Abstract

The low sense of patriotism student at school became the focus of the problem in this research. In addressing this, schools have a very important role in imparts values ??and developing student?s patriotism behavior through various programs and activities was held in schools. This study aims to find out how the extracurricular activities of angklung arts can be used as a means of developing patriotism behavior. By using descriptive qualitative method, this research will examine the extracurricular activities of angklung art in developing patriotism behavior in SMA Negeri 24 Bandung. The subjects in this study are students of SMA Negeri 24 Bandung who follow the extracurricular activities of angklung arts. The results showed that the extracurricular activities of angklung art at SMAN 24 Bandung were able to inculcate the noble cultural values ??through Sundanese cultural art, in which there are cultural values ??that can foster a sense of pride and love towards the homeland of Indonesia. This can be seen from the student's patriotism behavior which is reflected in the daily activities of the school.

Abstract

  This research aims to determine: the forms of neglect of household or economic violence according to Law No. Law No. 23 Year 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence, and neglect of household or economic violence become the biggest perpetrator for a woman / wife to sue her husband divorce in Serang Religious Court. This study is a combination of normative legal research and sociological / empirical legal research using a qualitative approach. Based on this research, it is found that the form of neglect of household and economic violence according to Law No. 23 of 2004 on PKDRT are: a). Not giving life b). Not providing care, and c). Economic neglect. Household neglect or economic violence becomes the biggest perpetrator for a woman / wife to sue her husband's divorce in the Religious Court Serang due to the enforcement of criminal sanctions Article 49 of Law No.23 of 2004 on PKDRT is not effective to provide protection against wife and economic violence / family dilation by husband.

Abstract

This study is back grounded by author?s anxiety toward the fading of state defence spirit of citizen included college students. This study use qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data of study is obtained by interview, observation, and documentation study.  Result of study reveal that: 1) Lecturer team of Civic Education, MKDU Department develop Syllabus by concerning student?s cognitive, affective and psychomotor domain, then this Syllabus is used to become reference to develop Lecturing Program Unit by civic education lecturers; 2) Syllabus and Lecturing Program Unit that have been designed in implementation in class undergo much adjustments; 3) The development of student?s state defence spirit is done in learning process by discussing more deeply Indonesia geo politic and geo strategy topics because state defence topic is integrated in those two subject matter.  Whereas strategy that is implemented by lecturer is by giving example of state defence behaviour and through the story of nation struggle history that contain nationalism and patriotism value; 4) State defence spirit is done by college student by learning persistently to actualize knowledge potency, active in university student affair organization, have achievement, fortify him/herself from negative foreign culture, and apply Indonesian-ness values in attitude and behaved. Thus, college student?s predicate as agent of change, social control, and iron stock can be actualized, because self devote according to his/her profession and predicate as a college students for the sake of nation and state interest included in state defence.

Abstract

  Adolescence is a national bud that plays a role in the success of development because they are the successor of the older generation who inherited the ideals of the struggle and development of the country, though because of mental and adolescent behavior should not be damaged and involved in drug abuse. So that with such conditions can make everyone uneasy. The purpose of this research is to know the actions of Police Officers in providing mental guidance to Banjaran teenagers in order not to get involved in drugs. This research was conducted by using descriptive method, to obtain the data used in conducting observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The population studied were teenagers in the Village Margahurip is 685 people, who made the sample of 137 people. Based on the results of data obtained using Chi-quadrat formula shows that the role of police officers in overcoming drug abuse (Narcotics, Psychotropic and Addictive Substance) among adolescents in the Village Margahurip Banjaran, Bandung regency has been successfully implemented with a change in adolescent self and the existence good response from the Police Officers in the handling of the case of drugs as well as from the teenagers themselves. While the suggestion is to other authors should do researches that can change one's stance on the desire for success so it becomes a necessity. Because if someone considers desire to be a necessity then someone always wants to change.

