keywords: Operating Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Debt to equity Ratio, acquisition.
