Jurnal Teknologi Informasi, Komputer dan Aplikasinya disingkat dengan JTIKA diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Teknik Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Mataram sebagai wadah publikasi hasil penelitian original dalam di bidang teknologi informasi, ilmu komputer dan aplikasinya. JTIKA adalah open access jurnal dengan online ISSN 2657-0327 dan proses review secara blind dan peer-review yang dilakukan oleh sekurang-kurangnya 2 orang reviewer. Abstract

This paper presents an expert system disease of the red-eye web-based using the decision tree with forward chaining algorithms. The aims are to design and to implement a web-based expert system of disorders of the red-eye (disease) and to provide a second opinion web tool based for diagnosing the red eye (disease). The system was built using framework CodeIgniter with php and html. The experimental results show that the system has run well which is indicated by valid black box achievements, 55% of conformity to experts from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Mataram and 4.19 of five leakage scale of MOS parameter. It means that the expert system of the red-eye disease has been work properly and potentially to be implemented for the community.

Abstract

IPS is a lesson at the elementary school level. Based on the curriculum at SDN 22 Ampenan which uses the 2006 KTS curriculum, each student learns to use the media of LKS and books as the supporting media. The availability of the media has less influence on students. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based application which can support the school. This application aims to help the learning process of students with multimedia available in the application. This application displays materials, images, videos, and evaluations which are contained in the exercises and games of each chapter in grades 5 and 6.This application is built using android studio version 2.2.1 with the Java programming language. Besides this application is also developed using the waterfall model. The testing method used is a black box and MOS testing. Testing using the MOS method on application quality shows that 62.5% of the respondents stated strongly agree, teacher respondents stated strongly agree with the percentage of 62.75%.

Abstract

By utilizing IT network infrastructure services optimally, the use of information systems and other IT activities in RSUD Provinsi NTB will run smoothly. However, there are some problems such as devices acquisition, maintenance and network infrastructure security that must be overcome to achieve the best services in accordance with the vision and mission. This research uses COBIT 4.1 framework and maturity level as a metric of current conditions and expected conditions in RSUD Provinsi NTB. This observation results that the current maturity level is 3 and is expected to be 5. We also propose some recommendations for improvements that are expected to overcome the faced problem and make improvements to the existing IT network infrastructure service.

Abstract

STIE 45 Mataram is in the stage of implementing information technology in achieving the existing vision and mission. But there are problems such as the absence of a special section that controls the management of information technology, the lack of staff who are skilled in the IT field and the responsibility for each IT team member who is not yet organized. Therefore, a guide is needed to help resolve this problem, which is in this study uses the COBIT 4.1 Framework. The selected IT process attributes are PO4 and AI7. The average attribute condition is currently at maturity level 2. The expected condition is at maturity level 4 except the attribute SE in PO4 which is at maturity level 5. The recommendations are given in the form of steps to increase the maturity level, form an action plan equipped with an implementation schedule and estimated time that can be run.

Abstract

One of the tasks of a university is teaching. To keep the quality by improving the teaching qualifications, materials, teaching facilities, and infrastructure. but, one of the important things is to keep the quality of teaching. The quality of teaching can be measured from the feedback of the students. Informatics Department of Mataram University has a system to get feedback from its students called SIKBM (a questioner system for teaching). Unfortunately, not of all the students will fill this questioner because there is no interest for the students. So, we apply a web service system that connects SIKBM and SIA (academic information system). It will force the students to access SIKBM as a requirement to fill KRS (Course selection sheet) on SIA. The result shows that on even semester of 2017, we gain feedback for all of the courses we did not get in the previous years.

Abstract

Muroja?ah is a method of repeating new memorization and old memorization that be heard to other people. This method is very popular in Indonesia. In order to make the learning process isn?t boring, it is required a learning media that can be used anytime, one of them are using Android application. The research describes how to build a Qur?an recitation correction application based on Android and integrate it with Google Speech so that application built more interesting and interactive with users. Google Speech be integrate as voice input media, users requested recite Qur?an verses then Google Speech will convert their voice to text. Text result obtained then matched with text in source code. Result of testing the accuracy of Google Speech implementation on this application it?s 100%, that means it?s been as expected.

