Abstract

This research is k a test of the influence of marketk orientation, social capital and product innovation lon marketing performance at Pusat Grosir Solo. The populationkin this studylis traders in Pusat Grosir Solo, the sample of the research amounted to 100 people, sampling techniques using accidental sampling, which is done by givingpa questionnairepto be filled out by traders at Pusat Grosir Solo. The data analysiss method used inn this study is descriptivepstatistical analysisoand regressionpanalysis. Descriptiveo statistical analysisiis thekinterpretation of datakobtained in the studypand the results of data aprocessing that has been carried out by giving explanations and explanations. Regression analysis includes validityy and reliabilityk test, classic assumptionm test, mmultiple regressionn analysiss, determination test, F test and t ttest. The results of the F test show that market orientation, social capital, and product innovation concurrent influence on the marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing market orientationn has a positivee and significantt effect on marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. Social capital has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. The results of the coefficient of determination, the results of the calculation of multiplee linearr regressione analysis cann bee seenn that thee adjusted amount of R2 obtained is 0.651 or 65.1%. This shows that market orientation, social capital and product innovation has an influence on the marketing performance of traders at Pusat Grosir Solo by 65.1%. Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia diadopsi dari Bahasa Melayu. Bahasa Indonesia dianggap lahir pada awal abad ke-20 bersamaan dengan lahirnya hari Kebangkitan Nasional. Latar belakang pemunculan interferensi bahasa dapat ditelusuri dari penutur dan bahasa yang dituturkannya. Weinreich (1970:64-65) mendeskripsikan beberapa faktor yang dapat dipandang sebagai latar belakang munculnya gejala interferensi, yaitu: (1) Kedwibahasaan para peserta tutur. (2) Kurangnya loyalitas pemakaian bahasa penerima. (3) Tidak cukupnya kosakata penerima dalam menghadapi kemajuan dan pembaruan.(4) Menghilangnya kata-kata yang jarang digunakan. (5) Kebutuhan akan sinonim.(6) Prestise bahasa sumber dan gaya bahasa. Interferensi merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab kesalahan berbahasa karena merusak sistem suatu bahasa. Interferensi merupakan kekeliruan yang disebabkan oleh adanya kecenderungan membiasakan pengucapan (ujaran) suatu bahasa terhadap bahasa lain. Cakupan pengucapannya adalah satuan bunyi, tata bahasa, dan kosakata. Secara umum, interferensi merupakan gejala bahasa yang timbul di dalam masyarakat bilingual dan atau multilingual. Kontak bahasa  mengakibatkan terjadinya penyimpangan kaidah- kaidah bahasa, penyerapan dan penggunaan kosakata bahasa asing. Penyimpangan kaidah-kaidah bahasa dan penyerapan bahasa asing dikatakan sebagai interferensi. Penyimpangan kaidah bahasa berupa perubahan bunyi (fonologi), susunan kata berupa pola frase (morfologi) dan struktur kalimat (sintaksis). Penyerapan bahasa asing dapat berupa pengambilan kosakata asing dan penyesuaian ejaan bahasa asing ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Penggunaan bahasa asing berupa leksikal yang belum atau tidak diindonesiakan. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa interferensi terjadi yang terjadi disebabkan oleh kekurangpengetahuan terhadap bahasa target. Sealin itu disebabkan oleh kedudukan lawan bicara dan faktor- faktor yang menyangkut pribadi seorang penutur yang tidak menguasai bahasa dalam masyarakat tutur. Walaupun peristiwa interferensi merupakan hal yang lazim dan wajar terjadi, akan tetapi cenderung bersifat merugikan dan merusak hubungan makna dalam berkomunikasi. Oleh karena itu, dalam berkomunikasi agar selalu menerapkan kaidah berbahasa agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman.Kata Kunci : Aktualisasi, Interferensi, Bahasa Daerah, Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris materi menulis teks pendek undangan melalui model pembelajaran cooperative learning Jigsaw pada siswa kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo semester I tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris materi menulis teks pendek undangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, yang awalnya 17 siswa (56,67%) meningkat menjadi 22 siswa atau 73,33% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 16,66% dibandingkan kondisi awal. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 26 siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM atau 86,67% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 13,34% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative learning jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris materi menulis teks pendek undangan pada siswa kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, menulis teks pendek undangan, Jigsaw  Abstrak Bahasa Inggris :This study aims to improve the English learning achievement of short invitation text writing material through cooperative learning Jigsaw learning model in grade IX E students of SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. The research method using Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings, with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class IX E Junior High School 7 Sukoharjo first semester of academic year 2017/2018. With a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this research is to improve English learning result of short invitation text writing material. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students who managed to get the value of KKM, which initially 17 students (56.67%) increased to 22 students or 73.33% or an increase of 16.66% compared to the initial conditions. While in the second cycle increased to 26 students who got a value above the KKM or 86.67% or an increase of 13.34% from the previous. