Abstract

Sales function is one of the most important elements and has a direct effect on the sustainabilityof a company. An effective and efficient sales system will determine the success of the company'sperformance. PT Samator Gas Industri (SGI) is a retail company engaged in the trading of thegas and medical gas industry. The existing sales transaction that has been running so far is stillconventional, in this case the customer only uses telephone media or comes directly to thepurchase process and the order payment process is done in cash. The way of existing salestransaction has several gaps for improvement regarding to improve services to PT SGI?scustomers. This study aims to create a sales information system design at PT Samator GasIndustri. The method used to design the sales information system is the System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) approach. To analyze the system gap, PIECES analysis is used, while the toolsused for modeling and system design are Unified Modeling Language (UML), PhP programminglanguage and MySQL database. The sales information system of the design results has featuressuch as Sales Order, Payment, Sales Administration, Sales Invoice, and others.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the business world is currently developing very rapidly.One example is the implementation of the Point Of Sale system for selling products that are doneoffline (visiting stores). In the field of transportation, such as modal buses, not all companies canprovide online ticket booking systems to customers. This is usually influenced by the location ofticket sales, as in the case of PT Primajasa perdanarayautama. The company does not provide anonline ordering system for those located at Soekarno Hatta Airport, because the mode busesprovided by this company are used as a link to aircraft transportation. This is due to the worry ofdisrupting the scheduled departure or arrival of airplanes. Although ticket sales at each counterhave used a desktop-based application system, this application cannot produce financial reports.In addition, the existing application is not interconnected between the counters. This makes itdifficult to process financial statements and often cause human error. To overcome this problem,a website-based POS MODA application is created. The research method is carried out throughseveral stages starting from planning, system analysis, system design, and finally the results ofthe system display. The purpose of making this POS MODA application is to be able to speed upthe service process of ticket sales transactions to customers, generate financial reports directly,and the finance department can monitor financial transactions that enter anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Pada bagian staf fakultas, staf akademik, staf keuangan Universitas Banten jaya, proses perekapan honormengajar dosen, belum memanfaatkan aplikasi khusus. Sampai saat ini proses rekapitulasi honor mengajardosen di Universitas Banten Jaya masih direkap secara manual dengan menggunakan Ms. Office. Hal tersebutmenyebabkan lamanya waktu proses perekapan honor mengajar dosen karena proses perekapan yangberulang-ulang mulai dari bagian operator fakultas/staf fakultas, bagian akademik dan bagian keuangan.Maka perlu dibuat suatu aplikasi perekapan honor mengajar dosen yang terkomputerisasi sehingga dapatmempercepat proses pengelolaannya serta proses pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan. Dalampengembangan sistem ini penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan basis data yangdigunakan adalah MySQL. Metode pengembangan sistem yang penulis gunakan adalah metodologi waterfall.Metodologi waterfall ini memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu Analisis, Perancangan Sistem, Implementasi danPengujian. Dalam proses pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode sampling, observasi, studi pustakadan wawancara. Aplikasi baru ini mempermudah bagian operator staf fakultas, staf akademik dan stafkeuangan dalam pengelolaan perekapan dan pembuatan laporannya

Abstract

Every certain period of time, the STIKes Yatsi Tangerang carry out a performance evaluation oflecturers to assess the performance of lecturers, determine the best lecturers, and improve the quality ofeducation. Because lecturers are an important component in leading quality universities. The existence ofquality educators is an absolute requirement for the presence of quality education systems and practices. Theabsence of a system that can assist in assessing the performance of lecturers and the lack of competencystandards for evaluating lecturer performance is a problem that exists in the running system at STIKes Yatsi inassessing the performance of lecturers. To overcome this problem, a decision support system was designed toassist in the process of evaluating the performance of lecturers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)method. The SAW method is the simplest and most widely used method. This method is also the easiest to use,because it has an algorithm that is not too complicated. The SAW method is often also known as the weightedsum method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings on eachalternative on all attributes. In this study the system design tools use the Unified Modeling Language (UML).The final result of this research is that the SAW method is expected to be able to overcome the problems inevaluating the performance of lecturers at the STIKes Yatsi Tangerang.

