Abstract

This research aims to use tubers into tape products as a substitution for rice in the application of fermented biotechnological learning. The research used a type of local tubers such as sweet potato, which includes purple sweet potato (purple color), honey sweet potato (yellow color), white sweet potato (white color) and taro (Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott.), while the control treatment used cassava (Manihot utillisima Crantz) using completely randomized research design. The tests were conducted by looking for the alcohol content and through organoleptic test (taste) as well as the appearance of the tape products by involving 20 researchers as testers. The results showed that the making of tape using tubers through fermentation process produced an average alcohol of 3.994% in honey sweet potatoes; 1.3773% in white sweet potato; 1.0576% in purple sweet potato; 1.3295% in taro and 0.59625% in cassava. The organoleptic test conducted by the panelists showed: honey sweet potato (yellow color, soft texture, sour taste, alcoholic aroma, attractive appearance); white sweet potato (white color, soft texture, sour taste, alcoholic aroma, attractive appearance); purple sweet potato (purple color, soft texture, sour taste, alcoholic aroma, attractive appearance); taro (whitecolor, rather dense texture, sour taste, mildly alcoholic aroma, ordinary appearance) and cassava (yellow color, soft texture, sour taste, alcoholic aroma, attractive appearance).

Abstract

Entering the globalization era, education in Indonesia must follow competitive changes. All fields experienced shifts and challenges including educational institutions. Educational institutions will continue to experience changes and developments following the rapid development of information technology due to the influence of the entry of globalization era. The global demand demands the world of education to always adjust the development of technology to efforts in improving the quality of education. Many problems in the world of education include those related to the quality of education, such as the quality of graduates, the quality of teaching, and the quality of professionalism and teacher performance. It is also inseparable from leadership management, limited funds, facilities and infrastructure, educational facilities and media, resources, tools and materials, school climate, educational environment, and support from relevant parties. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of teacher competence on the effectiveness of learning at the Pharmacy Pharmacy at Saraswati Denpasar. Denpasar. Teacher competency t test results obtained a significance level of 0.048 which is smaller and a significance of 0.05 means that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of Class X vocational pharmacy students in Denpasar. The results of this study were supported by the research. The results of the student discipline t test were obtained by obtaining a significance level of 0.004 which was smaller and significance = 0.05, meaning that student discipline had a positive and significant effect on the learning effectiveness of Class X students of SMK Saraswati Pharmacy Denpasar. The results of the t test of media facilities learning obtained significance level of 0.046 which is smaller and significance = 0.05 means the learning media means a positive and significant effect on learning effectiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) to determine the significant effect of students' learning motivation on the students' learning outcomes of second semester B in the learner's developmental course, (2) to know the significant effect of students' learning discipline on student learning outcomes of second semester B on (3) to know the significant effect of the significant influence of learning motivation and learning discipline together towards the students' learning outcomes of second semester B in the course of student development Economic Education Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016 / 2017. Hypothesis proposed in this research (1) there is a significant effect of student's motivation on student's result of second semester B in course of student development of Economic Education Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017 (2) there is significant influence of student discipline on the results of student learning semester II B in the course of the development of learners of Economic Education Studies Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017 (3) there is a significant influence of motivation and discipline together towards student learning outcomes second semester B in the course the development of students of Economic Education Studies Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017.The method used in data processing is the method of regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing, two regression analysis is used to analyze the contribution between two independent variables and one dependent variable, and seek relative contribution (SR) between the independent variable and effective contribution (SE). Based on predictive predictive analysis results, predictors X1 (Learning Motivation) and X2 (Discipline Learning) to Y (Learning Outcomes), obtained Freg price of 14.14636. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 33/2, with a significance level of 5% Ftable value of 3.26. This means that, the regression line in the analysis is significant to be the basis of prediction because there is a significant contribution between the criterion (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). The relative contribution (SR) in the% of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 84.315% and Predictor X2 = 15.685% against the Y criterion in the course of Development of the Learners. Based on these results the regression line of 46.16% consisting of effective contribution of predictors X1 (Learning Motivation) = 38.92%. And the effective contribution of Predictors X2 Discipline Learning = 7.24%. While the rest equal to 53.84% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The study aims to know the effect of problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type on result of learning mathematic in the class VIII of SMP Negeri. This type of research is quasi experiment, which is using treatment by level design. The population is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara that consists 14 classes with as many students is 525 students. Samples were taken in two experimental classes and two control classes taken using the multistage random sampling technique, it was obtained by class VIII L (36 students) and VIII M (36 students) as experimental classes and VIII A (38 students) and VIII D (38 students) as control classes. Data obtained with personality type questionnaire and result of mathematics students test. The data was analyzed by using Anava Two Lines and t-scheffe as further testing. Based on the result of data analysis indicate that: 1) there is difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with  2) there is interaction between the learning model and the student personality type on the mathematics learning outcomes of students, with  3) on students with extrovert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with  4) on students with introvert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with . So, it can be concluded that problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type take effect result of the learning mathematic to the student in the class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara.

