Abstract

Daring service provider business is growing rapidly at this time, followed by fierce competition between daring service providers. It is very important for them to survive and win in this business competition. For that, they need to identify their service quality from their site based on customers? perception, knowing the satisfaction of their customers, how deep the trust of their customers and how extent of their customer loyalty toward the daring service providers. The purpose of this study is to analyze e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-trust and e-customer loyalty of Gojek. The research was conducted on service users Gojek (Go-ride) by distributing 400 questionnaires in Jakarta and Tangerang area and there were 121 questionnaires that can be used. Each variables was measured with 5 Likert scale. In this study, the validity test was using factor loading value of ? 0.6 and the reliability test was using the composite reliability ? 0.7 and variance extracted ? 0.50. There were fourteen hypotheses was tested in this study. The model fit and hypothesis testing was done by using SEM. The results of this study are Ease of use, E-scape, Responsiveness, Customization and Assurance which are five dimension of e-service quality that used in this study had no positive effect on e-satisfaction, e-satisfaction had an effect on e-trust, e-trust had no effect on behavioral loyalty, affective loyalty, loyalty cognitive and conative loyalty and e-satisfaction had effect on behavioral loyalty, affective loyalty, loyalty cognitive and conative loyalty.Keywords: e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-trust, e-loyalty, e-commerce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship and how strong the relationship between job satisfaction and achievers motivation. This study uses survey methods, sampling research was carried out by means of a stratified random sampling. From a population of 126 people were chosen as much as 120 people as respondents, in accordance with the Slovin formula; with details of 32 people involved to test the instrument, while the remaining research 88 people as samples in the collection of research data, selected by simple random sampling. Based on the conclusion of the research results can be said that employees performance can be enhanced through efforts to increase job satisfaction and increased achievers motivation. Increased job satisfaction can be done with decent wages policy, any chance of promotion as a fair, equitable and tranparent, congruency between tasks and interests of workers and there are awards to workers who are achievers.Increase the achievers motivation can be done with any hope of a better future, there is justice in the working environment, there is a sense like accept responsibility, there is a sense of love to receive feedback and orientation on the achievement of goals. In this study only examined the limited influence of the job satisfaction and achievers motivation for the employees performance.Key Words- Job satisfaction, achievers motivation and employees performance.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan didirikan bukan untuk mengalami kebangkrutan, untuk itu diperlukan suatu alat yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem peringatan dini. Salah satu alat tersebut adalah model Z-Score altman yang berguna untuk memprediksi kinerja keuangan perusahaan, kinerja keuangan yang buruk dapat memicu kebangkrutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sepuluh perusahaan properti di Indonesia yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ), dengan menggunakan simple random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Dipilihlah PT. Lippo karawaci Tbk., PT. Summarecon Serpong agung Tbk., PT. Ciputra surya Tbk., PT. Roda Panggon harapan Tbk., PT. Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk., PT. Cipto kontrindoreksa Tbk., PT. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk., PT. Duta Pertiwi Tbk., PT. Kridaperdana Indahgraha Tbk. Dan PT. Lamicitra Nusantara Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diketahui secara teoritis ada 5 perusahaan berada pada kategori bangkrut, ada 2 perusahaan berada di gray area dan 3 perusahaan berada pada kategori sehat. Untuk perusahaan yang sudah berada pada kategori sehat dapat mempertahankan sistem manajemen yang sudah ada, untuk perusahaan yang berada di gray area perusahaan diindikasikan mengalami masalah keuangan yang harus ditangani dengan penanganan manajemen yang tepat dan untuk perusahaan yang masuk kategori bangkrut, manajemen harus secepatnya melakukan penanganan yang tepat jika tidak perusahaan akan mengalami kebangkrutan. Kata kunci : Analisis laporan keuangan, Analisis Z-Score, Analisis kesehatan

Abstract

Traditionally, mall developers have tried to attract consumers through store diversity and availability of products in one place (one-stop shopping concept). But now, consumer market is more segmented. To obtain customer loyalty, mall must be able to attract unique motives and experiential needs, not just offering a shopping place that provides complete items at attractive prices. This paper aims to answer a major challenges in the success of the mall to attract visitors on the online shopping trends. Data were collected using questionnaires to mall visitors in Jakarta. A sample of 380 was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. This study suggests that physical shopping centers must be create a new atmosphere to attract different segments. hopping malls must provide different concepts and create new experiences that consumers can?t get in online purchases. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of the implementation of Know Your Customer to the banks financial performance. Quantitaive description analysis was used to evaluate the answers of 26 respondents from a questionnaire. Descriptive statistic shows that 60%-70% respondents agreed that there is an effect from the implementation of KYC against money laundering action and financial performance of financial institution.However regression analysis shows that there is no significant effect between implementation of KYC and financial performance of financial institution. Abstract