Abstract

Along with the development of the world of technology and information. Website is an information mediathat offers various facilities in presenting information. Speed and comfort are positive values for theinternet, especially for computer devices. The technology has changed the way of life of society andinfluences some aspects of life. Computers are now one of the devices whose existence is very useful for thecommunity. Various computer uses in life include use in the fields of communication, education, health,planning, and various other uses. Computers can help humans in completing various kinds of work quickly,precisely, and accurately so as to reduce errors that might arise if done with work done manually. Basedon this background the author plans to create a web-based school information system so that he can helpfind information and can provide an introduction to Ciwedus SDN in the internet world. The use of thisschool's web information system is an appropriate step to facilitate the information process of thecommunity at Ciwedus Elementary School in the past and at any time, the recording of Teacher and studentdata, and student data searches, and the reports produced are better and more accurate.

Abstract

The development of current computer technology with the speed of the process has enabled developers of computer-based information systems, which makes it easy for users from various fields. The preparation of this thesis discusses the creation of a web-based academic information system in the Integrated Vocational School of Bani Rusydi Cimarga. After conducting research, the authors found the problems that exist in the work unit, among others, from the data processing in the academic section has not used an integrated database system. In the processing of the schedule does not use a system that is integrated with the subject database and the teacher database. Not yet integrated between the student database in the financial section and the student database in the student / BK section. Not yet integrated between the teacher's value database with the value database in the curriculum, these problems make the performance process less effective and require a relatively longer time. From the results of the analysis that has been done, the idea is obtained that a computerized system is needed for the purposes of data processing, schedule processing, and value processing. In order for the academic system currently running at Bani Rusydi Integrated Vocational School to process data, process UTS / UAS cards and process student grades, an integrated academic information system application needs to be made.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization in the field of technology is very rapid, and has increased to human life. This we can see with what can from technology. Use technology that we can use to use electronic devices that can be used to help with day-to-day work. Likewise with today's environment many things are related to security or security as it happens in office or office that needs a lot of information and can not be done with easy access. In the future, we need a tool to access it using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and a card for entrance access on the door will boost the spirit at that time. With automatic door locks using RFID and relays that connect RFID modules with door locks and accessed with arduino, and provide  sms  notifications  for  security  if  outside  happens  to  increase  the temperature and humidity to do more and better to improve, which is then supported by history access of each RFID tag card which of every RFID tagging card will be stored in the data base.

Abstract

Development of technology in this era is now increasingly rapid, thus triggering humans to enter a new era in life known as E-Life (Electronic life), which means that in this life has been influenced by various needs electronically. At present there are increasingly widespread activities that have been based on electronic devices to support human needs such as e-commerce, e-library, e-government, e-journal, e-medicine, e-laboratory, e-learning and other things related to devices electronic. Because this is an early age Arabic language teaching must be done to prepare themselves to compete in the current era of globalization. but in terms of teaching Arabic to early childhood there are obstacles, namely children sometimes get bored and lazy when learning Arabic. The design of this application is based on Android mobile to facilitate learning. The purpose of designing this application so that children are not bored learning English and have an interest in learning Arabic, in addition to directing the habit of children playing into children more like learning Arabic.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, government agencies in general operate their management using a computerized system. The system is a collection of elements / elements that are interrelated and influence each other in carrying out joint activities to achieve a goal. The system is very necessary in an organization or company, or service. The smooth running of government and development is very dependent on the performance of the state apparatus, especially the Civil Servants as development planners and implementers. In completing various tasks and responsibilities that constitute an effort to carry out the duties of the Civil Servant, the employee needs to be fostered as well as possible. Performance appraisal is known by the term performance rating, performance appraisal, personnel assessment, employee evaluation is an evaluation activity carried out by the Office or company on employee work performance. Employees are people who are employed in a particular body, both in government institutions and in business entities. An employee appraisal method, namely management by objectives, is a process of approval of objectives within an organization so that management and employees approve these objectives and understand what their position is in the organization.

Abstract

Intelligence Quotient is a score derived from a test tool. This study aims to create a test application intelligence quotient. The method used in this research is the literature that begins with collecting information and data relating to IQ tests, after it analyzed to find the problems and deficiencies in the IQ test. These results indicate that IQ tests manually requires a lot of equipment, such as test kits, worksheets, a measure of time and stationery. In this process if there is equipment that is experiencing a shortage or damage will be an obstacle to the implementation of the IQ test. In the manual iq test scores can not be determined quickly. With applications built an IQ test can overcome many obstacles and test equipment due to damage or lack of test equipment. With an IQ test is implemented into an application so determining IQ tests can be done quickly.