Abstract

The Effect of School Environment Perception on the Achievement of Learning of PPKN Student of SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang Banten. This research is conducted to take a purpose one of them is to know how far the influence of school environment perception (X1) to student's learning achievement (Y) so that the result obtained by one in learning and perceives according to capacity (ability, competence, and ability) it has. The method used in this research is the correlation method that is part of the type of quantitative research. Population in this research is student / student of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang which amounted to 720 students. The sample in this research is 180 students taken by random sampling. The result of this research is the influence of school environment perceptions on the achievement of PPKN student of SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang significantly. This is proved by the acquisition of tcount = 4.049 and Sig. 0,000 <0.05. Variable perception of school environment gives contribution of 30,10% to improvement of learning achievement of PPKN. Thus that there is influence of school environment perception to student achievement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by teacher discipline problem that is: some teachers are less timely present in school and enter class, teacher leave class while lesson still ongoing teacher just give task record and problem to student so that student is outside class and outside school during class time take place. The purpose of this research is to know the role of principal in developing civic responsibility attitude toward teacher discipline (Descriptive Study at SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang Class XI IPS1) and to know principal technique in developing civic responsibility attitude to monitor teacher discipline (Descriptive Study at SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang Kelas XI IPS1). The method of this research is descriptive with the depiction in fact, the data in the form of language expression and discourse is appropriate and systematic, qualitative research is a research used to examine the condition of the object that Scientific, where Researcher is as a key instrument. The results of this study indicate the role and responsibilities of principals to support teachers in improving teacher competence, supervision techniques performed by the principal is good at providing examples of discipline against teachers. The conclusion of this research the principal reminded teachers of every ceremony on Monday and meetings to salary and idolize the first day of each week, the principal conducts X-XII class visits, checks the teacher's teaching program such as syllabus, RPP, checks the X-XII class agenda and fix the layout of the room in the school. Suggestions in this study teachers are expected to be on time attend school and enter the classroom, the teacher does not leave the class during the lesson so that students are not outside the classroom or outside the school.

Abstract

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA?s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA?s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA?s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA?s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA?s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA?s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of Pancasila education and citizenship in applying the independent character of students in class XI IPS 1 MA Mathla'ul Anwar Head of Cinangka, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in applying the independent character of students.This study uses descriptive research methods and qualitative approaches, the subject of this research is PPKn teachers totaling 2 people and class XI students totaling 10. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed by steps of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: (1) PPKn has a very important role for the application of students' independent character because PPKn does not teach the values ??of independent characters that are embedded, among them are responsiveness, no dependence on others, self-confidence, creativity, controlling yourself, make your own decisions and overcome your own problems. (2) The supporting factor is the desire of students, diversity, teachers, and parents while the inhibiting factors are the teacher's personality, school environment and bad habits as well as the adverse effects of parental treatment conditions. (3) efforts to make students apply the students' independent character, namely by collaborating between schools such as teachers, homeroom teachers, principals and parents.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of democratic values ??in the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in Darus Syifa Vocational School, Cilegon City, especially in the organizational decision-making process carried out by the student council administrators. This study uses a qualitative approach that was developed through a descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. Based on the results of research in the field it can be explained that the decision-making process that can be implemented in the Student Council includes certain majority agreements, procedures with minority group agreements and the approval of certain minority groups. These three elements are aspects contained in the decision making process where a decision is considered valid if approved by many people. This can be seen in the deliberations carried out by the Student Council in the Darus Syifa Vocational School in Cilegon, Banten where the decisions made were based on the majority of votes. Walaw even in reality there are still many that need to be increased again such as the level of participation of the Student Council administrators in expressing their opinions so that the deliberation process is more active and not passive to get the best solution from the problem.

Abstract

This mini Thesis examines effort teacher education pancasila and civic in estabilishment of morality student of class VIII MTs Shiddiq Al Farizy Baros. This research was backround by the importance of estabilishment of moral student, because observe from deviance away from etnic and manner. Moral is foundation for implant to student for be generation who is a noble. Effort teacer education pancasila and civic in estabilishment of morality student of class VIII MTs Shidiq Al Farizy Baros thisi research descriptive,qualitative, namely data, obtained likr result observe, interview, observe, dokumentation. This reserch indicates that factors that because student of MTS Shiddiq Al Farizy Baros pembiasaan, keteladanan, discus, speech, simulation ass well ass reward and punishment. Resulf from this research indicated with change in attitude and behaviour of students toward better with reflect habit obey regulation teacher when learning in the class.
