Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product / message perception, perception after sales, source model of buying interest.The population in this research is all consumer of Dell product in Yogyakarta city. Samples used 100 responden, this is because this research there are 20 items of dependent and independent variable, then the number of samples taken is 20 x 5 that is 100 samples. The technique for taking samples, is non-probability sampling. Method of taking data using questioner. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with 5% significance level.The results of the research obtained the regression equation as follows: Y = 0.216X1 + 0.217X2 + 0.373X3. The perception of product / message has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Perceptions of model sources have a positive and significant impact on buying interest. The perception of after sales has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Product / message perception variables, model source perceptions and after-seles perception have an effect simultaneously on buying interest. Buying interest (Y) can be influenced by product / message perception, model source perception and after-seles perception of 33.1%. While the rest equal to 66.9% influenced by other factors

Abstract

Specific objectives in this study is to analyze the implementation of concrete learning processes and practices in learning organizations on travel agency companies in Yogyakarta in the midst of a tight competition. Then, give suggestion of recommendation of strategic steps for travel agency company in Yogyakarta in order to apply organizational principle of learners. In addition, the contribution to knowledge or theory is manifested in the form of review and additional insight into the application of learning organizations to the company.This research uses qualitative approach. Data collected were primary data obtained through questionnaire of learning organization and interview with related respondent, and secondary data.Primary data were analyzed by conducting content analysis. The method used to test the validity of data is triangulation and respondent validation.Based on the results of research and analysis, researchers found that travel agency company in Yogyakarta has not become a learning organization. This is because there are components of concrete learning processes and practices that have not been implemented properly, specifically the limited education and training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegunaan,kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan dari penggunasmartphone Xiaomi terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Untukmengetahui pengaruh kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan dankepercayaan secara simultan terhadap pengguna smartphoneXiaomi pembelian kembali niat.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa aktifSarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta yang jumlahnya 100responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier bergandadengan tingkat signifikansi 5%.Hasil yang diperoleh, Kegunaan berdampak positif dansignifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali dengan nilai t-hitunglebih besar dari t-tabel (3,054> 1,98498). Persepsi kemudahanpenggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niatpembelian kembali dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel(3,336> 1,98498). Kepercayaan berdampak positif dan signifikanterhadap niat pembelian kembali dengan dengan nilai t-hitunglebih besar dari t-tabel (2,132> 1,98498). Niat pembelian kembalismartphone Xiaomi dipengaruhi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahanpenggunaan, dan kepercayaan sebesar 56,5%, sedangkansisanya 43,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci:Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Kepercayaan dan  ePurchase Intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor wali kota sorong papua barat tahun 2018. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai  kantor wali kota sorong papua barat yang diambil sampelnya sebanyak 50 orang pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study ,Yaitu jenis penelitian untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel Dependent dan variabel independent.sedangkan analisis yang digunakan analisis univariat,bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Insentif yang diberikan kepada pegawai belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan,dimana dari 50 orang  pegawai yang dijadikan sampel memiliki insentif cukup sebanyak 22 orang pegawai dengan persentase 44,0 %, sedangkan yang memiliki insentif kurang sebanyak 28 orang pegawai dengan persentase 56,0 %. tunjangan yang diberikan kepada pegawai dari 50 sampel yang diambil terdapat 25 orang pegawai memiliki tunjangan cukup dengan persentase sebesar 50,0 %, sedangkan yang memiliki tunjangan kurang sebesar 25 orang pegawai dengan persentase 50,0 %. penghargaan yang diberikan kepada pegawai belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan,dimana dari 50 orang  pegawai yang dijadikan sampel memiliki penghargaan cukup sebanyak 22 orang pegwai dengan persentase 44,0 %, sedangkan yang memiliki penghargaan kurang sebanyak 28 orang pegawai dengan persentase 56,0 %.

Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of exchange rates and crude oil price either simultaneous or partial to the stock return at PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk. and PT Astra Internasional Tbk. The data which is applied in this research is the automotive companies’ stock prices, Rupiah exchange rates, and crude oil price from 2006 to 2016. The multiple linear regressions are applied as the analysis technique by carrying out F test and t test. Based on the F test it is found that simultaneously the rupiah exchange rates and crude oil prices have influence to the stock return. Based on the t test it is found that partially the rupiah exchange rates have no influence to PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk stock return but have influence to PT. Astra Internasional Tbk stock return and crude oils prices have influence to stock return. t test indicates the dominant influence to the stock return PT. Indomobil Sukses International Tbk is crude oils variable and stock return PT. Astra International Tbk is exchange rates variable

Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat (1)pengaruh Ramadhan terhadap return saham dan (2) volumeperdagangan saham pada Jakarta Islamic Index.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah data menggunakanmetode dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis datamenggunakan uji beda yaitu uji T (T-test). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pengujian terhadap return saham sebelumdan selama Ramadhan, selama dan sesudah Ramadhan, sertavolume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah Ramadhantidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil yang berbedadidapatkan pada pengujian volume perdagangan saham selamadan sesudah Ramadhan, dimana memperoleh hasil yangsignifikan.Kata Kunci:Ramadhan, return saham, volume perdagangan saham

Abstract

This study knows wheter or not there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The research conducted in PT.Telesindoshop Sorong city. The sample us of 65 people. As for the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses simple linear regression with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Based on the results of this study indicate that the provision of PT.Telesindo’s incentives has an influence on employee performance and significantly influence. Based on the results of data analysis, the incentive variable coefficient (X) is 0.564 while the constant is 28,282, so the regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 28,282 + 0,564 X. The provision of incentives influences the performance of PT. Telesindoshop employees. The results of the analysis indicate that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Tesindoshop employees. With a significant value of 0.042, in this study used a significant level is 0.05 or 5% means 0.042 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, Ha is the effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Every increase in the provision of incentives to PT. Telesindo employees will increase employee performance by 0.564.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the responsesensitivity and the direction of consumer response, This type ofresearch used in this study is an ex post facto research. Subjectsin this study were students who had been riding a scooter andHonda Beat Honda Beat scooter old and new are sampled asmany as 100 respondents to represent the population residing inUST and UTY.  The results showed that the major changes in response toproduct scooter Honda Beat is at 44.10 and the level ofimportance of attributes, the highest average value shown on thebody design attributes (3.41), it indicates that the consumer hasan interest in the design of the scooter body Honda Beat. Then,the respondents' perceptions of the quality attributes of the oldHonda scooter to scooter Honda Beat New Beat at 29.269. Thus,the result that the sensitivity in response to changes in the designof Honda Beat scooter long been a Honda scooter new Beat amounted to 1,191. That is, the sensitivity is sensitive because ofthe sensitivity value of more than 1

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the value of state enterprises in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2015. State companies have an important role in the Indonesian economy. State companies also serve to generate revenue for the Indonesian government to fund the Indonesian State Budget. Factors affecting the value of state firms tested in this research are Cash Holding, Leverage, Exchange Rate, Net Working Capital, ROA, Size, and Firm Age. In addition, this study also uses control variables to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable of firm value. The control variables used in this study are International Trade, Growth Opportunity, GDP per capita, and Total Asset Turnover Ratio. This study uses a sample of state companies listed on the IDX 2011-2015. This research uses multiple regression analysis to test the influence of independent variable and control variable to Dependent variable. The results show that Cash Holding, Leverage, Exchange Rate, Net Working Capital, ROA, Size, Firm Age, International Trade, Growth Opportunity, GDP per capita, and Total Asset Turnover Ratio simultaneously have significant effect on firm value measured by tobin-q. The t test shows that firm size partially has a significant negative effect on firm value while other variables show insignificant results.

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerjakeuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Credit Union (CU) BangunSejahtera periode 2011-2015 berdasarkan Rasio Likuiditasditinjau dari current ratio. Berdasarkan Rasio Sovabilitas ditinjaudari Net Wort To Debt Ratio, dan Total Asset To Debt Ratio.Berdasarkan Rasio Rentabilitas ditijau dari Net Profit Margin,Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Asset (ROA).Penelitian ini dilakukan di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CreditUnion (CU) Bangun Sejahtera, Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan data yang digunakanadalah data sekunder yaitu data yang telah di olah berupa Neracadan Laporan Laba Rugi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan current ratio dikatakan dalamkriteria tidak baik,.