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that with the implementation of cooperative learning jigsaw learning model can improve English learning achievement of short invitation text writing materials on students of class IX E Junior High School 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial competence, incentive and dicipline to employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Incentive influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely 1) To know and measure partially the influence of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation on the performance of the RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso, Wonogiri Regency. 2) To find out and measure the influence of organizational culture, discipline and motivation on the performance of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. The population is all employees of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso, Wonogiri Regency, there are a total of 735 employees. The sample in the study was 74 respondents. Methods of collecting data using documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear test, t test, f test, specified coefficient. Results and conclusions: 1) Partially, there was a significant effect of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation on the performance of RSUD dr. Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi kemampuan menanggapi isi laporan melalui model cooperative learning pembelajaran kepala bernomor struktur (NHT) pada siswa kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo semester I tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi kemampuan menanggapi isi laporan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, meningkat dari 13 siswa atau 54,16 menjadi 16 siswa atau 66,66% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 12,50% dibandingkan kondisi awal. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 21 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau 87,50% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 20,84% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model cooperative learning pembelajaran kepala bernomor struktur (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi kemampuan menanggapi isi laporan pada siswa kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, Bahasa Indonesia, isi laporan, cooperative learning NHT  Abstrak Bahasa Inggris :This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia material the ability to respond to the contents of the report through the model of cooperative learning headed learning structure number (NHT) on students of class VIII F SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perception price, membership card and service performance on purchasing decisions at Lotte Mart Surakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this study is consumers who buy product at Lotte Mart Surakarta whose numbers are not infinite. The sample in the study amounted to 100 people with the sampling technique using non probability. Sampling is the accidental sampling method, method of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Technique of data analysis in the contents of this study using multiple linier regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that the results of the F test show that there ia a simultaneous influence between perceived price, membership card and service performance on purchasing decisions at Lotte Mart Surakarta. Based on the t test in this study shows that the perceptions price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lotte Mart Surakarta. Membership card has a positive and significant effect on purcashing decisions at Lotte Mart Surakarta. Service performance has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lotte Mart Surakarta. The coefficientof purchasing descisions perceptions price, membership card, and service performance have an effect of 0,54% on purchasing descisions at Lotte Mart Surakarta. Abstract

Concrete efforts that can support the improvement of the quality of professional performance of employees are training, motivation, and work discipline. These three factors are considered very decisive, because if they are observed and done well, it will have a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources or employee performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of discipline, training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance of Big Hall Region Bengawan Solo River. Research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was all employees of the Central Bengawan Solo River Region of 600 employees, using Simple Random Sampling taken 25%, obtained a sample of 150 employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, competence, and work discipline on teacher performance. This study includes a type of quantitative research that explains the relationship between variables and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were all teachers at Al-Islam 1 Middle School in Surakarta, totaling 63 people. The entire population is taken as a sample. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Motivation, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. Teacher performance will increase if teachers have high work motivation, good and appropriate teaching competencies, and have high discipline in work; (2) Motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the motivation to teach, the higher the teacher's performance; (3) Competence has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the teaching competency, the higher the teacher's performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1.
