Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the influence of internal audit quality, individual morality, application of accounting information systems, and job satisfaction, Asimetrical Information, Good Governance towards accounting fraud tendency. The population in this study consisted of bank employees at BTN KC, BNI KC, BRI Syariah KC and BCA KCP in Tangerang city. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. In this study, the total sample was 88 respondents. The data type used is primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire answers by the sample. Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) path modeling method is used as an analysis method. The results of this study indicate that internal audit quality and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant influence on accounting fraudulency, individual morality has a positive and significant influence on accounting fraudulent tendencies, and the application of accounting information systems has a positive and insignificant influence on accounting fraud tendencies.

Abstract

This study examines how citizen participation in the democratic process in West Papua Province, especially the Waisai community in Raja Ampat Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using observations and interviews as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicated that the level of citizen participation was highly dependent on the process of political education provided. The role of electoral institutions was still not optimal in providing political understanding to the public. Citizen participation in democratic processes such as legislative and regional head elections was still not optimal. Thus, citizen understanding of the democratic process needs to be improved to reach awareness in building democratic values in West Papua Province.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the management of Village Original Income in Kerobokan Village and the role of BUMDes to be able to increase Village Original Income and Rural Original Income Management strategy to improve the economy.. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies are then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the management carried out by Kerobokan Village Government is in accordance with the management procedure, BUMDes play a role in increasing the Village's Original Income so that the Village Government could carry out the development which impact on the village economy and the strategy implemented by the Village Government puts forward the coordination and cooperation.

Abstract

Various programs and techniques have been carried out to reduce the amount of waste which increasingly alarming day by day. Bangunrejo Village in Patebon Subdistrict Kendal Regency made a waste management program which initiated since early 2017 with collect-haul to village landfill-collect-haul to regional landfill-dispose-burn which require a lot of money. This research aims to determine the process of waste management so that an effective waste management strategy is obtained. The method used in this research was the qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained from primary data which was taken from an interview with the residents and the worker as well as secondary data from documents and direct observation. Data was collected using triangulation techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The analysis used in this research was SWOT to obtain effective waste management strategies. The results show that the residents of Bangunerejo Village have already had the awareness to keep the environment clean even though they still can?t manage the waste well. The residents also still have a limited understanding of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) even though sometimes they already applied this to their daily life. The Bangunrejo Village waste management program is an environmental care program that must be sustained and succeeded to reduce the volume of waste.

Abstract

Industrial Era 4.0 exposes people to global uncertainty. This condition requires an integrated and comprehensive response to anticipate the emergence of new problems, one of which is the increasing number of unemployment in Indonesia. Recordings of the Central Bureau of Statistics in August 2018 stated that the open unemployment rate was still dominated by vocational high school graduates. One effort to deal with this condition is by equipping students with entrepreneurial competencies. Hopefully after graduation, students are able to have an independent business. This study was conducted to measure the success of learning entrepreneurship subjects and their role in growing students? intentions in entrepreneurship. This research was conducted at SMK (Vocational Senior High School) 17 YP Selorejo using a quantitative approach with correlational type. The research respondents were students majoring in Commerce, using a full sample of 50 students. The data analysis uses product moment and multiple linear regression analysis. After the data analysis process was carried out, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously, entrepreneurship subjects are divided into two variables, namely the students' understanding of material (material understanding) variables and the teaching methods chosen by the teacher significantly influence students? entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Silver handicraft is one of the Balinese export commodities. It has a unique design and manufacturing process method. This craft supports the Bali tourism industry. Bongkasa Pertiwi is one of the villages in Badung regency. The people of this village living as silver craftsmen. The design of this village silver handicraft is quite popular and still exists. This is caused by they adopting cultural values and having an entrepreneurial spirit in managing business resources and performance. The aim of this study is to examine the pattern of cultural value (Bali local wisdom) to entrepreneurial orientation, financial resources and profitability of SME. The respondents of this study were 38 SMEs in the Bongkasa Pertiwi, Bali. Data analysis was performed using PLS (partial least square). The results of this study (1) the value of Bali's local wisdom has a positive and significant impact on financial resources of SMEs, (2) the value of Bali's local wisdom has a positive and not significant impact on SMEs profitability, (3) financial resources have a negative and significant impact on SMEs profitability (4) entrepreneurial orientation has a negative and significant impact on financial resources of SMEs, (5) entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant impact on SMEs profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the professional skills of the supervisor board and paternalistic culture on the credit distribution efficiency of LPD in Denpasar City. The sample in this study was the chairman of the LPD and the cashier at the LPD. The method of determining sample uses a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample size of 70 auditors is obtained. This study uses a questionnaire method in collecting data. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) application. The results showed that: (1) Professional skill of the supervisor board has a positive influence on the efficiency of credit distribution of LPDin Denpasar City. (2) Paternalistic culture moderates the influence of the supervisor board professional skills on the efficiency of credit distribution of LPDin the city of Denpasar. This means a strong paternalistic culture, capable of strengthening the professional skills of the supervisor board and influencing the efficiency of credit distribution.

Abstract

When the Indonesian people experienced the economic crisis of 1997-1998, it resulted in farmers having difficulty accessing the products used as their production facilities. They solved the problem by pioneering social entrepreneurship. This study explores motivation, leadership and social networks as independent variables in the process of pioneering social entrepreneurship conducted by Sumber Makmur I Farmers Community in, Lawang, Malang, East Java. Then identified the three variables to determine the dominant variable influencing the pioneering of social entrepreneurship. The method used in this study is quantitative. The population is 40 farmers who plant rice with organic methods that are collected by census. The results showed that motivation, leadership and social networks had influence on the efforts of pioneering social entrepreneurship conducted by the Sumber Makmur I Farmers Community. The leadership variable was the dominant variable.

Abstract

The local government work plan is a translation of the medium-term regional development plan for a period of 1 (one) year. In the process, however, the regional government of the Sekadau Regency was able to accept only a small part of the community's proposals when drafting. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how community participation in the preparation of the Sekadau Regional Government Work Plan in West Kalimantan Province in 2019. The research method used in this study was a qualitative method. The results of the participation of the Sekadau Regency community in providing information on conditions, needs and attitudes in the preparation of the Sekadau regency local government work plan in 2019 have not received a good response from the government, as shown by the many community proposals, but the The community still does not know whether the proposal has been accepted or not accepted by the government. The conclusion of this study is the participation of the Sekadau Regency community in the preparation of the Sekadau Regency local government work plan in 2019, which has not yet received a good response.

Abstract

Fastrata buana corporation was founded in 1992 in Jakarta. The fastrata buana handles the sale and product distribution of the kapal api group to ensure delivery to customer. Fastrata buana is the largest distribution company in Indonesia With branch and distribution point in Sumatra, Java, Bali, kalimantan, sulawesi and even Papua.The research aims to see  what is a marketing strategy of the company's products. By doing SWOT analysis, counting the IFAS and EFAS get recapitulation S-W = a score of 1.5 and O-T =  a score of 1,25.It shows that the company's strategy lies within the quadrant 1.  Based on analysis of the internal strategy factors that can be seen in the diagram of the SWOT analysis, where the kopi kapal api position is in quadrant 1 that indicates the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix, which is aggressive strategy.An aggressive strategy is one that uses all the power to seize the opportunity.the strategy is one which gives benefit because having opportunity and power to be used improving Fastrata buana corporation.