Workers as human resouce contribute significantly to productivity in an organization. Their contribution is big even when technology has replaced some of their rules and functions. However, workers are not free from facing problems at the work place related to the work that they do, the work place itself, other wokers etc. Research conducted at a Songket handicraft industry X is to identify sources of dissatisfaction face by their workers at the work place. The study also intends to see how the workers express their feelings of dissatisfaction and to understand workers attitude towards their place of work. This is an empirical study using questionnaire and interview as tha main techniques in a survey for gathering data. A total of 20 respondents were met. The SPSS program was used to analyze the quantitative data. The fundings show that the main cause of dissatisfaction among the workers is the wages they receive. Other extrinsic (such as management style, work burden and depression from other workers)) and intrinsic factors (such as appreciation and respect) also contribute to the dissatisfaction among workers. Besides that, problem at work place continues because the workers are not concern about their right and welfare. As such it can be said that workers need to be managed well and their well being looked after. Otherwise, it could be a cause of dissatisfaction among the workers and without proper channels to help address it could lead the workers to express them in the informal and negative ways.Key words : human resource, songket, handy craft

Abstract

The purpose of this survey is to examine the effect of satisfaction and trust to commitment and their impact to loyalty. The population includes everyone who travelling to Bandung from Jakarta by toll road suttle service Cipaganti and Xrans. There were 300 respondents purposively selected. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling produce the following results : 1) satisfaction influences commitment, 2) Trust influences commitment, 3) commitment influences loyalty, 4) Satisfaction influences loyalty, 5) Trust influences loyalty. Key Words- Trust, satisfaction, commitment, loyalty.

Abstract

The main tasks of lecturers in education is mentoring. Topics mentoring can be anything, including the related to their academic achievement. This research is the development of previously conducted research using a qualitative approach to sample 5 student informants. The study resulted in the finding that the lecturer's role as a mentor is needed in the educational environment entepreneurship. The aim of this study was conducted to see mentoring influence lecturer with student achievement increased done with quantitative approach. Data was collected using purposive sampling. The criteria used is minimal student academic mentoring activities three times in the first half had been a student with a minimum of 1 year and students are students majoring in Management University Ciputra. The result mentoring has a positive influence on students' academic achievement as students are encouraged to get the best value according to their targets.Keywords: mentoring, student academic achievement, entrepreneurship, education environment

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to acknowledge the supporting factors of a successful quality management system, especially in higher education. The core of the Quality Management System is about the system that was issued by the top management to make sure all the processes done properly. ISO 9001 has set out the criteria or requirements for higher education institution applying quality management system. Formerly this standard was applied by manufacturing industries to assure their products fulfill the customer requirements. Furthermore, it would culminate the customer's satisfaction level. Meanwhile, the quality management system regulated by Indonesian Government has had an evolution, especially in the accreditation processes applied for higher education institution, which give small amount of latitude through its many standards to be accomplished by those of which operating in Indonesia. There are some factors that may support and affect the quality management system. Therefore, through this research, the researcher want to quarry the main factor that support the success of quality management system applied in the university. So,: the institution will focus all its energy to work on the key factor that influence the success of the Quality Management System in higher education. This research is applying a qualitative method. The researcher interviews some experts with plenty experiences in pioneering Quality Management System in Bina Nusantara University. As a result, the researcher finds that there many factors that determine the success of quality management system application, some of which are the leader's commitment and competencies, leadership model, excellent process and a solid team.Keywords: Quality Management System, higher education, leadership

Abstract

At present, a logistic services for coal manufacturer company is very important. However, often happen that production process goes faster than logistic services in delivery mining product from the mining area to the port. DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is expected will produce a parameter that can use to justified whether the perfomance of the job effective and efficient. This research will focus on evaluating the performance of four Small Medium Enterprise which operate their business in delivering the coal mining, from the mining area to the harbour. Element of the input is the number of the truck, loading and unloading manpower, and the number of truck which is return in one hour. Element of the output is the number of coal mining at the port. After data is analyzed by WinQSB, the conclusion is obtained that SME C and D operate better In terms of efficiency and optimization of than SME A and B.
