The type of this research uses an analytical method with a cross sectional approach. The population taken was families who had toddler age children in Prekbun Village, Pademawu Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency, as many as 159 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, so that there were 110 respondents. Data collecting using a quetionnaire. Then the results are tabulated and analyzed using Chi Square test. The results showed that 110 respondents had a good informal role (62%) and children were able to arrange toilet training (65%), while families with informal roles were quite large (24%) and children were unable to arrange toilet training (35%), and a small proportion of families have less informal roles (14%) and children cannot manage toilet training (35%). After the data was analyzed using the Chi-square test, it was obtained χ2 counts greater than χ2 tables, thus H1 was accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the informal role of the family and the ability of toddlers to arrange toilet training. Families must provide an intensive approach to children to train them to the toilet, after that they consistently run it later, because the success of toilet training is inseparable from the readiness of the child itself but good cooperation between the family.

Abstract

A Pap smear is a method for examining cells taken from the cervix and then examined under a microscope to see the changes that occur in these cells. One of the efforts taken was by examining smear (Pap smear). Based on pre-survey results in the village of Pagantenan through short interviews with 10 mothers on April 11, 2016, 3 people found out about Pap Smear and the remaining 7 people did not know about Pap Smear. This study aims to determine the WUS Knowledge Description of Pap Smear in Intan S Nurul Midwife, Amd. Keb Pamekasan Regency. This type of research is descriptive. The population is all WUS in the Polindes area, Midwife Nurul Intan S, Amd. Keb. With a sample size of 300 people. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling where the sampling is purposively based on the characteristics or characteristics of the population that have been previously known. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires with closed question forms, after the data collected is analyzed by the formula presented in the frequency distribution table. The results showed that the description of WUS's knowledge of Pap Smear in the Polindes Region of Intan S Midwife S, Amd. Keb, Pamekasan Regency can be interpreted, that is, almost all respondents have less knowledge. Based on the above phenomenon, it is necessary to hold counseling (KIE) to the community. Therefore, the participation of health workers to increase knowledge and information about reproductive health and provide counseling to women is very important in addition to meeting health professionals such as health seminars and posyandu. For women who have been married for a long time and have given birth, it is advisable to diligently carry out early detection of cervical cancer (Pap Smear) so that it can prevent cervical cancer.

Abstract

Nutrition is a process of organisms using food consumed normally through the process of absorption, transportation, storage, metabolism and expenditure of substances that are not used to maintain life, growth and normal function of organs and produce energy. One of the nutritional status of children under five is influenced by factors of socio-economic conditions, including maternal education, employment of mothers, number of children, knowledge and parenting, as well as the overall economic condition of parents. This research was conducted to find out whether there was a relationship between family socio-economic conditions on the nutritional status of children under five. Whereas in the districts of July 2016, there were 163 children under five. There were 7 children who experienced malnutrition, and 21 children who experienced malnutrition and 135 children experienced good nutrition (82.82%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge of mothers about the provision of proper nutrition with nutritional status based on Kms graphs on toddlers in Batukerbuy Village, Pasean Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency in 2018. This research is a kind of correlative description with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted in Batukerbuy village, Pasean Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency, from March to May 2018. Subsequent collection using Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 126 mothers who have children under five. The dependent variable is the nutritional status of children based on the KMS graph and the dependent variable is the level of knowledge of mothers in providing nutrition. The dependent and independent variables are measured using questionnaires and KIA books. Data analysis using the Spearman rank rank test. From the analysis of partial test obtained value r value = 0,026 < a = 0,05. means that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about providing appropriate nutrition with nutritional status based on KMS in infants. This is supported by mother's knowledge, information and experience. Nutritional status of toddlers is strongly influenced by the knowledge of mothers about providing appropriate nutrition, so it is expected that the community, especially mothers who have toddlers can increase knowledge from counseling and information about nutrition from health centers and other media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dangerous parity has more than two children or close birth distance, because it can cause changes in abnormal cells in the cervikx. Women who often have an increased risk of cervical cancer are higher (Priyanto, 2011). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parity with the incidence of cervical cancer at the Indonesian Cancer Foundation. Corelational Analytic research design with a population of 35 people with a sample of 30 people using non-random sampling type Purpositive Sampling technique. Statistical test between variables using Spearman Rank with data scale and significance level ? = 0.05 if the statistical result show ? <0.05 then H0 is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between variables. The result of this study indicated that most women suffering from cervical cancer are Multipara, which is as much as 70% and diagnosed with stage 2 as much as 46.7% at the Indonesian Cancer Foundation. The Spearman Rank statistical test result show a significance valve of significance ? = 0.00 < ? = 0.05 means that H0 is rejected, which means there is a relationship between parity and cervical cancer incidence at the Indonesian Cancer Foundation. Furthermore, based on the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient, the value ?calculated = 0.675 > ?table 0.364 show that thefe is a relationship between parity and cervical cancer incidence.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a type of malignant neoplasm that attacks breast tissue by mutating from previously normal cells that have anti-social properties against normal cells of the body (Depkes, 2007). Breast cancer as one of the second highest causes of death in women in Indonesia. Doing breast self-examination (SaDaRi) is considered to be very effective in detecting early breast cancer events. The problem that is happening right now is that the public's knowledge about SaDaRi is still lacking. a peer education is one of the activities of youth care services which is often used to provide adolescent reproductive health information, but in its implementation the program is still not running optimally. One way to improve the reproductive health of young women is by providing education and stimulation on how to examine their own breasts (SaDaRi). The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of Peer Group Empowerment on Self-Breast Examination Behavior (SaDaRi) in Adolescent Girls at SMAK St. Thomas Morus Regency of Ende. The design / design used in this case study is True experimental using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Researchers divided the group into two groups with different treatments, namely a control group of 30 people who were given health education through lectures from researchers and an experimental group of 30 people given a peer group model (peer group) with the Simple Random Sampling sampling technique. The results of this research is that there are significant differences in the level of knowledge of young women before and after health education with the Peer Group model on the behavior of breast self-examination (SaDaRi) between the experimental group and the control with p values ??of 0.005 and 0.001. Based the results of the analysis above shows a significant increase in the level of knowledge of young women about Breast Self-Examination (SaDaRi) from before and after being given health education on the behavior of SaDaRi with the Peer Group model Keyword: Breast Cancer, Peer Group, Breast Self-Examination