Abstract

The research of motor vehicle tracking system using GPS have been done by some researchers. However those researches still have problems, such as the location?s accuracy, data transmision that is still manual using SMS, and systems that have not been integrated with the web server. This research applies the concept of Internet of Things on a vehicle system device consisting of four parts. There are an Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller as part of control, GY-NEO6MV2 GPS module providing position information, SIM900A GSM/GPRS module used to send or receive data from server, and web-based information system used to monitor position of vehicle. From the results it can be concluded that GPS Tracker device that was designed has ran well and produced an average error difference of 2,457 meters.

Abstract

Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a development of the Ad-Hoc Network, where the nodes of this network have dynamic mobility. There are several types of routing protocols in MANET, one of which is AOMDV. Route discovery on the AOMDV routing protocol is done by calculating the distance based on the number of hops. If the number of hops increased, it may cause a considerable delay and a decrease in throughput. This study compares the performance of the AOMDV routing protocol with the Path Aware-AOMDV (PA-AOMDV) routing protocol. PA-AOMDV routing protocol is obtained through modifications to the performance of the AOMDV protocol with the Path Aware SHORT algorithm. The Path Aware SHORT algorithm is a method to reduce the number of hops. SHORT improves routing optimization by monitoring routes and optimizing these routes that have better paths. The performance of both protocols will be seen based on four parameters, namely throughput, average end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio, and routing overhead. Result shows that the throughput increased for 50 nodes is 61,84% and for 100 nodes is 45,2%, average end-to-end delay decreased for 50 nodes is 0,066% and for 100 nodes 0,12%, packet delivery ratio increased for 50 nodes is 60,87% and for 100 nodes 82,02%, and routing overhead decreased for 50 nodes is 67,07% and 100 nodes 45,36%.

Abstract

Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial arts in the world. Based on the data obtained, in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) there were 59 training sites or also called Dojang and the most were in the City of Mataram. Currently, for routine activities carried out are UKT, championships throughout the City of Mataram, championships throughout NTB, joint training in the City of Mataram, training for trainers in the City of Mataram, and regional referee training (WASDA). In participating in these activities, member data and other requirements are always checked, the process of checking is still manual so that it tends to be complicated and vulnerable to manipulation. In this study, a hybrid application of member data processing and event was designed and made on mobile-based Mataram City Taekwondo sports, as a solution to deal with the above problems. Based on the Black Box Testing System after testing, the system runs accordingly. Based on the testing using the questionnaire in getting the results of the respondents of website users that agree, strongly agree, and enough each of them is worth 55.55%, 17.77%, and 26.66%. For testing the use of mobile the results obtained from respondents that agree, strongly agree, and enough each is worth 48.88%, 17.77%, and 26.66%. Based on the test results above, it is concluded that the system can be used.

Abstract

One sector that greatly influences it is in terms of network security. This is due to the characteristics of the MANET network that are dynamic so that the MANET network is very easily disturbed by irresponsible parties. One of the attacks that can occur in MANET network is Route Request (RREQ) Flooding Attacks. In RREQ flooding attacks in the form of fake nodes that are outside the area of the network and broadcast RREQ to the destination node in the network, so that it meets the bandwidth capacity which results in a decrease in quality in determining the route of sending data or information to the destination node. To prevent the occurrence of RREQ flooding attacks, a prevention method for these attacks is required, namely the RREQ Flooding Attacks Prevention (RFAP). This method works by finding nodes that are likely to be malicious nodes then isolated from the network to be restored to normal nodes. This research will optimize the AODV and AOMDV routing protocols by adding RFAP prevention methods and knowing the performance of the two protocols in terms of throughput, average end-to-end delay and normalized routing load. Based on the results of the simulation, that the application of the method RFAP on AODV routing protocol can produce network quality is better than AOMDV protocol, both in terms of throughput, average end-to-end delay and normalized routing load.
