Abstract

Madrasah is a formal institution that aims to develop and enhance individual potential, both physical and psychological potential. Madrasah programs can only run smoothly if they receive community support. Therefore, madrasah leaders need to continuously foster good relations between madrasah and the community. Realizing the adiwiyata madrasah program must be supported by cooperation between the community and the madrasa to support the achievement of the program. Based on this research was carried out in the form of a case study of institutional cooperation at the adiwiyata madrasah in MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan with three research focuses, namely: 1) Implementation of institutional cooperation in adiwiyata madrasah at MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan which refers to management functions namely planning, organizing, actuating, controlling; 2) Weaknesses and obstacles in the implementation of institutional cooperation at the adiwiyata madrasa internally and externally at  MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan; and 3) Ways to overcome weaknesses and obstacles in the implementation of institutional cooperation at the adiwiiyata madrasah internally and externally.

Abstract

The educational institution must have a strategy in bringing about an improvement or change. Where strategy is a way in the process toward the goal. The progress of educational institutions today is highly demanded because of the strong flow of competition among educational institutions. Ability to compete with other institutions is a succes of educational institutions or the ability to give trust to the communit. Succes in an educational institution depends on the management applied within an institution. As well as the role of managers in embracing management systems, educational organizations and education planning to become a conducive educational environment. Because if the managed management is so good then the result to be achieved in the education will run effectively and produce a succes. Thus institutionsshould be able to embrace change management strategies in improving the quality of managerial education of Islam well.

Abstract

A school is where the internalization of religious culture to the students, so that they have a strong fortress in forming a noble character. Application of Islamic culture in an institution not be separated from the role of head of the school where the principal is responsible for the smooth implementation of education and teaching in School. The principal must be resourceful in the lead group and the delegation of duties and authorities. In the administration of activities contains in it the functions of planning, organizing, staffing, and supervision. A successful prinsipal is a participal who understand about any factors which make him be able to lead a school so that facilitate him in determining steps to make the success come true including the success in shaping islamic culture.

Abstract

Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand: 1) learning planning of moderate Islam education in the State Islamic Institute Madura 2) learning implementation of moderate Islamic education in the State Islamic Institute Madura and 3) learning evaluation of moderate Islamic education in the State Islamic Institute of Madura. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Methods of data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is: data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that: 1) learning planning of moderate Islamic education do with the preparation of syllabus and Implementation lesson Plan. 2) learning implementation of moderate Islamic educatio is a teaching strategy that is used is a discussion/debate on and problem-based learning. Meanwhile, the learning materials of moderate Islamic education containes the subjects as follow: the al- Qur'an, the History Islamic Culture, Psychology of Religion, Education of Akhlaq Tasawwuf. Philosophy of Islamic Education and Islamic philosophy. While the themes of discussion include: democracy, human rights, tolerance of differences. Further, learning evaluation of moderates Islamic education in IAIN Madura is sustainable.

Abstract

Schools and communities (publics) are two entities that can not be separated in supporting the implementation of education in an educational institution. In this case, the principal (Head of Madrasah) has an important role in establishing and maintaining relationships between the school and community elements around the school. One of the most important aspects of good duties and leadership of Madrasah principals is the communication aspect. The communication in question is how the head of Madrasah builds synergy between the school community (school environment) and builds good relations with the environment around the school or the communities around the school. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to find out how far the influence of madrasah principal communications to increase community involvement in MA Nurus Sholah by using the product moment correlation formula that its descriptions are calculated based on the numbers obtained from the questionnaire results. The results of the study indicate that Madrasah head communication influenced the increasing of community involvement in Madrasah Aliyah Nurus Sholah Akkor Pamekasan. This is evidenced by the value of "r" work after consultation on the product moment interpretation table, the value of "r" work is at 0.600 to 0800 with sufficient interpretation.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum yang muatan dikemas dengan program-program keislamian yang mana bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter islami peserta didik.dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, diketahui bahwa muatan isi kurikulum karakter islami di MI Miftahul Ulum Pulau Mandangin di aplikasikan dengan penambahan muatan kurikukulum pada bagian pengembangan diri. Pada muatan tersebut MI Miftahul Ulum pengimplementasikan program keagamaan. Selain itu di MI Miftahul Ulum juga membangun budaya yang yang islami. Proses manajemen isi kurikulum karakter islami juga dikembangan disini. Adapun dalam implementasi hal ini juga mendapat faktor penghambat dan pendukung. Adapun perubahan perilaku atau hasil dari implementasi ini bisa dirasakan seperti rendahnya pelanggaran yang yang dilakukan oleh siswa, perilaku keagamaan yang ikut serta terwujudnya budaya islami yang kental.

Abstract

The study is aimed at knowing, understanding and describing in detail the planning and implementation of the school program and the follow-up activity of academic supervision at SMPN 3 Tabelangan Sampang Madura. The approach of the study makes use of a qualitative approach through the case study. The research subjects are school principal, vice-principal, 2 senior teachers, and 10 PNS teachers and honorarium teachers. The data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study shows that the planning of the school program which is conducted by the school principal, vice-principal, and senior teachers, does not involve all related elements that affect the success of the academic supervision program. The implementation of academic supervision which involves school principal and senior teachers uses the direct method. The follow-up activity of academic supervision is merely giving founding and reinforcement to the teachers. Based on the result of the study, it is found that the implementation of academic supervision conducted by the school principal has not been reached effectively in improving the better teaching result.