Abstract

Arja dance theatre is basically a music dance drama that uses vocal rhetoric of tembang with the title sourced from the banner story (malat). His melodic dramatic story with his ability to compose aspects of  speech, utilizing such a style of language aims to create a certain effect or power far the audience. So his functioning is dynamic, interesting, memorable and meaning ful. Lately the attention and the interest of balinese towards the arts of arja dance theater seems to be getting less fans. Balinese people recenly prefer to enjoy the instant entertainment that aired on TV. The audience is attention to the arts of arja is very diminished. It is cavsed by the amergence of arja cuddly or arja ?bondres?which the dancers are all men complete arja dance theatre is increasingly not getting the audience. But based on the observations of some researchers, there is still a group of complete arja can get the audience in their performance namely the? Kesenian Dramatari Arja RRI Denpasar?. This arja group still survive as a complete arja which has its own charm far the fans. It is because the plagers are very shrewd in using the style of speech song, it becomes a rhetorical learning and manners far the audience. As such, the study used a descriptive-qualitative design. Data colection was done through methods of observations and interviews,while techniques of data collection were done through a tape recording and note-taking. The data analysis was done in terms of theory on rhetoric.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the style of language contained in the novel Anak Rantau by A. Fuadi and the use of language style in the novel Anak Rantau by A. Fuadi in analyzing the results of studying literature in school. This type of research is a qualitative study that describes a phenomenon, object or social setting contained in a narrative writing, in analyzing literary works with words, sentences and discourse. This novel was published in August 2017 by PT. Falcon, with a total of 357 pages. In addition, data was also obtained through high school textbooks, high school curriculum and also books that were purchased or borrowed from the IKIP PGRI Bali library. Information in the form of facts that will be processed or analyzed as an element of drawing conclusions in researching. The method used in this study is an informal method that is presented in the form of words. Analysis using language styles that cover lexical or diction choices. The lexical choice is in the use of regional languages, foreign languages, slang Indonesian, and figurative languages. Novel Anak Rantau by A. Fuadi and Novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruh both study language style. Novel Anak Rantau by A. Fuadi, the language style or form that is widely used is alliteration form, which is form of consonant repetition in a word or several words. In analyzing the novel students are required to understand the story in the novel and aspects of language style that are the main focus in this research. Analyzing the contents and linguistics of a literary work like a novel can add insight to students and to assess a literary work.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is one's desire to start trying, create jobs according to their own will without coercion from others. Interest grows slowly in a person according to what is seen in his environment. The main goal of entrepreneurship is to create jobs for yourself, which will then have an impact on other job seekers. Growing interest requires a strong self-concept and a supportive family environment, especially in entrepreneurial activities. The tight competition in the world of work causes more unemployment in society. So to overcome this it is deemed necessary to foster interest in entrepreneurship. The study with the title "The influence of self-concept and family environment on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest" aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant effect of Self Concepts on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in Economics Education Study Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali, (2) To determine the effect Significant Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interests of New Students in the FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Economic Education Study Program, and (3) To find out the significant influence of the Self-Concept and Family Environment together on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in the Economic Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali. The data analysis technique used is two predictor linear regression, Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: 1) Self-Concept (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.990> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. 2) Family Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.236> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0.002 <0.05. 3) Self Concept (X1) and Family Environment (X2) simultaneously influence the Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the calculated F-value = 34.561> F-table = 3.14 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis above, it is expected that lecturers and faculty leaders will motivate students more in entrepreneurial activities. This will have a positive impact on students. Students can study or start entrepreneurship as early as possible.

Abstract

The main problem of this study is the minor low and student achievement to master and understand accounting competencies. Indicators of low minority and learning achievement are indicated by the low response and student participation in learning and the low level of involvement and activity of students in teaching and learning activities. Starting from these problems, a solution is found by conducting Class Action Research through competition learning strategies.         The class action research was conducted in September 2018 in class XI IPS 1 Kerambitan 1 Public Senior High School in the first semester of the 2017/2018 school year with a total of 43 students consisting of 20 male students and 23 female students. This research activity consists of 2 cycles including 4 stages, namely Planning, Action, Observation, and Reflection.         In the first cycle the research tried to add learning strategies that could be more uplifting and interest in learning and could involve students to play an active role with competitive learning strategies with the hope that the results to be achieved can improve learning achievement, namely 75% of students in class XI IPS 1 can achieve a minimum value of 74. In cycle II aims to improve all obstacles and weaknesses found in the first cycle in the hope of achieving higher learning achievement results, namely the average value above 74.         In data collection the researcher used the learning process observation format, daily test / repetition results from the questionnaire and assessment of the process in the competition as well as learning fogs. The results of the study indicate an increase in the value of learning outcomes; this can be observed from the results of the average value of each test (daily test). The average daily repeat value in the initial conditions is 68 - 56% absorption; in Cycle I the average score was 78- 79% absorption, while in the Cycle the average value was 79 - 84% absorption.         Based on the results of this class action research it can be concluded that the Learning Strategy Competition can improve the learning achievement of Accounting for students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the impact of application of co­operative model table round and of problem posing to improving students? achievement. This reascarch is classroom action research and it is planned in 2 cycle, every cycle involve 4 steps i.e, plan phase,action phase, observation phase, and phase of reflection. This Research Subyek is all of student of X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kerambitan. Data was collected by tes, observation, field note, and documentation method. Pursuant to result of this research, usage of model of round and table of problem posing can improve result learn class student of X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kerambitan.

Abstract

Classroom Research activities aims to improve their scores in Physics using educational model Uncooperative Studnts Team Achievement Division (STAD). This research data collected by a gifl test their scores. Analyzing the data analysis methods used by descriptive. Data resulted from prevalency or consists of initial data, data and data cycle I cycle II. From preliminary data, average new class reached 71 and thoroughness learning new reached 28 percent. This Data far below expectations considering KKM asian Physics lessons in this school is 75. At cycle I have already taken place the increase the price class reached 74 and percentage thoroughness learning reached 81 percent In the cycle II average class has reached 79 and the percentage thoroughness learning has reached 88 percent.
