Abstract

Penelitian ini  merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan model pembelajaran inquiry melalui penguatan berbasis permainan pada pokok bahasan Segi Empat, dan mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran yang dikaitkan dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan tahap-tahap penelitian menurut Akker, dengan 2 tahapan utama yaitu preliminary, dan uji formatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 2 Sukadana TP 2018/2019. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan N-Gain. Hasil uji perorangan menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry melalui penguatan berbasis permainan.termasuk dalam ketegori baik. Hasil analisis data pada uji terbatas menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa setelah diberikan model pembelajaran inquiry melalui penguatan berbasis permainan dengan kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

This qualitative research was aimed to describe student's mathematical critical thinking self-efficacy on Socrates' scientific learning. The subjects of this research were the students of the VII-A class of SMPN 1 Natar academic year 2017/2018. This research data was qualitative data about mathematical critical thinking of students obtained through scale sheets of self-efficacy, observation sheets, interviews, and journals. Data analysis was done through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. Based on the result of the research, it could be concluded that in critical mathematical conversation there was a student's mathematical critical thinking self-efficacy which predominantly emerge during mathematics learning by using the Socrates Scientific method. They were feeling interested, optimistic and confident in the dimensions of magnitude/level, also increasing the efforts in the dimensions of strength, and were guided by previous learning experience in the dimension of generality.

Abstract

This research was aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the creative problem-solving learning model which observed from the students’ mathematical representative ability. The population of this research was the students of X MIA at SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung in 2018/2019 academic year which distribute in seven classes. The samples of this research were the students of X MIA 1 and X MIA 2 which was chosen by using cluster random sampling technique. The research design was a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The data analysis showed the improvement of the mathematic representative ability was not more than 60% from the number of the students who followed the creative problem-solving learning model and improvement of the student's mathematic representative ability that followed the creative problem-solving learning model was higher than escalation of the students who followed conventional learning model. The concluded of this study was the creative problem-solving learning model is not effective which observed from the students’ mathematical representative ability.

Abstract

This experimental research aimed to find out the effect of cooperative learning models type think talk write towards student’s mathematical representation skill. The population in this research was all students of grade 7th of SMPN 1 Lumbok Seminung in the academic year 2018/2019 as many as 81 students, that distributed into three classes. The sample of this research was students of class VII A consist of 27 students and VII B consist of 27 students who were selected by cluster random sampling. The design used was the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Research data were obtained through an essay test on the comparison. Analysis of this research data used the ???? test. Based on the results of this research and discussion, it concluded that cooperative learning models type think talk write was effect towards students’ mathematical representation skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of Resuorce-Based Learning (RBL) learning model in the Absolute Value material that can improve mathematical communication and students' learning outcomes. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with planning, implementation, test cycles, and reflection. The subject in this research is a student in class X MA Hidayatul Ulum Seputih Raman. This data collection uses instruments in the form of a cycle test consisting of 5 questions for mathematical communication and a cycle test consisting of 5 questions for learning outcomes. Increased mathematical communication skills based on tests in the first cycle of 52.38% and increased in the second cycle to 71.43%. Then the increase in learning outcomes in the first cycle amounted to 42.86% and increased in the second cycle to 76.19%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the Resource-Based Learning (RBL) learning model can improve mathematical communication of class X MA Hidayatul Ulum Seputih Raman Academic Year 2019/2020.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of problem-solving abilities, student learning activities, and teacher teaching skills in Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model assisted by questions card drawers on perimeter and area materials. This classroom action research was conducted at SD 6 Jekulo with 35 students as research subjects. The study was conducted through 2 cycles, consisting of three meetings. Each cycle there are 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The independent variable in this study is the TGT model aided by the question card drawer, while the dependent variable is the mathematical problem-solving ability, student learning activities, and teacher teaching skills. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed in the first cycle mathematical problem-solving ability has not been able to achieve success indicators with a percentage of completeness of 54.29%, then increased in the second cycle with a percentage of completeness of 77.14% to achieve an indicator of success. In cycle I student activities still need guidance with a value of 60.5 then increase in cycle II with a value of 84 is enough. The skills of the teacher got a good predicate in the first cycle with the achievement of achieving 81.43% and increased to very good in the second cycle with the achievement of 87.85% success.

Abstract

This quasi-experimental research aim­ed to find out the influence of discovery learning model towards students? mathematical communication skill. The population in this research were all students of grade 7th of SMPN 20 Bandarlampung in academic year of  2018/2019 that consist of 352 students and distributed into ten classes. Through cluster random sampling technique, VII B class consist of 30 students and VII D class consist of 32 students were chosen as the research sample. This research used the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The research data were obtained by the essay test of mathematical communication skill on topic of quadrilaterals and triangle. The analysis of research data used the Mann-Whitney U test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it concluded that discovery learning model was influence towards students? mathematical communication skill.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis salah satu tujuan penting dalam proses pembelajaran, namun pada kenyataannya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa masih tergolong rendah. Pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah belum sepenuhnya memperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kemapuan berpikir kritis. Oleh karena itu diperlukan model pembelajaran yang menjadikan siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam tanya jawab, sehingga dapat memfasilitasi siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Model pembelajaran yang dimaksud adalah model pembelajaran The Learning Cell. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model The Learning Cell terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk eksperimen semu yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Post-Test-Only Nonequivalent Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII. Teknik sampling menggunakan cara Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh model The Learning Cell terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran generatif yang memanfaatkan edutainment terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Bandarlampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang terdistribusi dalam enam kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA 2 dan XI IPA 3 yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan the pretest-posttest  control group design. Data penelitian diperoleh dari tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa berbentuk essay. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji- . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran generatif yang memanfaatkan edutainment berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa.Kata Kunci: pengaruh, komunikasi matematis, pembelajaran generatif, edutainment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) memperoleh gambaran miskonsepsi siswa pada soal matematika bentuk cerita yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional; (2) memperoleh gambaran miskonsepsi siswa pada soal matematika bentuk cerita yang menerapkan model pembelajaran SSCS; (3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran SSCS terhadap miskonsepsi siswa pada soal matematika bentuk cerita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode True Experimental Design dengan bentuk posttest-Only Control Design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa tes miskonsepsi dengan menggunakan tes diagnostik two tier multiple choice disertai certainly response indeks (CRI) dan angket respon siswa. Tes diagnostik berupa tes pilihan ganda dengan alasan terbuka sebanyak 17 pertanyaan. Hasil posttest menunjukkan bahwa persentase rata-rata miskonsepsi pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 29% lebih rendah dibanding persentase rata-rata miskonsepsi pada kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran sscs (search, solve, create, share) terhadap miskonsepsi siswa pada konten matematika soal bentuk cerita.Kata Kunci: miskonsepsi, sscs, two tier multiple choice
